Normally I wouldn't review something like this, however, I figured two instances of poor customer service, spread out a year apart, warrants a review. Robin answers the phone here, and she is consistently rude and unfriendly. Today, I called to schedule an appointment. I kindly provided my info., and stated that I had been there before, and she couldn't care less. I brushed it off. Later in the day, I called to cancel my appointment. I apologized and explained to her that I accidentally confused her shop with another, and she nearly hung up on me. Instead of bringing your Land Rover here, I highly recommend Eurosport, also located in Scottsdale. read more

Rov N Tech has bailed me out a couple times now. My 2016 Range Rover was quoted 9-10K fix by Arrowhead Range Rover. Guys here were able to fix it for 1100 !! read more

They have always done an excellent job. They are fair, honest and more than once have charged me half of what the dealerships were charging. Plus they only do the work I need, not up charging like the dealers do. Will always come here for service!! read more

Reliable and trustworthy. Also, very quick in servicing your vehicle. You can't go wrong bringing your LR /Range Rover here.

I was very satisfied with their work on my 2012 Range Rover, they pinpointed the issues and their suggestion was honest and to the point. They resolved my issues professionally and weren't up selling on fixes that were unnecessary and that's rare. Robin was very helpful with my questions and concerns and returned my calls fast. I will be returning if I need any more work. Thanks! read more

Still the best and only place to take your Land Rover if you are in Arizona. I had a number of small and large problems on my Land Rover lately and Kevin & Joe have fixed them all quickly and for a lot less than I would have paid at the dealership or anywhere else. I can always count on them for a correct diagnosis the first time and for the repair to be done right every time. I highly recommend Rov-N-Techs and Kevin and Joe for ANYTHING you need for your Land Rover. They truly are the best and most honest mechanics there are. Don't take your Land Rover anywhere else! read more

Even though these guys weren't able to help me in the end, they did an honest evaluation and gave me the bad news in a professional way. Nothing was their fault, and I'm grateful that they were available to help me know what needed to come next. Integrity!! read more

They always take care of my Rover. Honest, fair pricing, and quality work. Kevin and Joe are passionate about their work and it shows! These are great vehicles, they can be a bit picky to work on. I drive all the way to Rov n techs from where I live, and it is worth the drive. Would recommend to any rover owner. read more

Great service. Reasonable prices. No upselling on anything. The way it should be. Highly recommended over RR shop.

So after moving to Scottsdale, I had to look for a facility to handle maintenance and repairs on my LR3. After some searching, I found Rover N Techs which is only 10 minutes away. Very nice facility, easy to find and was able to quickly drop off my vehicle for a major service. Was completed within the time frame and price that was quoted. The staff here are excellent. Will continue to have Rover N Techs service my LR3 ..... transmission service coming up soon which is a bit $$$ but it usually is for most vehicles. read more

I purchased a used 2000 LR Discovery from a guy in CA, up front he told me I needed a new CPU unit which would eliminate the idiot lights on the dash for emissions, cost of the used unit $450 and with labor I was thinking a $1000. I brought it in to Rover N Techs and automatically they told me the CPU rarely goes out and it should be something else. They were jammed with at least 20 cars in the lot and told me it would be 10 days. I left my car and got a call noting it wasn't the CPU unit, someone replaced 2 sensors backwards and caused the error. Charge $145, which included the scope, fix the sensors and labor. As a business owner myself for over 30 years, the experience and honesty these guys shown was what we call old school. I will pass this story on forever and my Land Rovers will go to these guys, great job! Ted read more

I bought a used Disco 2 and knew it had some issues. I had it towed to Rov-n-techs so that they could diagnose what was wrong. It took some time as they are busy and have only two guys in the shop. I feel Joe was very honest about the issues and fixed them at a good price. I needed a new oil pump and coolant bottle, among other things. He showed me the broken parts so that I could see what was exactly wrong with them. It runs quietly and smoothly. Now it's a few weeks later and it's in the shop again for something else. When one buys a used vehicle it is great to have Joe and Kevin so that they can fix them!!! Be patient with them as they are continually busy and do great work! You don't want to rush the masters! read more

