I want to give a shout out to Matthew who came out to tow my antique car. He was friendly and knowledgable. I asked him if he could please check the battery to make sure it wasn't dead. After coming out of a track meet in Northfield and finding my friends car had a flat tire, we called a place called Ziggys to get some help. Although they were apparently still open the mechanic had just left for home. The person she spoke with called him to see if he would come help us. He said "No." She then called you guys. And Joseph came to our rescue. Even though he couldn't even get all the way to us with his rig do to the buses lined up? He parked down the hill and walked up to us. He was on his way home but said yes to the call. It took him less than 10 minutes and could not have been nicer! My dad recently got into an accident and his car was towed here. The car needed to be totaled so I went one afternoon to get all the stuff out of his car so we could donate it. There was an older lady at the front desk who was very rude. Very short with me and rolled her eyes a few times She asked me what color the car was and I told her it was maroon. She grabbed my dad's file and quickly corrected me that the car was red. I could tell that one of the mechanics who happened to be behind the desk was embarrassed by her behavior because he kept trying to joke around and make light of the situation - really appreciated him and wish I remembered his name! If you need your car fixed go to CarTime Auto Center. They have great customer service and know everyone by name. I'm sure Valley Autohaus does a great job servicing cars but its not worth it to be talked to so disrespectfully. read more

The driver I had to tow my car was nice and polite to me and knew what he was doing and his name was Nick. The other driver I had which is Tyler he smelled like beer and he smelled bad when I was in his truck with him. read more

We just wanted to give a shout out to the Valley Autohaus. My car had extensive body and glass damage due to an accident. We thought we wouldn't get the vehicle back for weeks when we saw how messed up it was, but Valley Auto house got it back to us within a week and it was in perfect condition. Family w/ 2 preteen kids was traveling from out of state to Blaine on I-35. Car battery went dead (while driving after 12 hours) an hour away from Blaine on side of highway. We called our insurance and they sent out Rich. Nicest guy. Very concerned that it was evening and we were stranded. Towed us back to the shop, which was closed. We were pretty sure it was the alternator. Still opened up for us and let our kids sit indoors on a hot day. He tested our battery right there instead of waiting till the next day. Turns out it was our Costco interstate battery. Found a way to get us a new Interstate battery right there at a good price and installed it. Valley AH saved the day. We were prepared to walk to a hotel, but instead made it to grandpas house a couple hours late that same evening. The boys saw an example of someone who personally cared for out-of-staters and wasn't all business. What a great experience. Thanks again for saving us and moreso for the hospitality. read more

My daughter was in an auto accident a couple of months ago and had to deal with Valley Autohaus. Her experience was quite negative. Since she doesn't have a Yelp account, I told her I could post a review for her. Here are her thoughts: Avoid Valley Autohaus Collision (Valley) if you have the choice. Unfortunately, I got into an accident recently and the sheriff's department used Valley to tow my vehicle. My car then spent the next week in their storage yard. They were extremely inconsiderate toward me and my requests to see my car. Because I didn't have immediate access to another vehicle and still had to go to work, I couldn't get to their yard until the end of the day. On two occasions, I arrived near their closing time. All I wanted to do was quickly look at the damage to my car so I could make an informed decision whether or not to "total" it. It would have taken all of 10 minutes, but Valley would have none of it. I couldn't even get a repair estimate from them when I requested! In the end, I never saw my car before I had to make a decision on what to do with it. I did know definitively, however, that there was no way I was going to have Valley do any repair work. Valley just worsened the aftermath of what was already a traumatic experience for me. They were very insensitive to my predicament, and quite frankly, could care less for someone who had few options. If at all possible, DO NOT give Valley Autohaus Collision your business. read more

Great place!! From the Boston area and have my daughter here attending college. Good to know that there are still honest people in this world.
