On 2 separate occasions, other shops looked at the issues with my vehicle, and each time, they were on average 20% higher than Ron. Ron has been incredibly honest and transparent each time I've used their shop, and it doesn't hurt that his price is always the most aggressive. The quality of work is unsurpassed. Plain and simple: Their integrity is above reproach, and they are excellent mechanics. Go see Ron, I assure you that you'll have zero regrets on his price, service and professional approach.

My family and I had to unexpectedly stop in Northfield on the road back from Minneapolis to our home in Iowa due to our van leaking fluid and overheating. We had to book a hotel room without knowing at the time how we would get our van fixed. My wife found on a Google search different mechanics and at first no answers, then a quote of $199 just for diagnostics. Finally, around 9pm, I tried Timmy's line and reached him. He was very attentive and polite and assured me he would have us back on the road the next day and could come at 1pm. Not only did George get to us before 1p, they had us back on the road by 4:30p. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be customers again for a check of our van and any non emergency repair. Thank you, George and Timmy.

They only care for themselves. The customer service ladies have big attitude. They don't care about you. Theyll laugh in your face like she did to me. Don't let them fool you and lie on this review, I have phone call recordings. If you accidentally got the tow truck carrying your car, hurry up and stop the tow truck at the safest closest location and get your car picked up by AAA immediately. I found out that AAA charges under half of what I paid at Dicks Tow Apple Valley, so less than $400 I would've paid. I would never make that mistake again. And I really don't want you to make that mistake, learn from this situation and go to AAA or somewhere else besides Dick's Tow Company, go to somebody that cares about you.
