WORST Round Table I've EVER been to! I eat at Round Table once a week literally and this is the first time I ever tried this specific location. The staff is extremely rude especially the "supervisor" Ramone. I made an order for an extra large pizza, large pizza and a medium pizza (I spent $62) and I asked for ranch which they said they have to charge .50 each for and I even asked if I could get one complimentary ranch per pizza so three and I would pay for the others that I needed and he was just so rude about it. His tone and attitude was very unprofessional OVER RANCH. I ended up asking him for his managers name because he was being rude over a question and he REFUSED to give me his managers name. He said his manager wasn't there so he wasn't going to tell me his name. That within itself made matters worse. So I get my pizzas and WOW the quality was not Round Table ($62) quality. Pizzas were extra thin and BURNT. Then to top it off they didn't give me my receipt! The staff was not polite, no "thank you" or any manners at all they just starred awkwardly at me and gave me my stuff. I can't believe the way this place is run. I will never eat at this location again and I will be sure to let everyone I know NOT to eat here. NOT normal Round Table quality and a staff that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. read more

45 minutes for delivery as I was told. Ordered gourmet veggie well done $20. I FORGOT TO ORDER W/ZESTY MARINA so I got standard white sauce. Pizza was barely warm. Reheated in toaster oven. Gave this place a few chances. NEVER AGAIN! The Asian "lady" that roars through the place with zero personal and customer service skills... On top of her horrible attitude towards paying customers this round tables quality is definitely not like other round tables I've eaten at previously. Don't give her anymore money.. We usually go to the one in upland off foothill and it has a salad bar and the pizza there is so much better and the owner takes pride in hi buisness. But we wanted to have it delivered and they deliver in are area and it was terrible for being original crust it was thicker I was so disappointed for now on I'll jump in my car and dine in to the one on foothill by campus. read more

Called in a order for super bowl Sunday at this location to be ready by 130 and the lady called me and said food was ready and when I arrived it took another 25 min and she said because they don't have warmers to keep food warm so they make it fresh. The service here is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Lately, I have noticed that the pizza's I ordered are VERY greasy! Tonight after 90 minutes the driver called me several times claiming he couldn't find my address. This guy wasn't even on the right STREET! After several go-around s, I called the store to complain and spoke to Felicia the "manager". This lady has got to have the WORST customer service skills ever. Never offered to make it right, never cared about making the customer happy, or even ensuring our pizzas and twists were still warm. I am from the east coast and have lived in Cali for 4 years now. This is probably only my 10th pizza place that I have tried in SoCal...and have only found one that got it right (Romanos in Riverside). I just dont taste the freshness. I came here with my boyfriend the other day. I come here all the time because it's close to my job but it was his 1st time and we enjoyed every minute of it!! No complaints here. Round Table Pizza is my favorite pizza in the whole wide world and this location didn't disappoint. This place was clean, the service was prompt and polite. I ordered a small King Arthur's and the pizza came out piping hot, the ingredients were fresh, and I devoured it in 10 minutes. For dessert, La Michaocana Ice Cream is next door. Usually order from this place because of the flavor despite the premium prices. Ordered a Maui Zaui (or usual) and it tasted somewhat bland. It looked like they added only a small amount of Polynesian sauce. No problem. Drove back and informed someone who looked like a manager. He informed me the sauce is baked in even though you can barely taste it.. So I asked for a couple (2) sides of Polynesian sauce. By the way, I feel really stupid wasting my time and writing about "Polynesian Sauce" - are you kidding me? But I feel even stupider realizing that I got back in my car, drove a a couple (2) miles only to get one (1) small aide of stupid pizza sauce. Anyway, the gentleman responds with: "I could give you one(1)" in a very condescending tone. The pizza is good but be warned: the wings are hot as hell. Like no joke. I eat spicy food all the time and I was not ready for these wings. I even dunked them in ranch! We ordered 2 personal pizzas through their online ordering service. During checkout I chose the option to pay in store. Upon checkout computer said our order would be ready in 20 mins. I waited 15 mins at home and headed over. After paying the cashier I expected him to retrieve my order out of the little warmer near the register. Nope, after cashing me out cashier turned to cook and told him online order was paid and he could start making it! We had to wait an additional 17 mins for our pizza to be done! The asian lady that handles the phone and register is the rudest person I have ever met, I was trying to place an order and she kept telling am I sure im not looking for the chino location I assured her no ontario by rite aid, and she kept arguing with me. I went off on her and hung up. She is just rude. Im in the restaurant service industry, and that just does not fly at my restaurant. Best round table near me, I live closer to chino round table but their prices are really high and they don't have specials unless you have a coupon and the girls were rude. At the ontario round table the pizza is much higher quality, it taste more fresh. My favorite pizza is the gourmet veggie, and at this location they don't go easy on the toppings you get what you pay for 100% and I always do their combo special that comes with the wings and twist, it's the best! The managers here are very nice, the person who brings the pizza is always smiling and kind. I have ordered once here for pick up of the phone I had no problems, my food was ready at the time they said it would be which was 15-20 minutes after I hung up. I eat round table a lot I literally live right down the street from this location but I choose to go to the upland location because they use pineapples NOT OUT OF A CAN . Plus the owners here are super cheap they charge for ranch upland location gives you as much as you want . The food here is decent but not when' you like pineapplepizza . Wish they wouldn't be so cheap spend the extra money on the pineapples they used to use years ago . read more

