I haven't been to Round Table in about 30 years, mostly because the pizza was not anything special. But they deliver so I decided to order a pizza for delivery. It came promptly and looked amazing! I wish I would have taken a picture! I loaded it up, double pepperoni, garlic, red onion, Roma tomato's, artichoke hearts! The red sauce is zesty! Food was fine but service was crap. When ordering breadsticks you get x2 1oz cups of marinara that are half filled. And when asking for another one they want $1 for another 1/2oz serving that should have been bigger to begin with! We already paid $58 for 2 mediums and breadsticks... and then we wanted ranch and they want $1 for the same 1oz cup where as the Round Table in Upland gave me for free x2 4oz cups of ranch for FREE when I asked! That's service! Someone tell this Mountain store manager I am now driving an extra couple miles to the Upland store just to not give business to these petty condiment hoarders, I might consider coming back if I hear they give larger cups of condiments or just hand a free cup of ranch when asked for one!! $1!! Love roundtable. Not this place. Place is empty. Website says beer and wine served. Asked for wine. Server said they don't sell wine. Pointed out all the others do, she said they never do. Asked if I could bring in my own bottle, guy came from back and said no. I specifically went there because their website says they serve wine. Guy was not nice. He simply doesnt care. This location should be looked at by corporate. I did call the closest roundtable in upland. Guy on phone nice. Said yes they serve wine and beer and listed off 3 kinds of wine they serve. This video game/claw machine etc game is pretty sad. One claw machine had the lamest toys I've ever seen, and the other one the children all said was rigged. The candy one worked pretty good. When they serve the pizza they don't have those little things that elevate the pizza above the table OR the little pizza server spatula things that allow you to serve the pizza without burning your hand. Also it was too warm inside the dining room. You have ovens going and no windows, pump some AC in for the people. You lose a star for serving Pepsi, but get it back because the staff was super nice. We ordered a XL pizza with pepperoni, onions, extra cheese, olives with spicy sauce. We had roundtable in Hawaii for the first time years ago and it was excellent! Since then, we've tried it again in Long Beach and now in Ontario and I have to say that it wasn't nearly the same. Great service and it was made on time, if not early, but just was rather tasteless. Seems like the quality of ingredients was not up to what we expected. Not much cheese (paid extra for more cheese) and the crust was underwhelming. Maybe other pizzas might taste better. read more

Walked in here with my buddy for lunch. The place was empty in a Sunday afternoon. I use to come to the original Round Table in the same location about 30 years ago. The place was clean, the restrooms were also clean. The reason for 4 stars was the CO tank for the fountain drinks was out. So, no fountain drinks only bottle drinks, very limited. I ordered 3 pizzas and wings online, we PAID showed confirmation and we were not allowed to pickup because the person that paid was not present. They wanted a "copy" of the ID wtf, I'm picking up PIZZA not medications or something illegal. So now I have to go order somewhere and wait for the refund(over $100) to post on my account. Pizza ,wings and twists ; 5 stars hands down. Best pizza EVER. Customer service at this location can be improved. The server/cashier brought our food and I saw that we didn't get any sauce for the twists ,they usually come with marinara sauce, so I kindly asked if we could get some and she said she could but she would have to take one of the sides of ranch we had for our wings. She reached over and grabbed one and left. I don't know what their policy is but if we need to pay an extra few bucks for sauce, we will. I have never seen a server take something back like that. I order from here often and have never had problems. Was supposed to pick up my pizza at 4:45. When I paid I was told it was almost ready. I sat for 20 minutes and finally asked what was going on. They said accidentally gave my order to someone else and were remaking mine. But nobody bothered to tell me this as I sat there waiting. Horrible pizza and horrible customer service. My husband ordered from here for a nice gesture to some workers we had doing a job at our house. The pizza arrived burnt. Of course the workers ate it because they were hungry. I called to complain and the manager said there was nothing he could do. I offered to send a picture of the last pieces. One star for the pizza and the other for the young lady at the register who greeted us with a smile. This was our first time dining at this location. I placed my oder and then seated my family of five in a booth for four, I added a chair at the end of the table in order to fit. ( our only option) The reason I did this with because the banquet room had a sign stating that is was reserved. About two minuets later the same young lady who greeted us approached us and said we had to move. She told us that her supervisor-asked her to have us to move because we would scratch the floors. At that point they allowed us into the "reserved" room. Seriously scratch the floor? Wow.. It is tile for crying out loud!!! . This set the tone and made the rest of my visit very uncomfortable. Brian has amazing customer service! About 3 minutes after ordering online i received 1 called i didn't recognize the call. Then a call again i answered and it was Brian. He want make sure i knew the correct location and let me know my pizza would be done shortly. Once i arrived i made a mistake on my end and he completely handle and fixed it immediately even though it was my mistake. I arrived home my pizza was amazing, thanks to who ever made that! It was full of flavor, crispy and they don't cheap you out on the toppings. I have gotten my Round table pizza before at a different location but i will definitely get them from this store move forward. read more

