This was a roller coaster ride! I guess I initially came in at a bad time. The ladies inside only…read morespoke Spanish. And it was pretty confusing on what was going on and if we were on the same page. Even with using Google translate. It was a lot of back and forth. All I wanted was for both sleeves to be adjusted. I told them the sleeves were tight. Gave them extra fabric. A yard of it to be safe. They cut the entire sleeve so I figured we were on the same page And they called telling me to come in again. I was hoping for the jacket to be done. It wasn't touched. They did measurements again. And sent me away. Which was frustrating because we did measurements already. And I was running out of time. It's also inconvenient because I don't live very close. So to have to make that drive for a two minute measurement redo. When I already did it day one was also frustrating. I came in on the last possible day for the jacket and the entirety of the sleeve was not done. They did some adjustments but not all. I told them it's still tight and I needed this jacket by today. They said they could get it done by end of day. Luckily they came through and the price wasn't bad at all! Only $25 for both sleeves. Believe me I am grateful. But I wish they didn't procrastinate the jacket. The fact it sat there for an entire week untouched when they said I'd get it sooner than my last possible date to get it wasn't good to see. It would be nice if they gave clearer communication on certain things. Like a timeline and price. I had no idea what I would be paying until it was time to pay. And that I was told I'd get it sooner than the 15. But it wasn't ready until the 15 and gave us little room for error.

"It's almost done, there's just one little thing we noticed." They would tell me every time. A 1 week job took them over a month, with absolutely no communication. I intended to drop off earlier in the week, but got busy and was able to schedule drop off again for the same day.