These guys are fantastic. Kevin got me in had my car fixed in no time and I had a very reasonable price. I thought it was going to cost me thousands but it only cost me hundreds which never happens anywhere else. read more

Best Rover shop around, great friendly and family atmosphere. Everyone is a pleasure to chat with. Robin is the friendliest best office manager and Kevin, Joe, and Ian are badasses at their craft. Only place my 2011 RR gets serviced, I've had 3 Range Rovers and these guys have worked on everyone. read more

The only place to take your RR! The service and quality are superb. Scottsdale RR quoted $495 for installation of 2 headlight bulbs I purchased online (only installation). Said 2.5 hours of labor. 25 minutes after bringing my vehicle in to Rover N Tech my job was complete and saved me over $400!. Cannot compete with their prices. Everybody is always willing to talk to you about problems you may be having and helping with solutions. Won't bring my vehicle anywhere else. read more

Best Land Rover techs in Arizona! If you own one, go see kevin and Joe they will sort you out with excellent service.

They did a great job, I had a coolant leak and they took pics of what they fixed and showed them to me, very thorough. I have already recommended them to 2 of my neighbors that also drive Range Rovers. It's not fancy, but they are quick and honest! read more

I moved to Marina Del Rey California a year ago but I drive back to Scottsdale to service/repair my Ranger Rover Sport here. And I will keep doing it. That should tell you all you need to know about this Land Rover shop. Thanks guys. Wade Nelson. read more

I took my car in for service today, expecting a fairly sizable bill for all the work I anticipated, based on our conversation and car's mileage. But to my delighted surprise, when I picked up my car, the team advised I only need minimal service and could postpone more work until next time. They could have easily done the extra work and I'd never known the difference. That is integrity on top of value and skilled workmanship. So glad I discovered Rov-N-Techs. read more

The guys at Rover N Tech did an outstanding job fixing my 2010 Range Rover lighting as well as completing a full service check. Highly recommend them for all your rover needs. Wish they had one or two more great techs to speed the scheduling up however they are worth the waiting every time. read more

It's so refreshing to have honest people who do great quality work, try and save you money and are helpful. Even though I could fix some things on my car myself I would rather take it here because I know they will do great work. If you have a Land Rover you have to come here! read more

This place is legit. A friend recommended it to me after The dealership wanted to charge an arm and leg. We got quoted a price 60% less than dealership. They were also a lot more friendly at the desk. We brought our RRS in to have them just give it a once ove after a unplanned off roading adventure/rescue. Surprisingly they didn't charge us at all. I was impressed. I have worked with a lot of mechanics and these guys I can trust. Don't hesitate to bring your rover here. read more

Great customer service! Very nice and helpful over the phone with regard to a dead battery on my wife's LR4. Took her in right away, and diagnosed the problem. When they realized that our car was a 2012 and that the battery should be under warranty, we were told that they could not take our money! Instead, they called their contacts at the Scottsdale Land Rover dealer, confirmed our warranty, made an appointment for her to head right over where we had the work done for free. Score one for the good guys - we will most certainly be back for any non-warranty issues. Thanks! read more

Kevin is awesome! I brought the truck in because I only trust my Rover to these guys and another mechanic said I needed ball joints. They told me that the Ball Joints rarely if ever ware out and turns out, I didn't need anything. Best service I never received. When I do need something, I will definitely take it to them. read more

This is a great independent Land Rover shop. Kevin truly knows what he's talking about and did a great job with our Discovery I. This shop is clean and well organized. I'd recommend this shop to any Rover owner! read more

