Honestly,was bummed that they didnt have ANY pizza specials. Usually RTP always has specials but they didnt this time. We placed our to go order on the phone and picked up in 20 minutes. This place is highly inefficient. My son placed an order and I picked it up, on arrival at home I figured an item was missing and when I called them Zac the dude there said it was my responsibility. This evening I ordered a pizza online for delivery at 6pm, my confirmation stated it would be delivered at 7pm; no big deal. I had to prepare for my dinner with my Mom; it has been too long and I couldn't wait to share a pizza with her. We have done this before in the past from the same pizzeria so it always brought back warm memories. When my pizza wasn't delivered by 710pm, I called and spoke to someone who identified themselves as the manager. After explaining the situation to him, you could tell from his response, my pizza had not even been picked up the driver at 715pm, he said he would bring it himself. I also stated I wanted a refund for having to wait one hour 45 min; he agreed. The evening with my Mom delayed, but saved. A few moments later I received a text message saying my pizza was being picked up momentarily and I would be connected directly to the driver so I responded in the thread, "I have been told my pizza will be delivered now and I will be refunded the full amount". Twenty minutes later another new text message stated my delivery has been canceled. When I called and questioned the manager, he is rude and cuts me off so I cannot speak. Stating that they will offer no compensation for a pizza that is delayed over an hour and half. My voice becomes heightened to match his, except his night with his Mom that he has planned and looked forward to wasn't ruined, mine was. To top it off, he hangs up on me. I have been ordering from this location for years, literally my whole life. The woman who works there is perfectly lovely and makes the best salads, but the owner if that's who he was, will never get my business again after his customer service. How sad that a loyal customer was treated this way. Curious I called the Round Table in Dublin to ask what I should do only to find out this man is not liked because of his rudeness. My first time eating at this location. Nice and clean! It has an arcade area for kids if you have kids that want to play arcade. There is also a variety of beer and a salad bar. The restaurant is spacious and there is also a private room. It takes about 20 minutes to get your pizza. I had the combination pizza and it was good. Other folks in my party also had other kinds of pizza and loved it. Nothing was left over. This is a great place for big parties and etc. I highly recommend for hosting big parties. This was our first time visiting this location, and we were so impressed! The space is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The customer service was amazing--they welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. I also appreciated how attentive they were to cleanliness--the staff kept wiping, cleaning, and sanitizing the tables. As for the food, it was fantastic! I've had breadsticks before at other places, but theirs were exceptionally delicious. The lemon wings were flavorful, and the veggie pizza was incredibly fresh and tasty. From the moment we walked in, the manager was rude and dismissive -- speaking to customers (including us) like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. We had already taken one bite (literally one slice) before realizing it wasn't ours. Shockingly, the owner took the pizza from our table and handed it to the correct table -- even though it was missing a slice! Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the owner was snapping at their own employees in front of everyone. You could feel the tension in the room -- the staff looked miserable and embarrassed. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms. They were filthy a smelled worse than a porta potty at a summer fair. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating. Between the rude management, awful service, unsanitary practices, and disgusting bathrooms, this was hands-down the worst dining experience I've ever had. Everyone already knows round table has the BEST pizza! This location also has the BEST STAFF and customer service! I threw my son and niece 5th birthday in the private party room and it all came out so well! The location itself has great parking and lots of space! There is also a tv in the room which was perfect to accent the Bluey themed party. Everything was simple from beginning to end. Booking the space, setting up decor, and ordering food ALL SEAMLESS. They were patient, kind and super helpful. I must also add that they are very kind and tolerable to the children! We had a pretty large party and the kids were able to run and play in the arcade without feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome! This location has been here for 2 years, but it's new to me. I was back in the Bay Area visiting family, and really in the mood for a Round Table Pizza. Round Table is quintessential California Bay Area style pizza, I can't get this style pizza anywhere else. And it lived up to my Friday Night High School post-Football memories. I havent had RT in a quick minute, so I totally forgot how decent the pies all taste. But the kicker for this place? The self serve beer taps! Whoa! Where did this come from? The big boys had fun pouring our own beers. You get a little bracelet that you tag in to pour and it just records by volume what you drink. We