I've never ordered from round table Pizza here in my area this is first n last time!! I'm ordered because my grandsons wanted pizza I always order light sauce and this is drenched and sauce and it took 45 minutes from two blocks away when he told me was gonna take 17 minutes at the most The pizza was not hot it was not on the hot container the guy was pulling out of the trunk of his car took an additional 10 min to bring to my door I kid you not! I called to ask him why there so much sauce on the pizza that my grandsons do not want to eat it now... he said that's the least sauce that they can put which is BS so he did not care he did not want to listen so I told him I would YELP it and let everybody know not to go to this location! now I wonder why there's only two stars I wish I would've looked on YELP first SMH!! You would think they would give me my money back or discounts or coupons or something but now just a bunch of greedy people!! read more

Round Table Pizza - TOOO MUCH SAUCE IT VERY SOGGY!! - Pizza Near Me - San Leandro, California

See all

Ordered two sets of the family meal - ready on time and clean ... the lady behind the counter was so sweet great service !

It's ok. Actually easier to deal with than the Washington Blvd location. Hit or miss on if pizza is made right and same goes with the order taking employee and counter person at the register. Usually best to phone it in and pick up. The parking lot is easy to get in /out of so that's a plus. Always strange people hanging out near it when we frequent it. read more

Round Table Pizza - Roundtable pizza on Doolittle Dr. Hardly a soul in there tonight. - Pizza Near Me - San Leandro, California

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One pizza was burnt and had the wrong crust. I called to request a new pizza or refund and was told that I needed to bring the pizza to the store. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. It was delivered to me burnt and now I have to take it to the restaurant? I wasnt allowed to speak to the manager and was told I could call back tomorrow or that I would get a discount next time. Well, there won't be a next time, customer service was awful and the pizza was even worse. Dont waste your time or money getting pizza from this round table, they suck! read more

Multiple people there working with long hair and no hair net. Yep that's great way to make food. #Garbage read more

Food is good, service was fast, but beware of shady operators on the premises and don't turn your back on anything valuable for even a minute. I had a very bad experience today. Ate my lunch, took a little too long and rushed out as I was late for a phone conference call. Got to my car and realized I didn't have my phone. Walked back in, and my table that wasn't cleared when I walked out no more than a minute earlier had been cleared - but no phone. I asked at the counter, and although no one was sitting near me, the employee said a man with a child had come from that area after I left. I suppose it's possible in that minute he got up and walked over, grabbed my phone and left without passing me as I came back in - but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Apparently there aren't any security cameras either to help identify who stole my phone. I was in town for business and thought I'd treat myself to lunch in between client meetings, but instead, that "treat" turned into me spending the entire afternoon getting a new phone and trying to restore my data. Of course that is entirely my fault for forgetting my phone in the first place, but at the same time, you'd like to think you could make a mistake inside a restaurant like this and it would still be there 1-2 minutes later. Lesson learned and I'll treat myself next time somewhere else. Hoping posting this review, as well as the police report I filed, helps someone else not repeat my mistake. read more

My order was great and it came early... And it didn't hurt that the delivery person was hott! Hey it matters

Always fresh and full of flavor. The twists with their ranch is delicious. If you eat in , I suggest the all you can eat salad bar.

Can you please tell us how to order a well-done pizza? I placed two separate orders for three pizzas in the last 90 minutes and for some reason it's not well done. The first time I asked, I wrote it online. But because we couldn't get the first order done correctly online, I called, however it still wasn't well done. Please let us know read more

Round Table Pizza - Newly renovated, they did great job. - Pizza Near Me - San Leandro, California

This place is tucked away in the busy shopping square that has a bunch of restaurants and an Asian supermarket. Parking can be difficult, especially during lunch time. Carpooling is highly recommended. My friend and I came here for their lunch buffet. It was around 12:30pm and the place was not that crowded. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of tables for dining in. One bad thing was almost half the tables were occupied by dirty dishes with no one in sight to clear the tables. Now on to the food. The buffet came with AYCE pizza and salad with a soda. The pasta was separate. Salad bar had pretty good selections and was fairly stocked. They seemed to be stingy with having pizzas out though. There were 3 choices with only like 2 or 3 pieces left on each plate. As I grabbed the last slice from one of the trays, a staff brought another fresh pan of pizza out. It seemed like they only want to keep 3 pans out at a time, even if they were on the verge of being empty. This is why I knocked off one star! It's a buffet, for goodness sake! I shouldn't have to feel like I gotta beat out others to get some pizzas. Stop being stingy!! Overall, Food was good, nothing to write home about. I would come back to this place if I have a hankering for pizza buffet next time. read more

