The dealership is very friendly and you can tell that team members enjoy working there and they have good pricing on their vehicles. Please ask for Devon, his caring attitude is better than I have ever experienced. Aaron the finance manager on the day I bought my truck he helped me so much it was amazing!! This dealership should be your first stop when buying a vehicle. Please give them a chance, you will not be disappointed. This is a true experience.

Still dealing with two separate issues that continue to linger because every time I call for a specific person, they are in a meeting and I struggle to get a call back. Upon receiving the truck in person, I immediately noticed extensive yellow striping paint splatter in both driver side wheel wells, under the running board and bumper, and all over the under carriage. Was immediately evident this did not happen during travel, since there was no paint on the hauler's trailer. While they did agree it must have been there before pick up and they would cover cost to repair from a shop of my choosing, it has been a month now of silence since the estimate was sent to them for review. Also, I paid an estimated amount of my state sales tax for them to handle registering the vehicle (was their idea in order to facilitate pickup as the financing bank needed it to be titled or something before it could leave the lot, even though I had already paid the dealership my down payment and "the truck was mine", but that's another story). I received the registration and plate in the mail a week ago (vehicle purchased 8/11), and noticed there was fee and interest added since it was not registered within 40 days (obviously on the dealership). I called to relay and work out the reimbursement of difference in tax paid, was assured they would look it over, and now I'm dealing with crickets again.

A Truly Exceptional Car-Buying Experience - Worth the Drive, Worth Your Time…read more In an age where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Mosaic Auto Motors in Zumbrota stands out like a breath of fresh air. What we expected to be another sales-heavy, transactional experience turned into something that felt genuinely human and community-rooted. From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel not just welcomed--but understood. They didn't rush, pressure, or pitch. Instead, they listened. They asked the right questions. And more importantly, they treated the process like a journey--not just a transaction. I can't do justice without giving a special shoutout to Josh--every interaction with him was effortless, helpful, and refreshingly honest. And when Shawn, his manager, came by to check in, it wasn't awkward or overbearing like you often see elsewhere--it was timely, kind, and sincere. You could tell the whole team operates as one cohesive unit, and their goal is clearly to help, not just sell. We had visited a few dealerships up in the Cities prior to this, and truthfully, we just wanted to walk out of those places. Mosaic was the exact opposite--it felt like a place by the community, for the community. I don't say that lightly. If you're even thinking about buying a vehicle--new or used--make the trip to Mosaic. They have a great selection, and if they don't have what you're looking for, I have full confidence they'll do everything they can to find it. This is how car buying should feel--trustworthy, warm, and rooted in relationship. Thank you, Mosaic, for reminding us what good service feels like.