came here for a birthday event and Round Table makes it super easy to host a large group. It was nice how beer/alcohol was included in the meal price. We got to try a bunch of different pizza pies and chicken wings, but my favorite was actually the Hawaiian! Another yummy option is the chicken garlic, but it can get a little salty tasting. There's also a small salad buffet where you can grab greens to balance out your meal. There's a section on the side where kids can play arcade games, and large TVs were showing the latest 49ers game (and keeping all the dads happy). This Round Table location is tucked in to the strip mall across the street from the former Crow Canyon movie theater. It has a decent size for group gatherings, as I'm sure is intended, for the youth sports teams to meet up. I ordered a half-and-half large pizza (Arthur Supreme and Maui Zaui) for take away and it brings me back to high school nostalgia really. Personally, of the old pizza chains, I like Round Table more than most. On the downside, I have to say that Round Table pizzas cost a bundle, way more than when I was in high school (which to be fair, feels like a zillion years ago). At the current costs, there are more upscale-ish new pizza chains that are available, which make it hard for RT to be my pizza place of choice. Service was fair. I had challenges for this location in using the online ordering system (and I am tech savvy.. it's just their website kept erroring for me), so ended up doing a phone order. The guy on the phone picked up after several rings, but was polite, and later pick-up was easy. So, Round Table -- it's fair, and still an option, but I'd come with coupons if you have them given that the costs have definitely rocketed up from my youth (get off my lawn), and with tempered expectations. read more

I have been to this location many times and the food and service have been excellent. I've used the party room numerous times. Today, the service was not good. I booked the party room a couple weeks ago for an end-of-season team celebration. We arrived on time but there were other people in the room. It was confirmed that I had reserved the room. The man at the counter said the other party arrived late. He didn't seem to care that I had about 20 people who arrived at our scheduled time. He said he couldn't ask the other party to leave and that there was nothing he could do. I disagreed with him and suggested that the other party being late and in our room wasn't fair to my party to sit elsewhere. He didn't seem to care much. His lack of empathy and poor response was not acceptable to me. We ended up in the general public area and made it work. I suggest this location's management 1) be stricter on the start and end time for each party, and/or 2) allow more time between parties, and/or 3) kindly require parties to leave the room at their expected end time if another party is waiting for their reservation. I would also suggest the person at the counter be more considerate and better trained in customer service. I will consider other options in the future. read more

Although the dining room is closed due to COVID, the excellent service and quality pizza continues. Although everyone has their favorite pizza toppings, everything they make here is great. I enjoy variety. So every time I call to order, I ask, "What is your current special?" And whatever the special is, I try it. I also have to order a half pepperoni and half cheese for the kids. I've been coming in about once a month during this lock down and have never been disappointed. Randomly we decided to meet here for pizza with my husband, and chose it because it's a clubhouse. We have always had good experiences at Round Table Clubhouses. They are usually bigger, cleaner, have an arcade, the food is almost always made so much better. One downside, it's also always more expensive. This one was no exception, and they didn't have ANY discounts going on, which made a big impact on the total. Our large pizza, 6 garlic parmesean twists and drinks were $60+. We usually eat at Round Table for about $35-40 (even at other Clubhouses, so this was much higher). The food was very good and everything was so fresh, made perfectly, the bread was all fluffy. The only other downside was they said they didn't "participate" in the Round Table rewards which didn't make a lot of sense to me. We ended up not getting points for the purchase which was a big deal since it was so expensive! The weird thing was on the back of the receipt it literally laid out instructions on how to redeem your rewards (but didn't include the QR code to do it), so why would you have those instructions there if it was impossible. Round Table Pizza Clubhouse is now open in the former Giuseppe's building, so we went to check it out last night for dinner. It's a big space with lots of seating in the main dining room and a private room that can be reserved for free. There's also an arcade for kids in the corner. The pizza is as good as it is at any Round Table. We got our usual Wombo Combo. The artichokes were delicious! We also tried the pour-your own beer concept. You get a special wrist band that you can scan at each tap. You pour as much as you want and your bracelet will track how much you poured. The price per ounce varies but averages about $0.38 an ounce. You turn in your bracelet at the end and get charged then. The beer selection was pretty good. They had Sierra Nevada, 805, Elysian and more. There was also some cider and wine on tap. Round Table offers frosty pint glasses in an adjacent fridge. Nice touch! read more
