I asked for a garlic sauce on my pizza it came with red sauce I asked for green onions there were no green onions I asked for a Caesar salad with chicken I got a container full of lettuce with a few tomatoes thrown in. They were very polite and when I asked for more pepperoni pizza he immediately put it in the oven. The salad bar was clean and tasted fresh. I chose a table that was also clean and comfortable. After I ate my salad I went to see there was a fresh pepperoni pizza to choose from at the buffet. All the tv's were on with different channels to watch and the temperature was also pleasant. This location has an incredible lunch buffet for $6.99 during weekdays. If you live in the area they often send coupons for $1 off the lunch buffet, making this a steal. The buffet includes a fountain drink, pizza, bread sticks, cinnamon twists and a salad bar. They are always making a variety of pizzas and putting at least 4 out there for people to take. Typically there are cheese, veggie, and meat pizzas put out to accommodate dietary needs. The pizza tastes pretty good, though it's not as good as the gourmet places. There is plenty of seating indoor as well as a few tables outside. There are several big screen TVs in the establishment to keep customers occupied as they eat. I ordered a make my own pizza on a bball game night, the pizza came super fast and it was steaming hot! First time trying RTP, the pizza was very good. Thin crust was crispy, crunch and not salty. The zesty red sauce wasn't zesty enough but it was not a sodium bomb like any other pizza brands. Also their three cheese blends kept the pizza moist, chewy, and stringy. The toppings I chose were mushroom, pepperoni, artichoke hearts(these were the bombs!) and extra cheese. All toppings were chunky and fresh! Overall after eating the pizza, I haven't felt too heavy or bloated. I will definitely order from here again! If you are looking for a decent pizza restaurant with satisfactory service and respectful treatment of their customers, I would strongly urge you to AVOID THIS ROUND TABLE at all costs. I had placed an online order with this restaurant, scheduled delivery at 4:30 PM. The pizza arrived at our home at 3:56 PM. When my wife pointed out the delivery time was for 4:30, the delivery man merely looked at the time, said "Oh,"handed my wife the pizza, and departed. (By the way, they do not practice contactless delivery as promised. The man walked up to the bell and rang it - no social distancing). I called the restaurant to complain about my family of 5 having been compelled to dine extremely early lest our pizza cool off too quickly. The man who answered indicated he would need me to speak to his "boss." When I explained my concerns to the manager, he proceeded - in a very pronounced Arabic accent - to attack ME, ridiculing the fact that I was complaining about the extremely early delivery, and demanding that I tell him, "What do you want me to do about it? You want me to make you another pizza now, and I'll bring it over?!" The man would not desist- and there was never any attempt at an apology or genuine addressing of my concerns. On the other hand, if you want a mediocre to poor-quality pizza, which will be delivered at whatever time they choose to deliver it (not per your request), and you are fine at being yelled at by people with thick Arabic accents - then by all means, feel free to go ahead and give these - Ahem - "gentlemen" - your business. read more

When I think of decent pizza, Round Table definitely comes to mind. I dislike Costco and Domninos pizza, they use to be good but not anymore. For good pizza, you have to come here. Yes, it's more expensive than Pizza Hut (another pizza that has gone downhill) but they have better quality pizza and the toppings are so much tastier. I should also mention that when I ordered the pizza, they told me 20 minutes, by the time I got there 37 minutes had passed and the pizza was still not ready. My son and I stopped in for the lunch buffet but it was after 2 and they stopped making the pizza for it at 2. The owner was the only on here and made an exception for my son and I and went out of his way to make us our very own pizza and still let us enjoy the salad bar (which he didn't have to do any of it) his customer service was exceptional. We went here tonight had not been here in a long time and decided to order a pizza. We always get the skinny crust, we ordered extra cheese, and we also ordered pineapple on our pizza. We did not get a skinny crust unless they have changed their crust which was kind of a strange crust it tasted very processed is totally different than what we usually would get and it had no extra cheese on it and no pineapple. I called the manager Georgina and she told me I should come back and get a new pizza right now or take a $10 credit when the pizza cost $35 a large specialty pizza. We did not want