This experience has caused me an overwhelming amount of stress, anxiety, and financial hardship. I've spent months trying to understand what happened. I tried to work with the dealership for a short amount of time and keep communication, but instead of feeling heard, I've felt dismissed. Looking back, I feel I was pressured into making decisions without fully understanding what I was agreeing to, and I don't believe the process was handled honestly or fairly. I filed a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General. After reviewing Mosaic Ford's response, I don't believe it accurately reflects what happened or the concerns I raised. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a fair resolution, I feel they have continued to minimize my experience. Throughout this process, I have felt that their actions have caused more harm than good. I'm asking for accountability and a fair resolution.
