They said I was a "perfectionist" and made a reference to my race as a "black and white person". Spending 65% more time to do a routine matter is not being a perfectionist any more they would be if I offered to pay them 65% less than the charge. While I was in there scheduling an appointment an employee was speaking with a customer about how police are unfairly accused of racism by black people. In reality, it was the same car as in the photos and he hadn't yet suckered anyone into buying a $6000 car that needed $6000 in repairs. I am not that sucker, but I did spend money on an inspection that told me how bad the car was when the salesman Fred Barker could have just been up front with me.