to go back at 8:30 at night and get another pizza, she said if I didn't get a pizza right now that I would only get a $10 credit later ....Really weird , like if you knew you screwed up on a pizza and you didn't do the pizza right wouldn't you offer someone that they could come later and get a new pizza? Also, their products , you can tell have gone downhill not the same as round table used to be ... we have been going there for over 17 years ....we will not be coming back here, she also hung up the phone on me because she is terrible with her customer service and was annoyed that I was asking her why we couldn't get another pizza on another night instead of just a $10 credit when our pizza was $35. Received round tables flyer for stuffed crust pizza with mini pepperoni and a side of hot honey. Looked delicious so I ordered one for delivery. I read from the ad what I wanted along with the advertised price of $22.99. Told them I would pay tip in cash. Pizza arrived promptly but credit card was charged $33.39. That was more than the advertised price including tax and a five dollar delivery charge. I called to ask that it be adjusted to the correct price and they apologized, but wanted to offer me a discount of the difference on a future order. I said no thanks, I just wanted to be charged the correct price. No adjustment has been made to my credit card today. The pizza tasted good especially with the honey sauce but not even close to the amount of cheese and pepperoni pictured on the ad. I was craving pizza and so was my co-worker but we didn't want some of the cheap pizza that was nearby, we wanted the good stuff. RTP is pretty expensive on its own but the AYCE buffet is a great deal and probably the best way to enjoy RTP. Buffet is during lunch time only and it's only $7 for AYCE pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, salad, and a drink. It's an awesome deal. The pizza offerings are plentiful. You get a selection of their gourmet and original pizzas so you get to try pretty much everything for only $7. Seating is plentiful here and we've come during several times and it has never been crowded. The guys that run this place are super friendly. We're pretty much regulars here and they recognize us right away. Place is super clean and service is efficient. By the time you get back from the buffet, they have already cleaned up your other plates and the table. Sometimes, they'll even come by and refill your drink for you. What's not to love? We arrived during down time and there were no other customers present, so the staff did not see us come inside. Regardless, if the staff is in the kitchen or anywhere inside the restaurant they should be wearing masks. ESPECIALLY during a global pandemic! The ingredients and toppings from Round Table just taste better to me and are better in quality. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but sooo worth the few extra dollars. Ordered two large, two topping pizzas that were almost $50. A TOTAL RIP OFF FOR 2 large pizzas. Both pizzas has crust that was burnt on the bottom. I have had many bad experiences with this location and unfortunately I was dumb enough to keep trying since it is close to my work. However, today was the last straw. I went with a friend of mine for their lunch buffet which is normally very scarce when it comes to pizza and other offerings. Needles to say I usually spend my lunch break waiting for them to make more pizza. Today I got my plate and drink and went to get my soda first. I put ice in my glass and dispensed Mt. Dew into my cup. As I was walking to my table I saw black pieces of who knows what in my cup. I immediately took it to the older man behind the counter. He gave me another cup. I was thinking it was the type of soda so I tried another. Upon getting ice, I noticed the particulates in my cup without soda. Upon inspection, it was MOLD!!! Dispensed from the ice maker. I told the man once again that it was from the ice and he said, let me get you a soda from the back. He was nice enough to get me a small bottled soda but then did nothing about the ice machine. Did not shut it down, did not put up a sign, did absolutely nothing about it. Three more people came in in the time that I was there and used this same machine. I hadn't been to a Round Table Pizza buffet in years, so I thought I would try this location. I must have caught the lunch rush, as most of the tables were occupied. I don't know if this was intentional, but there weren't enough pizzas for the number of people eating. There were usually only a few pieces of three trays out at any given time, so there was a crowd waiting for each new pizza. The salad bar was okay, but several containers were running low. What is also frustrating is that the soda fountain is located right next to the cashier counter, so you had to get through several people just to refill your drink. read more
