I decided to check out the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I got to the front of the line around 12:30 p.m., there were only two half pizzas left, and neither was a basic cheese or pepperoni pizza. Since the buffet had started at 11:00 a.m., I politely asked if more pizzas would be coming out. The employee responded with an attitude, saying they take 15 minutes to make. That would have been completely understandable, but the way she responded made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. At that point, my husband and I decided we would just order a personal pizza instead. While we were taking a moment to decide which size to order, the employee abruptly said that since I "needed time," she was going to help the next customer. I found that especially frustrating because I had already waited patiently in line while the customer ahead of me took several minutes to decide. Between the rude customer service, the lack of pizza available on the buffet, and the restaurant being uncomfortably hot (it felt close to 80 degrees inside), we decided to leave without eating. I came here with a friend a couple of days ago and was honestly blown away by the value. An all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet plus unlimited drinks for $14.99 is an amazing deal, especially these days. The salad bar was super fresh, colorful, and very inviting--I enjoyed it so much I went back for seconds. The pizza was delicious and there were plenty of great options to choose from, including BBQ Chicken, King Arthur, Veggie Gourmet, Pepperoni Sausage, and Montague. I tried the King Arthur and Veggie Gourmet pizzas, and both were absolutely delicious. After two trips to the salad bar, I only had room for two slices of pizza because I was already so full. Not what it used to be. I used to come here for the lunch buffet from time to time as it was the best around. It is now under new ownership and you can really tell. The bins at the salad buffet were barely half full and some where not even that. The pizza selection is now very limited and disappointing compared to before. They have even moved the graded cheese and condiments that used to be right on the tables to the side of the buffet where you must pick one up and bring it to the table if you want them. This appears to be something done to limit the consumption of condiments. They have also removed all the sports from the TV's, to just free shows with commercials. This appears to be another move to save money by not paying a subscription. They have also filled the place with no name video games and gum ball machines which I assume is to have another income stream however the noise they make is quite annoying if you are trying to enjoy your meal. Sadly another change of ownership that is not for the best so this will be my last time to eat at Round Table. read more

They are open for limited dine in right now, so I got myself a large pizza, and saved the rest to go. As always the pizza was delicious, tasty toppings, with a little bit of everything from meat and vegetables, and the crust was really good. I always use the crust for a dip with the ranch dressing. This is a decent size store, with a lot of windows around it so you can see what's happening around you. They have TVs as well if you are wanting to watch sports, and beers for the beer lovers. Tonight I ordered a large double play pepperoni with double mini pepperonis. I had a piece with NO pepperoni. Another piece with one piece of pepperoni. And a couple other pieces with about two pieces of pepperoni each. So a quarter of this pizza had maybe 5 pieces of pepperoni total. How does this happen? That isn't even enough for regular serving of pepperoni, let alone a pizza that's supposed to have double pepperoni. Who looked at this pizza and thought it was consistent with what was ordered? Someone who clearly doesn't give a shit. On top of that, the pizza was over cooked, dry, and cold. I can deal with cold I guess. It's a busy night so I can understand that. I'm not unreasonable. I just heat it up in my oven. But when it's over cooked and dry already, heating it up makes it more over cooked and dry. Is there a sauce shortage lately? Does the price of sauce and toppings come out of the employee's paycheck? Why are they so stingy with it lately. When they get it right, the pizza here is 4 star great. But it's pizza Russian roulette now a days. Maybe 25 percent of the time it's right. Whether it's over cooked, dry with almost no sauce, cold, very little toppings...it's almost always something and after eating here for over a decade, I'm about done. They used to be consistent. Now not at all. The employees clearly don't give a shit. I'm sick of feeling like I threw away $30 75% of the time I order from here. Called this location 10 times trying to order for pickup. TERRIBLE service, because they didn't even bother to answer. My fiancé also called a bunch of times and they had the audacity to answer and hang up on him. If you're too busy and can't take orders, answer the phone and tell the customer that.
