Our appointment time was not kept by the sales agent and instead the car was being held for a person who came in after we agreed to purchase it. Every question I had, every moment of consideration I had, he respected and treated me like a guy trying to find the right car. Not just a sale. We had talked rough numbers and it just wasn't going to work out for me so I took a few days to think about it, he kept me updated that someone was coming to buy it and I thanked him for his time. Thankfully for me, this person never showed up and Nick reached out to me the following day, again not just to make a sale but because he understood that this was THE car for me. Thank you Nick for helping me acquire a car I've wanted for such a long time at an affordable price. This was a fantastic experience.

If I could give zero stars I could. 1hour & 45 mins to get a key fob, just seems ridiculous but…read moremaybe that's just me? But let's back up because maybe this all sounds like I am overreacting to someone just seeing the first headlines. I made an appointment over 2 weeks out to get a new key & fob. I was told they had the key in stock. The day of I called to make a modification to my appointment as I didn't have extra time to have them look at the recalled part. To have the guy tell me they didn't actually have a key or fob for my appointment. 5 mins later I get a call saying, they do have my key and they can still get me in. Being told 20-30 mins should be how long it'll take. Upon arrival, they couldn't tell me how much the key or fob was going to cost. They told me it would be 45-60 minutes for a key/fob. At almost an hour of waiting I was then told it would be another 20-30mins since they were having trouble with my key, ended up being 45 mins. I will never be going to this dealership for anything ever again. They were beyond disorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Since my bank was already closed at that time, the finance manager assured me that I could bring the check the following day. The next day, August 28, I went to my bank, obtained the check, and returned at 2 pm to complete the purchase. To my surprise, the dealership had already sold the vehicle without notifying me. Selling a car under these circumstances shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I will not be doing business with this dealership again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