Worst service. I order chicken bacon Alfredo pasta with no bacon. After 15 mins the order shows up and they put bacon in it. And when I say it's bacon, they say it's roasted cheese, but the lady who took my order says she added bacon. The guy still says it's roasted cheese. I Just put the food in trash and walked away. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER read more

I've been coming here for many years, always for lunch. The pizza is always good. the service however sucks. You used to be able to get the buffet without a salad, now, no more. weather you want it or not your paying for it. Now the main problem. There is never any pizza! the place is packed and they have one fucking pizza!! And of course the first 4 people to get in line get some while the remaining 15 have to wait again. Get your shit together your oven can handle TWO pizzas at a time if not more. stupid asses read more

Tuesday night special 5pm-10pm 50% off any size pizza. This place is located on doolittle, in Marina Faire. We ordered an extra large garlic chicken pizza for only $13! Called our order in as we were getting on the bridge to come home from work, got there and then waited 15 minutes in line before we got our pizza. The service is super super super slow here. They need more workers or registers or something. There were like 4 other customers in front of us, it does not take that long to take down an order and get payment. Pizza was good so I'll definitely be coming back on another Tuesday special night. read more

I literally told the lady my order 5 times. The order came wrong and when they "fixed" it the orwe was still wrong. I didn't leave till I got what I ordered. But it's not worth the effort. read more

This is only in reference to the staff there. The cashier was rude and think I needed an explanation of where I was at and what they serve there. I grew up eating RTP as a transition in my family but she didn't know that. This will be great place to go as far a gourmet pizza but the staff was let to be desired. I will be at RTP but the staff at the location needs to be changed out or should how to give great customer service, read more

Highly appreciated quick fast service & my food is on point. Thank you round table I can't wait to order my next meal with you next time I will go all out. This time a personal King Arthur and some hot wings. read more

I came in here while waiting for my wheel alignment. I haven't had round table in a long time and now I know why!! For first time I got the buffet and I can honestly say I was not impressed!!! The salad bar was a small selection of items and the pizzas were horrible when they actually put some out!! There was about 15 people and only two pizzas out and then two more eventually came out that looked like they dumped all their old toppings on them!! Horrible I will never come back for buffet lunch again!! read more

Pizza's fine. Service here is terrible. They deliver for an astronomical charge, so they bribe you to come in and get it for a discount. But then you wait endlessly for someone to help you. The salad bar was kind of gross, too. Won't be doing this again any time soon, if ever. read more

Ordered some pizzas for my family and I and they were delivered in a timely manner. Pizza was absolutely delicious, I definitely recommend the bbq chicken, it's one of my favorites. Kids enjoyed the pepperoni and cheese as well. I recommend this place! read more

This is probably the worst Round Table franchise in the world. At lunch time, they NEVER bus tables. Nearly every table has dirty dishes on it. The employees are always hiding in the kitchen on their phones. LAZY! The operator is obviously a moron. He sees the mess and does nothing about it. Please sell to someone competant. The restaurant business is not your gig. RoundTable is decent if it's done right. This guy NO NO NO read more

Will NEVER eat here again. Just went in for the lunch buffet made a salad and went to get some pizza. Another older gentleman who was eating his lunch asked me to come back over to the pizza and pointed out a bug (roach) crawling on the counter in between the pizza and the soda machine just inches from the pizza warmer. I immediately told the cashier. He and the other lady working promptly brushed it onto the floor and killed it. I asked for the manager and was told that he was not there. At this point I just wanted and received a refund. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! read more

Round Table Pizza is one of the best chain restaurant pizza places. I've only been to this location for lunch since I work in the area. Always get the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet and salad bar. Great deal for $6.99 and with a drink it's under $10. The pizza is standard RTP style and they usually serve up 4-5 different style pizzas at the buffet. Depending on the day, there's either a plethora of pizza or you're fighting over what's on the buffet with everyone else in the restaurant. Salad bar is always good and plenty of toppings. Knowing what you're up against, it's still worth the visit. read more

Out of all the years that I've gotten pizza from here, I've NEVER dined inside. I've always ordered my pizza to go. Pizza is always on spot. Round Table is my favorite pizza but the only problem is that it's pricey. You can get just as tasty pizza and much cheaper at Mountain Mike's. We've been having regular pizza nights on Tuesday's lately. Gotta take advantage of their 50% off any pizza/any size deal! Woot! Woot! read more

