I am extremely disappointed with this dealership honestly, I'm even disappointed that I have to…read moregive one star. After paying $7000 for the car and agreeing to pay the remaining $1000by March 31, I have been dealing with ongoing issues since day one. The check engine light was on the very first day I got the vehicle. When I brought it back on the second day, instead of properly addressing the problem, I was told not to come back with another issue. Mind you this was only the second day after purchase. A vehicle should not have a check engine light or mechanical problems immediately after being sold, especially when it was described as in good condition. They claimed the issue was fixed, but the same problem came back shortly after. What's even more concerning is that when I later tried to address and made Google reviews , I was threatened over the phone and told they still 'own the car.' This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Buyers, please be careful and do your research before purchasing from them.

It was so nauseating to the point where we were just finding reasons to stand outside from the headache. An individual walks out with a battery starter and brings back the car we had asked to see. The vehicle had little things wrong with it. The little things like a corroded rear view mirror and rusted out rims. But this confused me, as they were simple things that could've been an easy fix.. why wouldn't they have at least done that? The dashboard began to have a Master Warning light randomly after set on for about a minute. The guy then told us that it was because the doors were open and the engine was on.. didn't seem legit. When I tried to ask more general questions like if there was any work done on the vehicle since being in their care, he shrugged me off saying he didn't speak English well. He also didn't seem like he wanted to go for a test drive. Once going back in to speak to the main man, the first thing he did was slap a note with the total amount of the vehicle and the cost of the fees. Not even a hello, not a how are you, not even confirming the car. Once we told him that we actually wanted to look at the other vehicles and named off the two we also wanted to see, he shrugged his shoulders and told us "making my staff go look for it, just too much" and told us to go look for it ourselves and let him know which ones. Even though, we could name which models and what cars we wanted to see. After a second or two of walking around, we turned around and got into our car and left. After arriving home, we looked over the reviews and realized we made a good choice today by not doing business with these people.

Sadly I made the mistake of not having a mechanic look over it tell after my 7 day money back guarantee was over. Today I had a mechanic look over the truck and ended up paying $1,600 in repairs just to use it. This doesn't include all the other stuff I'm going to have to do but can't at the moment. They found 24 engine codes, that to no surprise the check engine light didn't come on tell day 8 of owner ship, meaning likely they cleared the codes to hide them during test drive. Technically they didn't nothing wrong legally however morally I would say there was wrong doing. The rear differential of the truck had a heavy leak, both front wheel bearing were non existent, which is every dangerous, the brake lights were completely out which could most definitely cause and accident.. I've never had such a bad experience buying a vehicle. I've learned from this please take any purchase from these guys straight to a mechanic for a full car exam so you don't get screwed over like me..

When I had it looked at they told me the other side of the car had already been repaired. When I tried to trade it in back with the owner's Toyota dealership I was told they would not take it as a trade in because they would never sell a car with that type of frame issue. But they did to me. When I pointed that out they then said, well the car went to this used dealership from the Mazda dealership. So because it was not the Toyota dealership they were not responsible for selling a car with a dangerous frame issue. Look at the Rft Car Clearance Center web site and it is clear that the used dealership works with and takes used cars from the Rochester Toyota, Mazda, Ford, Scion dealers in town. I understand same owner. I am done with them.

The first time, they showed us a lease offer with an EV credit and a high residual value. Once we went in, they told us there was no EV credit and lowered the residual value of the car below what they originally showed us. The second time, they gave us an offer that included an employer rebate and their "lowest" possible APR with BMW Financial. We were pressured to sign an agreement before confirming that the rebate existed. We walked out on the offer and found out that the rebate did not exist, and there was a much lower APR offered by BMW that we qualified for. The fact this happened twice on separate occasions makes us wary of doing business with any Luther owned dealerships, like Park Place. We would advise against buying from them if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Sent them all the information they needed. Drove 1.5 hours thru construction traffic on Tuesday to pick up car and had to WAIT FOR 4 HOURS on 98 degree day to take possession... AND I WAS PAYING CASH. Sales guy, Bayran, was okay but their finance manager, Demetrius, was a total joke. He even tried to charge me a $1000 more than we had agreed to. In contrast, I bought a car recently from an Audi dealership in Miami and I was in and out in 1 hour. Would have been quicker but waiting on new car insurance.

They constantly talked about running their business with honesty and transparency, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Only about a week after purchasing the vehicle, the throttle body failed. After driving it more, I started noticing serious engine issues including lifter noise and what appears to be rod knock. It became obvious that fresh oil had likely just been put in before the sale to temporarily quiet the engine noises and hide the problems. While scanning the vehicle with an OBD2 scanner at the dealership, a catalytic converter code also appeared. When I brought it up, they completely brushed it off and acted like it was nothing to worry about, despite it clearly being connected to ongoing issues with the vehicle. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times and never had my calls answered, and when I sent messages, I never received a response. Once the sale was done, customer service disappeared completely. I understand used vehicles can have issues, but being told a vehicle is fully checked over and problem-free when it clearly has major mechanical problems is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others be extremely cautious before purchasing from this dealership.

Instead, while in downtown Rochester, I decided to top my car's gas tank at this Holiday gas station. This Holiday is just off South Broadway. It's a nice, large gas station with pumps in the double digits. The convenience store looked massive! I didn't need to go in. I like when U.S. gas pumps accept Canadian credit cards. The one that I used did not prompt for a ZIP code. All went well. I simply had to insert it and enter my PIN. Holiday is affiliated with Cub Foods. I got prompted to enter my Cub rewards card. I don't have one, so I skipped that part. I was thrilled to have topped off my car's gas tank. The area around the gas pump that I used was clean and great. The only downside was that each pump has a screen that plays ads. Every one was saying something that it does get noisy. This gas station is spacious. A Rochester bus was parked off to the side, likely taking a break before going back on its regular route. It didn't block any vehicle coming in and out of this gas station. I had a pleasant experience. I'll need to check out the convenience store next time I'm here. (492)
