I really enjoyed round table pizza. I have ordered from this location twice now, and it has been delicious. The driver is pleasant, and delivery took awhile, but worth the wait. read more

This is my 2nd bad experience here so I thought I'd write a review. I placed an order online was told to pick up at 7:35. I arrive at 7:45, I pay and the lady asked me to have a seat for 5 min. At 8pm the cook come out and asked if I was waiting for an order I tell him my order and he gives the cashier a look like WTF. he Gos to the back and gives me my order. I open the box, cold ass pizza. I asked . cashier for a refund she asked why? I explained the problem then the cook says "I can put it in the oven" lol no thanks not coming back to this place read more

This was the dirtiest pizza parlor I have ever seen. There was filth all over the windows, the beer area, the tables were sticky, and flies buzzing around. The pizza tasted fine, but I was afraid of dysentary or legonairres disease because contact with a filthy environment. The employee was sitting down when I came in, get some lysol and clean this maggot paradise! read more

Bottom line? Don't offer a lunch buffet if you're not going to stock any pizza. I came here for the lunch buffet at approximately 12:00 pm, the primary lunch hour. When I arrived, there were no pizzas ready for service, and at least 10 people waiting for food. When pizzas did arrive for the service, there were only three pizzas brought out, and one was brought out 10 minutes later. Those pizzas were quickly gone, and I myself only got two slices. 15 minutes later, there were even more people in the restaurant (at least 20) and there were no pizzas being served. I waited 10 more minutes, and left in disgust. I looked into the kitchen and found that only then were pizzas coming out of the conveyor belt. I only had two small slices of pizza for the buffet, and though they were adequate, the slow service, lack of food, and lack of preparation left me with a very negative experience of the place. Normally $7.99 wouldn't be a bad price for an all-you-can-eat experience, but there was nothing to eat. In addition to the poor food service, there was no ice for the soda fountain, and it was not refilled for at least 20 minutes despite many patrons coming, holding the machine down, and thus causing the machine to make the noise of empty ice, which I am certain the staff heard. To top it off, the salad bar featured overly watery lettuce and soggy croutons. Finally, there were technical issues with the register-- the staff informed me on my arrival that the registers were not working. About 20 minutes in, one of the staff informed us that the registers were working, but had to use her personal cell phone to calculate change. I'm severely disappointed in my Round Table experience. Don't bother showing up here. If you're really craving pizza, go north a couple of blocks to Mountain Mike's instead, or if you're set on a buffet, check out Zen's around the corner. read more

Ordered from there twice... Disappointed both times... Damn is too dry, the crust was kinda hard and the first time my order was wrong! So boo to that round table. read more

Set your expectations appropriately. The service is mediocre, but the pizza taste good and the price is economical. I had a 9" meat lovers personal pan pizza and we split a pitcher of Stella. Round Table was open when most other places were closed on Labor Day Sunday. So, Round Table came through with an A-Ok performance. read more

This used to be the place to go on half price pizza nights. People would line up outside waiting. But then they stopped the promotion and rhe place is dead now. I do not want to pay $17 for a pizza. The staff are not the best either. read more

This place has changed there pizzas and service is really good.i used to come here before but I stopped coming. I heard that it was under new management and ownership. So I thought why not give a try there buffet selection, salad bar is really good. I love Pizza and I love coming to Round table pizza. There's a few RTP in San Leandro but this is my favorite spot. The staff here is very nice, They always tell me ways to save $$$ on my orders. Last time they helped me sign up via text msg and received $5 off my specialty pizza. Also, this place is always clean and it's very modern (it was recently renovated). The salad bar is always filled and they have a variety of veggies . Great great services! : ) read more

This particular roundtable needs to shut there doors ,there not good planners during lunch hours,I myself have waited thru my lunch just to get my meal which has been has been call in 16 to 25 mins prior to taking my lunch, and also not getting what I order, they are a joke. read more

