Thick firm bills. One is black cordury and says Steel City on a red patch. Honestly one of the coolest hats I've ever seen. The other is a foam trucker with thick foam and thicker mesh. I know both will hold their shape and last along time. I was big into the New Era brand but the quality has gotten terrible. I'm extremely happy this purchase and will buy from them again. And the shipping was quick!

First off, I can't believe that I failed to do a review as much as I shop here. I'm a legend and…read morethat's a pretty big deal at this shop! Let's start off with what I don't like...umm I can't think of one thing that I don't like but I have a million reasons otherwise. The quality....the clothing is built to last. I've had t-shirts that are at least 5 years old and they look practically new after many washes. No fading at all. I have totes, crossbody bags, socks, keychains, candles...and various other clothing items. No complaints whatsoever. The store is beautiful, rustic, nostalgic and pays homage to the area where the store is situated. I miss the downtown location but the store in the Strip serves us well. If you have yet to visit you're definitely in for a treat!

I was drawn to the many hand woven hats they had. I saw a beautiful turquoise hat that would have fit my locs perfectly. Unfortunately, it was not silk lined (I am trying to be more loving to my hair) but fleece around the inside front. There were also gloves to match. There was silver and other clothes for purchase. I found some beautiful leg warmers for my daughter. And my bag that my purchase was put in was a beautiful reusable cloth bag. I'm glad I decided to go ahead and get one. I wish had more time to look.

Like most things nowadays, it is not cheap. Not outrageously priced either and I also must remind myself what it takes to keep a small business afloat. They seem to do a good job here and I'd say it's a business worth supporting! It's absolutely worth checking out :)

I called early May to see if anything had sold and was told the bags were not out yet as she had been busy. I stopped over a month later and one had sold. She advised me to check back the last week in August to see if others sold and to arrange pickup of some name brand bags that she agreed to return to me. I called several times that week and no one answered nor were calls returned. I also made 4 trips to the store and each time it was closed. Note the stops were made around 2:00 in the afternoon as the stores voice mail indicated hours were 1:00-5:00. I called again early September and the message said the store was closed through the end of September. I called October 1 and again the 2nd and the message had remained the same. Needless to say, this is not only bad business but a form of theft. And - I'm going to continue to contact the store as I want to know what sold, receive my payment, and take back my bags. I would NEVER recommend this store.

My husband and I were fragrance shopping on December 14, 2025 while doing our Christmas shopping…read more While we were smelling a different brand, a female employee walked behind us and asked if we wanted to smell Dior, which was noticeably on the lower end of the price range compared to what we were already viewing. At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

Nordstrom Rack is an off-price department store chain that has hundreds of stores across the U.S…read more Its parent company is the luxury department store Nordstrom. This particular Nordstrom Rack is in The Block Northway shopping center. This Nordstrom Rack has two floors. The top level contains merchandise for men, children, and home, and the bottom level contains merchandise for women. I focused on the women's clothing. I saw an assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats, and other apparel that previous retailers could not sell. I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I decided to purchase a pair of UnionBay shorts for $23. The cashier quickly and correctly rang up my purchase.

Her team replaced the lining and cleaned the leather so that it looks as good as new. The jacket is from the 80s so they were able to restore it to its glory days! The price was reasonable and they got me my jacket in less than 2 weeks. If you ever need leather repairs or cleaning do yourself a favor and stop in this store.

Their products are so unique and lots of cool finds. When coming here, you will be surprised. It is a shop not just for souvenirs but many things more. They have dedicated areas offering different things like clothes, bags etc over and above souvenirs. The shop is located in the Strip District of downtown Pittsburgh which makes it an easy stop in between shopping and dining in the area...even before heading out of the city.or on their way to the Airport....hence an attractive option for shoppers by default. However, this factor is not being exploited by the owners and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. Definitely worth a stop or visit.
