We found this nice little family owned and operated winery west of Red Bluff, that served various food boards and oven baked pizza. We tried some of the wines and found a new variety that was truly delicious, a Muscat port wine. We bought both pizzas; chicken bacon ranch, and margherita. The bruschetta plate and two both flavored frose'z. Everything was delicious, ironically this pizza was probably better than any pizza we had while visiting Italy. Super random winery hidden just outside of Red Bluff and about 5 miles from Hwy 5! Loved the country and outdoorsy vibe. If you are expecting Napa and looking for high end vibe, I'd skip this cute quaint place. Great place! It's in the middle of nowhere which means not super crowded. My boyfriend did wine tasting--6 wines for 10 bucks. Super reasonable. I got a glass of their bubbly wine and guava juice, yum. They have large chess, corn hole, and Boche Ball. We are visiting from out of town and thought this place looked nice. Reviews seemed promising. Unfortunately our experience left us disappointed. Service was good, wine was okay but the ambiance and food were lackluster. The charcuterie board was $32 yet the only meat we received was deli salami and very basic cheese. It was full of random dried fruits, nuts, candy, etc. but the most important piece of a board was non existent. It felt store bought. Definitely not worth $32. Save your money. The pizza was okay but we could tell the crust was frozen. As far as the space goes, it's a cute seating area outside under a tent. However, we kept getting attacked by a crazy amount of flies where we couldn't fathom staying to have more wine. Hope your experience will be better than ours. Lori and Richard are incredible hosts! We came on a Saturday with a party of 8. This day was incredibly windy and unfortunately we could not try the pizzas! We stayed warm by sitting in the tasting room and plenty of wine. The plates and salads were delicious! Lori shared with us that she creates all of the pizzas by hand with a lot of love! What a GREAT find! Nice clean place that is warm and welcoming. We surprised the owners on Sat afternoon with 15 people while they prepared for a reserved 10 people! They accommodated us with smiles while using up all their pizza dough on our heard. We found a couple of the reds very good and wood fired pizzas with salad were a great paring. read more

We owned a retail wine store so we hope that when we go to a winery that we will get someone that knows a little bit about the wines they are pouring. Unfortunately, we got the fill in guy who didn't know much about the wines. Adding to that the wines weren't very good. The Cab Sauv was the thinnest we have ever had, the flavor profile was pretty much non-existent. The only wines we sort of liked were the bubbly and the port. We didn't buy anything because none of it was worth buying, however, if they waived the tasting fee when you buy a bottle we might have purchased. Beautiful little gem hidden in Red Bluff. The grounds were well kept and had a great little layout. There was a well landscaped outdoor area with plenty of games to keep you entertained while having a glass of wine. Unfortunately we came here after going elsewhere for lunch so we didn't have a chance to try the pizzas but they looked delicious when others ordered. We rolled into Red Bluff on a Thursday afternoon to find our dinner plans had been scrapped. A quick internet search on "What to do in Red Bluff?" turned up some odd suggestions(Visit a jewelry store?), but wine tasting at Tuscan Ridge was on the list. A phone call revealed that it was pizza night so we killed a couple hours waiting for dinner. It was a slow evening so it was just us, the winery dog, the owner, and a five-piece band of fun musicians. The package deal was a bottle of wine with a small pizza, but we were in the mood for two pizzas so we took home one bottle (but cleaned up the pizza). The wine was good for the price and the pizza was fabulous, but the overall evening was spectacular due to the very pleasant weather, personal service, good music, and wonderful atmosphere. The little bit of "fetch" with the dog made me feel right at home. Altogether a very nice "replacement" evening. We want to schedule the next visit to Red Bluff around pizza night, and hope for the same band. read more

First let me say the wine was great! The lady who poured my samples was very informative. (I think it was Laurie from previous reviews but she didn't introduce herself or wear a name tag.) My only reason for not giving this five stars is the fact that the $10 tasting fee is waved if you purchase $100, and I thought I had when the bill was $103 plus tax. Nope, the wine was $93 and the tasting fee was $10. I didn't realize until later when I was able to check my email that I was so close to the $100 and could have gotten another bottle of wine and the $10 would have been waived. I wish she would have mentioned that or waved the fee since I was so close. Will I go back? Maybe. I do visit Red Bluff on a regular basis and think their wine prices are very fair and, like I said, the wine is really good. If I go back, I will definitely watch the tag a little closer. read more

By far The BEST tasting experience near Redding! We've been here three times now and started bringing guests after the first. It's about a 40-minute drive from Redding and so worth it! The pizza's fantastic--doesn't matter which one you get and they change up the selections according to fresh ingredients available--and have one of their salads with the tasty dressing too. What stands out most about their wines--and there are 22 of them folks--is each one is very smooth. The blends we've had have been quite innovative--a Cabriovese that was a delicious delight! It's so apparent Jeff and Lori have poured their hearts and souls into this place. You see it throughout from the thoughtful way everything's decorated and sparkling clean to all the cozy, comfortable places you can sit, sip, and visit. There's an adorable indoor barn area with a retractable wall to let the outside in and table seating, a small tasting room where you receive the best service any reasonable person would ever want, and a super fun outdoor area with all kinds of games and even more cozy places to unwind and take in the vineyard!
