Went in a couple of days ago with my husband to a fundraising buffet that they hosted and eye-witnessed bullying from two employees (clearly managers) towards a female employee; we were appalled! We stayed longer than we were intending to see if the harassing and threatening behavior would continue, the male manager was extremely aggressive and gave an "or else" and a "I'm serious" warning that sounded like a threat to the female employee simply because she was busy trying to get dishes cleaned due to a lack of supplies, but she apparently wasn't running and answering the phone fast enough since "it needs to be answered by the third ring" according to the male manager. How he expected her to run a farther distance than he would have had to while keeping the dishes stocked, I have absolutely no idea! Then it escalated with the female manager attacking the female employee as well and threatening to write her up for not answering the phone when they are literally feet away from it and doing nothing except standing there and waiting for clean dishes. From experience, we are pretty sure that you can't put that many customers on hold from how many times we heard the phone ring and watched her run back and forth as she was told to do so, though occasionally from how long she was on the phone for then we are guessing that she felt responsible for taking some of the orders as that just seemed to be the kind of person that she is aka RESPONSIBLE. The female employee was understandably frustrated and blurted out an "oh my gosh!" comment to express it (props for good language!) and the female manager was clearly trying to egg on a fight since she made it out as if she said something that was personal to her, telling her "excuse me, you can't speak to me like that" in a tone that implied that she thought that she is more important and higher up than everybody else there (sounded like she was drunk with power and abused it) and it was all just extremely juvenile. I wonder how she even became a manager with how wrong she handled the situation with just her psycho attitude alone and the atmosphere these two managers create is clearly not suited for a family restaurant or a safe work environment. I expected the female employee to defend herself but she simply took the abuse and continued to work while my husband made comments about how if someone threatened his job and purposefully embrassed him in front of all the employees and customers in such a degrading and humiliating public display as the one we just witnessed then he would be face to face confronting that manager about it and embarassing her instead! He was horrified at the treatment the employee goes through and why no one defended her or offered to take the phone so she could get dishes out to make pizzas and to the customers. We were going to call and make a complaint but then decided against it in fear of making it worse for the employee and since it looks like it has been going on for a while, especialy after seeing other reviews from customers in the Red Bluff location for Round Table. We were also eye-wtiness to an atrocious act from a male employee who we've seen roll dough in a small room by the salad bar quite often, grab a dirty fork, dry it off with a paper towel, and then hand it to a customer... DISGUSTING! I am sure all the employees knew that it wasn't clean and actually allowed this; all we saw was the bullied female employee with a horrified expression equal to ours and questioning why they allowed it. At least they have one good employee! Get your act together Round Table and start firing employees who are clearly ruining your reputation and losing customers like us! Neither of us, including our friends and family, are coming back until we see them gone and when there is actually a better family environment that isn't playground bullying oriented. I wouldn't want my children seeing this behavior, especially from authority figures with positions that they clearly didn't earn! read more

This place really sucks its constantly a mess I feel like the pizza comes out of the garbage can the service is always poor theres barely any toppings I was told that it would take about 20 minutes but it took a good hour and the crust was extremely thin when I wanted original and they didnt listen to the order when I said not to put on a specific ingredient and they did it anyway they also never checked on us so we had to ask for the special dip that we ordered by getting up and by the time we even got the pizza it was cold from sitting in the window which was ridiculous because we were right in front of it and there were only a few other customers besides us so not at all busy so seriously no excuse and there definitely seems to be a huge communication and asshole problem going on here not to mention no teamwork at all and all the antagonizing and provoking of fights from the managers I cant help but think its messed up to tell an employee that she cant get help when she asks for it and then gossiping and making fun of her to another employee while she stands there upset like really dude shut up and get the hell out of management if you dont know youre doing there is no excuse to stand around when you and the other employees left a mess for her to clean up after her break I saw the whole thing know the camera caught it and seeing her cry just pissed me and my friends the hell off get off your lazy asses clear up some tables instead of letting it sit through her entire break and having her do it by herself this isnt the first time ive seen this crap several times before and its not getting any better just me mentioning it you know who you two are and all the other lazy ass employees wih no backbone or care for what its like to be in a spot like that DO SOMETHING AND STOP STANDING AROUND WITH YOUR THUMB UP YOUR ASS read more

Notorious for their great pizza and wings as well as burgers and, since the opening of the bar, their variety of beer. They also have daily happy hours and buffets to come in and dine in at a good price, which is preferred over their delivery that is sub-par if not the worst that I have ever seen (an hour to two hour wait time) but I had to wait an entire hour with my dine-in and to-go experiences so be prepared for a wait! Despite these set-backs, depending on who you talk to, the staff can be either friendly or a waste of a paycheck with no in-between. Quantity is definitely not what you pay for and the quality makes you wonder if they care at all; I am sure that they would expect better with the pizza they order when its their money being spent! As customers, we expect good by our money - we work for it after all and most of us do spend wisely. 2 Stars for a few of the friendly staff and beer. The three top reasons why I gave 3 Minus stars: 1. Bathrooms - definitely disgusting and needing remodeling - unless you don't mind the diaper changer hanging over the toilet or the men's restroom a chaos of duct tape and loose tile. 2. Convenience - store hours, specials, and timed delivery/dine-in/to-go and not very child friendly besides the games that cost money. 3. Quantity and Quality - Original crust is thin crust, barely any to almost no toppings (if they get your order right), and most of my experience with the staff is seeing them snap at each other like teenagers with little to no idea about what they're doing and how to do it. read more

My wife and 2 kids always convince me to come in for the awesome pizza even though I hate to dine-in here.... past experience has always been full of rude and slow employees (many of which slacked off), dirty dishes and utensils, messes took forever to be cleaned up, calls were always put on hold (ridiculous!!!!!), orders took too long to be made and delivered, and the hours weren't always the best but it was way better than the 10pm that they have now..... In the past 2 weeks, we've noticed much better service, tables are cleaned off faster, dishes and utensils are noticeably cleaner, the new employees that I have been seeing are faster and more hard-working.... a new girl works hard carrying huge loads of dishes in a tub to the back and is always able to stop, greet, and be friendly.... my daughter absolutely loves seeing her carry high stacks of cups to the front and calls her "circus girl" and she absolutely adores her and she clearly loves kids!!!! Even hinted that some kids find tokens on the floor to my son and he had fun searching which was an awesome break for my wife and I to have some alone time so thank you!!!!!! The male bartender is always pleasant to talk to, definitely a hard worker, knows his stuff for sure, and makes us laugh when we go in....wife loves his attitude!!!!!! Overall, this place might be better if they hired employees that didn't gang up on other employees over the pettiest BS. read more

Well I'm officially convinced that the only reason this business has remained open is to provide jobs for those who are too mentally fucking disabled to work elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great what they're doing for the community. However, if you decide to (try) and enjoy a meal here just don't expect your pizza to be what you fucking ordered. This is my second time going into this Red Bluff Round Table and it won't be my last. When we walked in the restaurant was as clean as can be. Darin at the bar always takes great care of us and it is obvious that he cares about making sure customer service is top class. I was impressed with the extensive menu and the burgers looked great. Be sure to ask Darin about the burgers, he will point you in the right direction. read more

Overall the food was pretty good and well made but the customer service was just awful. The guy didn't seem to know exactly what he was doing which caused everyone behind us in line to wait longer, also said they had certain beers yet they didn't have them + the ones they "did have" ended up being completely foam. The environment was semi-clean. read more

Had a great time, our server Kim was awesome, she was great with our kids. The food was great and since we were a huge party of 10 people we expected a long wait time and we were pleasantly surprised that it came out so fast.
