This Fair Oaks location was closed for about a year and completely reburbished with a fresh and more modern look. The new owners are offering a special for their lunch buffet for $9.99. They have a room towards the back that can be reserved for parties and small gatherings as long as they order food. There is no fee to use the room, unlike some of the other locations. The arcade area has also been modernized along with the salad bar, which included fresh and multiple vegetables. We were personally greeted by Raj, and he made sure our visit was a pleasant one. We will definitely be back. read more

I usually go to the Round Table on Manzanita which is also nearby. The reason is that the salad bar is more complete. This RT is deficient in the area of salad ingredients and always has been. Having said that, the staff is better and more friendly at the this location. I'm posting to complain, which I try not to do. But, not this franchises fault, RT pizzas are overpriced and if you go there it's best to only do it if you have a coupon. My last order was delivery. Sticker shock, but I should have known better. Ordering online was jacked up. At the end I had three pizzas in my cart. I had to delete two. As a result of the confusion, I got a pizza missing one critical ingredient. Delivery, they called this person a Dasher. I order direct from the store in hopes that the deliver person will be an employee. If this person was indeed a door dash type I will never order Delivery from this place again. I do not use door dash type delivery, ever. I want my delivery from a known quantity beholden to the franchise and accountable, not some random person who could care less. So, very disappointed in this experience. read more

The large vegetarian pizza was delicious but $50? That's way too much to spend on a pizza.

Price of pizza was outrageous & kept changing in price. $11.00 for six piece wings -- ridiculous. We cancelled our order. Could not understand the woman taking the order. read more

I'll start we the positive. The pizzas were excellent and very delicious ( despite them being out of green onions, like how do you run out of green onions with Raley's 2 blocks down from you lol? ). The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. It was, unfortunately completely overpriced. No hard boiled eggs present but considering the price of eggs that's completely understandable. The not so good.. I ordered 2 pizzas, one medium, 2 small salad bars, and 2 drinks. I about choked when the emotionless cashier (who seemed to have forgotton about something called Customer Service and making people feel welcome when coming into a restaurant ) gave me the total. It was over $70 dollars. I would have canceled the order if it hadn't been for it being a family members birthday. I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged for 2 large salads when I ordered 2 small salads.. I asked the cashier who then told me, "There is only one size for the salad bar." Mind you she failed to tell me this when I verbally ordered 2 small salads. I pointed out that the menu clearly showed two SIZES, Small and Large (the Large salad is almost $10 ridiculous dollars for only 1 trip)! I Then it changed to,"Well, that's just for the To Go Menu." Nope. It was on the store menu that was laminated. No "To Go" menus are laminated for peetsakes. Important to note also no where in the menu does it say it's only for "To Go" and I suggested they correct it so customers will not continue to be misled. At this point I was stuck as I didn't want to ruin the B.D. dinner vibes. Me and my family were the only ones in the entire restaurant for almost 2 hours which was unusual but pleasant. I let it go but I will share my story!! I am being generous with giving 2 stars rather than zero because the pizza was actually amazing (and I'm a picky eater lol).. I gave you the information do with it what you will read more

Store had ample notice and we still got our $45 large pizza 45 minutes late. Night shift manager on Sunday, had a total attitude. No salad bar ready, no plates, no help. I ordered pizza, salad, and bread sticks straight through Yelp/Grub Hub to be PICKED UP from the closest Round Table Pizza. I received the email confirming our order being accepted and my account was debuted the $45. 30 minutes later, we went to pick the order up. The Round Table was closed with a "closed for repairs" sign in the window. Seriously?! The best part? I go to check the email confirmation and instead of correcting the order, Yelp just moved the pick up time back another 30 minutes!!! 20 minutes later and a frustrating conversation with "support", I was able to get my money back into my account. This is the second mistake I have gone through ordering through Yelp/Grub Hub. Thank you Yelp/Grub Hub, I won't be ordering any more online food orders. read more

I strongly advise skipping this location! Six weeks ago, I ordered a pizza and was told what time to pick up- as I was pulling into their parking lot (at the time they gave me) I get a call from the store saying sorry, they're out of one topping. Shoot. We were already there for pickup but my son wants the original order so I say okay, just cancel please and I'll order from another location. I'm told they can't refund, but their manager will send the form to corporate to take care of. It's SIX weeks later, I've inquired a few times and each time, instead of anyone saying 'hey, we're sorry, I'll look into it' I'm told they can't do anything, can't give me a general managers number or corporate number and I need to take care of it myself. Problem is, I've emailed corporate twice with no response so now I'm just calling my bank for a dispute. The bummer is this is my son's favorite pizza so I ordered again tonight- only to be met with the rudest, least helpful supervisor (Jessica) I've probably ever dealt with. I'm really surprised somewhere so corporate lacks a customer service department. read more

If you screw up the order and can't correct it or make it right without some manager who isn't there intervening....arg Messed up and Don't offer a discount, if only as a sorry we screwed up gesture, without taking my name and number for a manager to call me back...Disrespect you screwed up make it right without hoops and homework. I am very disappointed in humanity and bureaucracy and with a low budget intercourse of buying a pizza requiring calls and negotiations. Well I am done. Pizza good but Organization is rubbish. Hope someone comes along and offers the flavor with out the bozo. read more