Worst Round Table in the world - called ordered a delivery - they took the money from my card and told me it would be about an hour. They then called back and said that they couldn't deliver because it was 5 miles away!!! What a bunch of a55h0les!!! We order pizza from this Round Table location practically every football Sunday (as we did this past one). The pizza is always delivered hot. They don't skimp on toppings here (when you order extra cheese, you can tell you've got extra cheese on your pizza). Although we always order the 1 Large (1 topping) pizza, 3 cheesy bread sticks and 6 wing special, I'm not particularly fond of the the wings here. Most of the time, I get 4 drumsticks and they have too much fat/skin on them (I'm a fan of the flappers more than drumsticks though so this might just be me). When dining in, I have noticed that the front counter can be a bit chaotic. I really wish they'd be a little more organized and attentive at the counter. I typically wait about five minutes to get a pitcher of beer (not a good thing when you've got hot pizza calling your name at the table). As with all Round Tables (or, so I've experienced) they use really good, quality ingredients which make the pizza taste that much better. The best thing is, when buying the pan crust, it microwaves really well the next day! read more

I was sick at home and didn't want to worry about lunch for my son and I so, I decided on pizza. The closest location was Round Table. I was told the time would be 45 minutes. Our medium half cheese/half pepperoni arrived within 30 minutes. Pizza was greasy and over cooked and for $15 plus tip I would have expected a lot higher quality. I would not recommend Round Table. Not planning on ordering from them again. I prefer Sal N Sons up the street but when I called them I was told they don't deliver until 5pm. read more

Came into this round table yesterday for the first time (after a long day of work) and was greeted kindly by the workers there. My coworker and I ordered a pitcher of beer, sausage and ham pizza, and their new wings. The service was very fast and friendly. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered. We order one of their specials, which includes a large pizza, 3 Parmesan twists, and 6 hot wings, all for under $30. The crew is fast and very polite. I've been coming to this particular location when it had the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. I just ordered a pizza for delivery and it was so good and so quick! The girl told me that it would take about 45 minutes, but I got it in about 30. The thin crust was crispy and delicious and the cheese was gooey... perfection in a pizza box. Love Round Table pizza. Usually comes out great, and is the best chain pizza around. Yes its a bit pricey compared to Dominos or Pizza Hut, but the quality of the toppings and freshness is there. This Round Table is clean and fairly large. Has TVs in different areas, so thats OK by me when trying to watch the game. Beer is decently priced (check their sports pint), and there are enough video games to keep kids entertained. read more

This location is awesome! Everytime we go we have great service and are always greeted. There is this super nice asian lady that works the front and always seems to be in a great mode so I like that. The food is always fresh and hot and they always have everything available. I also like this place bc they have specials that are only for this place. I LOVE Round Table Pizza. I have been going to Round table pizza since I was able to eat solid foods...lol I go there for the lunch specials. At the one in Fontana they have a salad bar that I will eat at- you can build your own salad. Quite a few of the Round tables around the IE make the salad for you which is bull! For 6 bucks you can get a mini pizza, salad, and a drink which is a great deal. I never go to Round table unless I am eating lunch because it is just that good! read more