Mediocre service, Mediocre food, High priced for what you get....... Review from a First Time NEVER been to a Round Table before, Customer! Walked in extra hungry with my husband and 3 yr old son. Not busy around 6:30 but we noticed the salad bar "score!" We knew what we wanted right away; Pasta with added salad bar please! "Sorry pasta isnt considered a meal!" we were told when ordering. Umm what, seriously ?!? I was confused and so was the counter grl, so we added a personal salad $$6, but she gave us salad bar anyway, smh. The girl at the counter, pls stop smoking pot, it makes ya dopy.. We asked specifically after we seen the receipt was incorrect, we didnt want mushrooms, Do Not Add MUSHROOMS!!!! she said "no worries." Dnt you know she added mushrooms anyway, pasta was burnt, and the two girls kept running the delivery food out the lazy delivery driver everytime he beeped the horn like it was so busy he couldn't come in himself. Smh. Concentrate on your customers first, then you'll be successful, that is, if you care! read more

Actually 4 stars on the food quality but after paying 19 bucks for a pizza to charge me an extra .75 for freakn ranch dressing is rediculous. read more

First time going since they remodeled and wow! Place looks great! The food was great! And the best part was the customer service! The new owner came by and spoke to us for a while which was a really nice touch! The employees were also very attentive! I can't get over how nice this place looks now! If I could give them more stars I would! Def worth checking it out or re-visiting if you've had a negative experience in the past. I'm sure you'll change your mind! read more

Don't not order from this place. My pizza had hair all over it. Also when the lady deliver it she was busy on the phone she didn't even say hi or anything. RUDE read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The last time we came it was really bad they had no pizza on their pizza buffet. So the manager gave us free meals. We came back to try again, bad idea. The lady up front was really rude. She was more concerned about her child that ran into my husband then anything else. No pepperoni pizza. The service was really bad. I can't express how rid the lady was. Also found a hair in my food at that point stopped eating and left. read more

I ordered one large pizza and a small vegi gourmet the small pizza was under cooked doughy gross and disappointed their cook needs to pay attention to the oven the place was not evwn crowded read more

This one has very poor customer service. I'm a Door Dasher and because the cashier can't put his phone down, he sent the delivery through as waiting for me to pick up. I had to contact the customer to let them know it was still being prepared. I have done a number of deliveries from here and each time it's worse. Go to a different one. read more

Less than a month ago I Ordered pizza for my company at 11:00 am they told me 45 min which is normal. I called them around noon to follow up on my order they were 15 late. She told me the driver is in route and will there in 5 min. Ok cool. 20 min go by and I called back again and told them I'm 1/2 mile away what's the hold up. She called the driver again and he said I'm on my way. 12:45 came around 1 hour 30 min later I finally got my pizza cold and I paid for half of the bill. Today I tried them again give them a chance but this time I went in to pick it up. I called at noon before I left she told me 20 min. I get there paid for my food and waited an extra 25 min. Its now 45 min after I called and I went to pick it up. They put my pizza on top of the oven and didn't even tell me. Finally when I asked about the pizza that same pizza I saw go on the oven was mine and had been sitting there for about 15 min now. This location has the worst service and no communication what so ever and has the worst employees you can imagine. Sad to say My company and I will no longer support this Roundtable again. They lost our business and other companies around me as well. read more

Place definitely lacks customer service and it's obvious it's under new management since the last time I went there. Standing at the counter and it took someone forever to even acknowledge that I was even standing there. Ice machine broken. Bathroom was dirty and tables lacked with being wiped down/bussed. Icing on the cake, an employee was outside smoking a cigarette and at the same time picking his nose. Not even sure he washed his hands afterwards. Moral of the story, I'll never be back and this place needs to clean house (pun intended). read more

I was hungry so i order my wings. I call at 8:23pm they told me i have to wait like a 1hour, i was really hungry and they never delivey anything. And necer call me to cancel my order. Bad service read more

Oh my goodness. I'm livid. Last time I picked up my order and my wings were half what I paid for. I called and asked if either I could get a refund or have someone bring me my other half. The supervisor then says that all she can do is give me a 15% discount on my next order. I would have preferred a refund, but fine. I was upset because I ordered 6 hot wings and 6 mild, the mild were for my children. Those were the ones missing and they were bawling. It took me several months to want to order from this store again, but decided that with COVID and everyone suffering, I'd like to give it another try and give them business since they're in my town. Again, I was going to pick up. I tell them I have the $23.99 large specialty coupon that came in the mail. The girl says that they can only apply one coupon, either 15% or $23.99. I was so mad. The 15% should be looked at as cash to make up for the half order they cheated me that I PAID for. It's my own money. I told the girl on the phone (who was checking with her coworker) that I am done with this store, but if they want to stay open, to please bring it up the chain since this is exactly the reason why they have such terrible reviews. VERY poor management. I will order pizza for Friday movie night as I always do with my family, but never ever again from them. No more chances. read more

