It could be prepared three ways. I took the house special corn meal. I received a hearty portion. Like all meals eaten, it came out hot and well prepared. I eat a lot and the four piece meal was not only delicious, but filling. My drinks were nicely priced and mixed nicely by our busy server. She and the cook appeared to be the only staff working during our visit. Overall, we worked past the construction and enjoyed a very good meal at a reasonable price.