I am aware of the suspicion about the ethics passed around about automobile repair facilities as we are a repair facility and we see it in many of our customers. We had a Range Rover that had a unique problem that we felt needed a specialist. After some research gathered from other repair shops I settled on ROV-N-TECH. The facility is impressive from the reception area where a large wall was covered with about 40 certification certificates to the large shop area which was clean and very organized. I was introduced to Joe, one of the owners, and he immediately wanted to learn about the problem. From his questions, I felt comfortable immediately and left the automobile for repair. They begin to diagnose the problem that day and kept me informed as they progressed. I found their facility to be top-notch and pricing reasonable. I am happy to recommend ROV-N-TECH for your Range Rover repairs. read more

Just took my RR to Rover N Tech for the 75k service and general maintenance. I have struggled with finding someone capable other than the "Stealer" to service my Rover. After combing the web I found their name on a Rover website and figured I would check them out. I dropped in to their shop and found they work on everything from old to new. The shop was clean, organized, and very streamlined. Kevin was extremely helpful and offered good information without having any pressure. I decided later that day to call and schedule an appointment. Surprising they had something available the next day so I jumped on it. I dropped it off the night before and received a call first thing the next day. They confirmed what I asked them to do and said they would call back later with a price. I got a call back later in the morning and was shocked at how reasonable the cost and that it would be done by end of day. They also didn't make any mention of any "doom and gloom" items, even though I know the brakes are almost ready to be replaced. I arrived early, as I figured I would have to wait for my truck , like most shops tell you that it will be done but you still end up waiting. I was surprised to see my truck sitting in the parking lot, clean like it arrived and ready to go. Bill was exactly as they said it would be with no surprises. They also told me my vehicle was in great condition and keep doing what I'm doing. What no (4) page report with red and yellow bar graphs showing all the "Items needing attention"???? I don't normally write reviews but these guys deserve it. This is the first time I've ever left a shop not feeling completely violated and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. These guys are good at what they do and they ONLY use OEM Land Rover Parts, no aftermarket, and charge for actual time not a rate generated from a book. This experience has made me a believer that there are good shops still out there and the dealer isn't the only option. If you drive a Rover of any year, as I see so many driving around, drop the Dealer or other "European Shops" and go see Rover N Tech for the service your Rover deserves. read more

Phenomenal. Finally a place that REALLY knows the car and is fair and honest. Dealership wanted $1,700 to replace hoses...Rover Techs advised that wasn't needed. Another shop wanted $1,000+ for EGR valve....Rover Techs found issue with thermostat and cleaned intake manifold and now car is like new...for $200. OUTSTANDING. No one but Rover Techs will touch my Range Rover Sport. read more

Just what I was looking for!!!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Rov-N-Techs. The owners of this top quality repair shop are skilled and honest that that's exactly what you're looking for someone to trust your Rover too. Yesterday evening our LR was fully packed and we were ready to move out of state. We stopped for one last photo in front of our old home and our LR stalled. It took minutes before we could get it running again and as it was already past 8PM it was clear that our move would need to be delayed. This morning we called Rov-n-Techs (formerly Rover Techs) and they said they would do their best to fit us in. We have been to them a few times but fortunately the LR has run well so we aren't regular customers. As such, we didn't expect much but we were hopeful. We showed up and the guys were in the middle of removing a transmission from another vehicle and weren't sure if they could get a look at it before lunch. We totally understood and were just grateful that they could look at it today. To our surprise they not only squeezed us in, but they also worked on our LR while it was still hot to ensure they got us out of there before noon. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and my amazement that these guys would bend over backward to help us, knowing full well we are moving and will no longer be customers of theirs (unless we move back of course). Each experience with them has been positive and without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone and everyone with a Rover. Quality work, ethical business, and exceptional customer service. read more

Rov-N-Tech is one of the handful of Land Rover repair shops around the country that truly understands all makes and models of Land Rovers. They're true technicians and take the time to investigate your vehicle's issues and, once diagnosed, explain the potential solutions. They're honest, hard-working and will always do the right thing for their customers. They've worked on 3 different Rovers of mine over the past 3 and will continue to do so well into the future. read more