Still waiting for our pizzas, it's been 1 1/2 hours. I'm so done with this place. I'd rather drive to Papa Murphy's. I should have!! we would've been done eating by now!! And for half the price. read more

They should revoke their franchise license. Orders are constantly wrong. Pizza severely undercooked EVERYTIME and cold on delivery

If I could them give less stars I would. They are the worst in customer service. If you call them with a issue they say they have No Management there. They are running the store by themselves with no leadership. If this true that is a scary thing!! And no one cares!!! We order a pizza and it never came. But they charged us for it but will not give refund. read more

They are ok the pizza here is pretty good. I never eat inside I only order carry-out. The people on the phone are friendly and I've never had a problem with my order. I order here quite often. The $10 one topping special is the best! Delivery is good and very quick but they charge extra for that so I usually pick up. read more

I had a great experience with this place back in July. So I ordered from them again last night. I called at 4:15 and asked for delivery at 6:15. At 6:33 I called to check-in. They said that the person would be there in 5 minutes. I called back at 6:50 only to have them tell me that the person was leaving now. I asked what they were going to do for me, since the pizza was now almost 45 minutes late. The response was that I was suppose to call when the delivery guy got there. He arrive 5 minutes later, pizzas were already cold. I told him I wouldn't sign his form until I asked about my discount. I called and they put me on hold for 3-4 minutes. Delivery guy called on his phone and ended up talking to someone. He then let me talk to them on his phone. I got at 25% discount (they said I could have a discount or a credit for a future order). I let them know I wouldn't be ordering from them again. Worst customer service I have had in ages. read more

The worst service ever! Waited for almost 2 hours for the pizza! They said system glitch but actually they didn't even make it! Very bad! Laughing on the phone and completely unprofessional service are the hallmarks of this store. I would like to add more but I'll just save the rest for an email to the corporate office. read more

We ordered family pack via online ordering stated it will be ready in 15 minutes at 7:35pm. However, when we went to pick up our food at 7:45pm, our order wasn't even in the oven. We asked the manager (cashier) why our order wasn't ready, he said it's not their fault that Round Table Pizza online ordering system told us it will be ready 15 minutes. The manager lied to us and said it takes more than 15 minuites to make pizza. The funny thing is once they put the pizza in the oven, guess how long did it take for us to get our food? 15 minutes. Why did they start making our food when we arrived to pick our food? Seriously, this location is lazy and put the blame on the system? They should have prepared our pizzas and pastas when they recieved our online order, instead, they were slacking off, doing nothing. There were no customer waiting when we went to pick up the food. We were the only customer waiting. This place is horrible and inconsiderate. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered our usual; combination pizza. We've been ordering pizzas here for 20+ years and it has been fairly consistent. The latest combination pizza we picked up was as if we ordered a cheese pizza and with a weird orange sauce. I brought it back and demanded my money back. The workers admitted they now had to WEIGH out their toppings for each pizza. Seems like this place is under cheap new management and not up to Roundtable standards. Do not spend your money here! read more

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. I placed over $100 order at 11:15. Gave them some extra time so arrived at noon. They didn't even put the pizzas in the oven until ONE O'OCLOCK! I waited for a f***ing hour for them to make the pizza?! Not to mention their pizza AND salad bar were empty and there were 20 people waiting on that too. Unbelievably unprepared staff. Wasn't offered anything to make up for this garbage service. read more

Saturday around 2:00 we ordered a small pizza (Jan 20). No other customers, worst service we've ever had at a Round Table. Waited 20 mins or so and finally checked why pizza still not delivered to table. Person working counter disappeared and we found pizza behind counter sitting. When my husband asked for our pizza the cook had to bring it. Extremely slow moving, pizza almost cold. He took back to reheat but it wasn't much better. Pizza cut weird and haphazard with tiny slices and real big slice. Asked politely for huge piece to be cut in half. Took a long time, extremely slow moving personnel. Overall, very weird, awful service. We love going to Round Table, usually in Fremont and are not very picky. But this Doolittle location was ridiculous. Ended up eating only a small portion and left most of it. $20.00 bucks down the drain. personnel either tired, stoned or apathetic. No one moves that slow normally read more