I know the past reviews have been spotty but I had a great experience when I came here. It was a dark and stormy night - seriously! I stopped in and placed my order. They were very courteous and my pizza was done in about 20 minutes - hot and delicious!! Mmmmmm! read more

Worst round table I've ever been too! This is after giving them many chances because they are located near my work. They never answer the phone in a timely manner. They never have pan crust cause it actually takes effort to make. My order has been wrong 3 different times. None of the employees (a bunch of shaggy Arabs and one female) wear hairnets or beard nets when they all have big messy hair and full beards!! Let alone a full uniform they all dressed in their street clothes!! It's amazing this place is in business... read more

Walked in and waited almost 5 minutes for someone to our from the back so I can pay for my order. Ordered online and said my offer will be ready in 20 minutes. I've been here for 20 minutes and still waiting which means it is taking over 40 minutes and not the 20 minutes it stated when I put my order in online. While waiting a guy who had already picked up his order but had to come back because his order was wrong...no Manager to complain so he left really upset. read more

I should of went off my first experience and not ordered here again ....... I ordered online said my pizza would be here at 12:55 I called at 1:20 the girl rudely said it's on its way and hung up 15 min later I called back and with no sense of urgency he said he would call then got right back on the phone and said he's on the way but there are others in front of you .... well why say it will be here at 12:55 !!!! Pizza came 1 and 1/2 hours later and was soggy and disgusting! Never again . read more

Do yourself a favor, do NOT go to this Round Table. This place has gotten my order wrong twice. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I learned my lesson, I will never give my money to this particular location ever again. It's so frustrating, after a long 16 hour day, you come home and find out they made your elderly parents the wrong pizza, which I was so grateful they helped me pick up last minute. I ordered a Gourmet Veggie and what I got was just a regular veggie pizza with red sauce...and olives (which I do not care for). Round Table pizza is not cheap, I paid a total of $54 for 1 medium and 1 large specialty pizza and for them to make me the wrong pizza is just super frustrating. Zero stars. read more

I went here after a horrible experience from Mt. Mike's pizza. Their food is made to order. That's how it should be. Good customer service and good sized Pizzas made with fresh ingredients. I will be returning. read more

I would give this a negative number if I could. I placed an order on December 10 for delivery at 8:30pm. At 8:50 I called the location only to be told they were closing early and I could pick up my order. They could not deliver because they had no drivers!! Yet, they charged me for the food. I still have not been refunded my money. The manager FINALLY called me back after 4-5 calls to the location. Still no refund!! This place is a joke. My next step is to contact the owners, Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen. read more

I ordered a pan pizza for delivery. They charged me for a pan pizza and then gave me regular crust. And when I called to let them know of the mistake. They lied and said I didn't order a pan crust but I had ordered several times from them the same kind each time for the same price I paid today. So long story short if you want to be cheated go to this round table location. The guy I ordered from said he couldn't here me because the connection was bad but he got my payment info load and clear. Just was wanna give over pizza lovers a heads up. read more

I've been going to Round Table restaurants in California for more than 30 years and this was the first Round Table that had a bad (actually terrible!) pizza!!! I live out of state now and look forward to going to have my Round Table pizza each time I'm in California. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Why? Here's why: The small pizza I ordered (and always have) was a King Arthur Supreme with everything on it including shrimp and anchovies. The problem ws that whoever cooked it either put the anchovies on after it finished cooking, or more likely did not cook long enough because the anchovies were not cooked, the mushrooms were barely warm and the pork and pepperoncini was either just barely warm or room temperature (ugh!). This experience will not make me not return and eat my beloved pizza, but never again at this location... BEWARE! read more

I order from this round table quite often as it's a mile and a half from my dads place. The orders are always right, the pizza is always fresh and It usually only an HR to get my order. Ordered from Round Table today at this location on Fairway. I placed the order online at 11:54 a.m. Arrival time was supposed to be at 12:54 p.m.. At 1:05 p.m., I called Round Table who told me the driver left 15 minutes ago (12:50 p.m.). I live no more than 10 minutes by car from this restaurant. Pizza was cold. Maui Zaui was horrible. Worst I've ever had from a Round table restaurant. I wish Washington street still delivered our way.

Always Delicious Pizza, Looked like they were following all the social distancing guidelines. Great work by the management

The pizza's really good, that's about it. The person taking orders was being a fucken bitch to every single customer that walked in. She would get all pissed if someone hesitated about what they wanted to get. Parking was a bitch, too. read more
