I could tell that one of the mechanics who happened to be behind the desk was embarrassed by her behavior because he kept trying to joke around and make light of the situation - really appreciated him and wish I remembered his name! If you need your car fixed go to CarTime Auto Center. They have great customer service and know everyone by name. I'm sure Valley Autohaus does a great job servicing cars but its not worth it to be talked to so disrespectfully.

I have NOT bought a Car since 2006 and was never the type to Keeping Up with the Jones. Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. When I went back to work with them in person, I had a pretty negative bias going in, but after talking with the owner he gave me confidence he would solve the problem and he did. It was a pretty bizarre issue and even my more mechanically inclined buddies said it was a really tough one to track. (For the dorks: There was a single connector pin inside the fuel pump that was cracked in half, down inside the connector housing). They also took care of me in a way that I was very satisfied with with regards to cost.
