I saw that he was busy and was concerned it might take a long time to complete the job. He gave me an ETA for when it would be done, I arrived early. He was just wrapping the job up, early. I have read other reviews about his personality, makes no difference. He is right to the point, no non-sense, honest and hard working. Not everyone will jive with everyone's personality, I did not go to his shop for his personality. He knows his craft and did a great job on my vehicle. I will go back for future vehicle issues and would recommend this business to anyone. No, I do not know him personally and I'm not a blood relative :) I was actually new to the neighborhood and was looking for a new place to do maintenance on my vehicles, I found it.

He was very helpful, friendly, got me in and out quickly, and refused to let me pay him for his time he took checking it out. It was a straight lie because we had no clue they weren't working till we picked up the car after the shop was closed. So we never even spoke to anyone when we picked the car up. as it was 7 at night when we picked it up. The only thing that was wrong was it was over heating.