The food is like any other standard round table location. However, the service here can definitely improve. Every time we've visited, the service from the staff has been subpar. The people haven't been the friendliest and we typically need to wait awhile to get our order. I would pass on this particular location based on the level of service. read more

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PIZZA , BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE and ask if that is what it should look like as a past leader of others, I was ashamed how this manager treated my girlfriend on the phone. I asked my girlfriend if i could get on the phone and talk with a lady that reluctantly later told me her name was Felisha. This was after i called back, apparently i didn't know her name from our first conversation so i asked to speak with the manager. Felisha had hung up on me. This was customer service minus two. She said, "thought we were done." so i just said i would be ashamed to be the manager if this is how your customer service is. my girlfriend picked up a extra large half cooked pizza that she paid 18 dollars and some change for. we didn't realize this until after our glass of wine and sitting in bed eating. my girlfriend called and the lady said to bring it back-period. my girlfriend responded that we had wine and she didn't think that driving right now was an option, the "manager" said well we cant give you credit, cause we want to see it. in my mind i was thinking if i was this manager i would want someone to see the pizza before it left for quality assurance but obviously this didn't happen. so i asked Felisha the manager if she could look up our ticket and tell me how long my pizza was in the oven; she responded with she couldn't so i just asked for corporates number. this is my first ever post on yelp but i thought people should know that this place lacks leadership and will be second or third best to a place that welcomes and embraces from listening to people that have paid for a product that was given in error. so my intention is to write corporate and let them know i would like a refund from my check order #40 Trans 000007723. My wife and I have been to this Round Table, in the Albertson's shopping center, twice in the recent past. The experience has been good (or better) both times. We shared a large bacon pizza and a pitcher of Budweiser the first time, and a large pepperoni with a pitcher of Bud the second time. Both times we had the entire place to ourselves and sat in the enclosed area near the tv up by the windows. I enjoyed watching the news and joking around with my wife while we relaxed and enjoyed a delicious pizza. The pizza has a great taste and it didn't take long for them to make it, and the store wasn't dirty (like Shakey's) and wasn't filled with kids running around screaming (like just about every other joint in the IE). If you want a cold beer and some great pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, visit RT any week night. read more

Love this location! We are huge round table fans and my husband refuses to eat any other pizza! The staff is always attentive and friendly. We have yet to recieve a mistake on any of our orders!...We have tried the other locations in the area but somehow it always tastes better when we come to this location. read more

Wow, my pops and I rolled in tonight And ordered a couple pizzas to go, and while we waited we each ordered a sports mug of beer! The interesting thing is we did the same thing about a year ago and the pizza was pretty good but the beer was hot and the service wasn't that great but tonight Samantha the young lady that was working the counter and register had excellent customer service!Our beers were ice cold she brought the food out and was very enthusiastic! I even seen her helping a veteran (he had a veterans hat on) to his car with his order! what a great employee it's nice to know my local pizza joint is a good place to go again! read more

If you are looking for the best pizza, look no further. They have the best in veggie delight with zucchini and artichoke and roman tomatoes. The taste of the ingredients is impeccable. This is the only place I will order pizza from. The customer service is great, never had a problem with phone or online ordering. I always order extra mushrooms and man do I get extra mushrooms. I order it well done and they make sure it's well done but not burnt. The price is higher than Dominos, but then the pizza is 1000% better than Dominos. Also,not sure why, but the sauce at this Roundtable doesn't seem as spicy as other Roundtable Pizzerias. Love it. read more

Terrible customer service!! I called in to ask the manager to call their driver and have him move because he was blocking the entrance to my gated community. I told Brian (the manager) that I would pull up and open the gate as I have access as a resident and the driver could follow me in. The manager laughed at me. I explained there was a trail of cars behind me and I have a toddler in the back seat and am 8 1/2 months pregnant, I was not going to get out in the heat to walk up to the box to use my key to let the driver in and again asked him to ask his driver to pull around the loop so I could pull up and open the gate. When I asked to speak to his manager because he wasn't taking me serious he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. We had to wait at the gate till someone in the trail of cars behind me finally got out and walked up to the box to open the gate. read more
