He got it in the shop same day, tracked down the problem and had it running ASAP... Under an Hundred Bucks! Second vehicle was my pickup, had dash lights blaring, serious rough idle and no accelerator pedal control. I did my trouble shooting and after throwing my money at a new throttle body and new accelerator pedal assembly... with NO luck, I took it to D's. Next day he had it running! Found a short in wiring harness!My shop bill... $190 bucks. I can only imagine what the Big Box mechanic stores would have charged me!! D's is My Kind of Shop!!

He called around 30 minutes later to say he had to pick up another vehicle in Rochester, MN and would pick up the car in two hours. The tow was from Zumbrota, Mn. The drop off was at the Ford dealership, 1660 S Main, that is before the roundabout to enter Highway 52 South to go to Rochester. Why couldn't our car be picked up in a timely manner and dropped off at the Ford dealership before heading to Rochester? We are in Zumbrota, MN, about 30 minutes from Rochester. From what I understand, Berg's Towing is also from Zumbrota 30 minutes down to Rochester, MN, 30 minutes back to Zumbrota gives him an hour to do what he needs to do to pick up the other car. The timing on the pickup for our call seems excessive. After two hours and fifteen minutes, I contacted AAA to say that I hadn't heard anything from AAA or the towing company. I was told that the driver was on his way. Here's my complaint! When the driver finally got to the pick up point, he stated, "I'm sorry, I forgot about this call." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I would never recommend this company.

Instead, I left with a much higher payment (809$ a month)and additional products and fees that I don't believe were clearly explained to me. This experience has caused me an overwhelming amount of stress, anxiety, and financial hardship. I've spent months trying to understand what happened. I tried to work with the dealership for a short amount of time and keep communication, but instead of feeling heard, I've felt dismissed. Looking back, I feel I was pressured into making decisions without fully understanding what I was agreeing to, and I don't believe the process was handled honestly or fairly. I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General. After reviewing Mosaic Ford's response, I don't believe it accurately reflects what happened or the concerns I raised. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a fair resolution, I feel they have continued to minimize my experience. Throughout this process, I have felt that their actions have caused more harm than good. I'm asking for accountability and a fair resolution.