This isn't so much a bad review about this locale, as much as it is about the quality of Round Table pizza as a whole. Me and my son dropped in after getting my marriage license one weekday. It was empty except for a few people and a group of construction workers. I paid for two buffets $24 and change. A little pricey but it's round table right? As I'm eating a slice of pizza I noticed that it's not the same as I remember but couldn't figure out what was off. After two slices it dawned on me that there was no sauce on the pizzas. To add insult to injury, when I asked why the pizzas had no sauce, an employee tried to make me believe that the cheese which had turned brown from the oven heat was sauce.. I've talked to others who have said that they had the same experience at different locations. At this point I'd rather eat Little Caesar's pizza because at least they put sauce on their pizzas RT has always been my favorite pizza but I'll never eat there again The only reason I'm giving them one star is because the guy working the register was super nice read more

I wrote about the worst experience we had on November 12. Pre ordered for our son's soccer party. We paid and used 50 points for large pizza, garlic twists, wings, soda and salad bar. We only received the salad bar that was frozen and soda. They never made our food and was mad when we asked for a refund never trying to make anything right. When writing, the owner replied the next day trying to make it right. 45 days later and the email he gave is undeliverable and we have received nothing that was promised. Calling another, they said he owns 70 stores. This is a shame that he is not good with his word. Definitely this worst round table I have been to! Hoping to hear from him again but we shall see read more

If I could give no stars I would. I had an oops past for a mistake they made in a previous order that they would not honor. I guess you need to use an oops pass within a month of it being given. No where on the oops pass does it have an expiration date or mention of when it needs to be used. They would not allow me to use the oops pass because it's just "now how we do business". Well then I will just need to conduct my business elsewhere from now and all future purchases. There was no offer of other solutions. Just flat out we will not honor our mistake. No apology was given just a "no". read more

Fair Oaks location at San Juan is FABULOUS! Went there for lunch. Got the personal pizza with 4 toppings and the salad bar for $9.99!!!! The salad bar was fresh, well stocked and delicious. For chain pizza when the mood hits, this location is well above average, and better than many neighboring Round Table's. Our order was 100 percent correct with some special instructions, and the food was ready for pickup *exactly when they said it would be. I actually have Round Tables closer to me but go out of my way to order from this one. It is consistently awesome, and for whatever reason the twists are way better here. If you order on a Monday the wait time may be a little longer but I'd rather wait for a pizza than have it sitting. I just wish the Monday special was available for online ordering read more

I would STRONGLY recommend going to a different round table. I called tonight and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I was even able to order. Deliver was a little over an hour, fine. Took an hour and a half, and my pizza was wrong. I ordered no sauce, and David put it in with only half with no sauce (my son is allergic to tomatoes, so I never order pizza with sauce, let alone half sauce). I called back and was out through to David again. He says they'll remake and send, then asks the driver how long for delivery. He tells someone in the background that they need to remake it. He then says "I know, it's not your fault, it's hers." I'm sorry, what?? You're telling me I ordered a pizza with SAUCE ON HALF when my 12 year old son is allergic? Not just that maybe I forgot to say no sauce, but that I specifically ordered sauce on half? I've been ordering no sauce on pizza for 10 years. I didn't order sauce on half. But sure, David, blame me. No apology, nothing. Now another 40 minutes for the correct pizza. The manager of this place should be EMBARRASSED and needs to get rid of David, and fast. NOT customer friendly at all. If David is the manager, well, you should probably sell. As the reviews show, this place is not great. I will definitely not be back here. I value customer service and this place is a joke. UPDATE: Updated to three stars because the manager of the restaurant reached out to me today and sent a coupon and also apologized and took care of the issue. He was very nice and apologetic and we will have a free meal because of the coupon. read more

Great pizza! Seems like this location consistently makes it even better than the others!

We ordered online and I received an email that the pizza was ready. Upon arrival no one was wearing masks or gloves. I told the gentleman my name and he handed me my pizza. I asked for my salad and he handed me a large family size Container and motioned to the salad bar. As I was filling my salad bar everything was completely frozen. The veggies were stuck to the containers and I couldn't get them out. I told the employees behind the counter that everything was frozen and his response was, "sorry it's been doing that lately, have a good night." Frozen salad is not delicious and The mask mandate is real. read more

Wanted to do one star, but hoping this was a employee's bad judgment so I'll stick with 2. I get the same pizza 90% of the time from this location and it's always lives up to round tables quality! Ordered my normal large chicken garlic Supreme and opted for pick up!. They said 18 mins and I arrived in 20, payed for the pizza and went home.(should have throughly inspected before leaving I know). They stuffed an extra large chk/garlic into a large box that was clearly made way before I placed my order. After calling them and notifying my payment was refunded, but by an employee who claimed to be manager but wouldn't give me an actual name! Just felt like this was uncalled for for anyone, and took it a little more personal knowing I've been a loyal customer at this location for the last 7 years. read more

Honestly, you can't go wrong with Round table. Came here on Tuesday trying to kill some time and luckily, on this night they had a dinner buffet. When I came in I was immediately greeted by the manager(?). She was extremely nice and was quick to point out where the extra plates and cups were located. This restaurant is on the smaller size compared to other round table locations. However it's a little bit more family orientated and cozier. The staff were quick to keep the pizzas coming out and walking around to remove soiled utensils and plates. At most other locations they have the plates sitting there until they're about to run out of them. The only really downside is that this location is on the older side and could use an update especially in the bathrooms. Also, one of the staff members who was wiping down the tables and handling the utensils and plates had a bloody band aid. I mean if you're going to be around people's food you should at least have a finger condom or glove on. Idk, that just grossed me out. read more

We're fans of Round Table. Most major pizza chains are pretty bad, it Round Table is consistently fairly good. I have driven by and seen their 50% off Monday deal for a while now so we decided to get us a pizza. We were concerned it would be packed, it it was not at all full. When we ordered, the awesome woman who served us let us know it would be 30 minutes (tons of takeout orders). No problem, we weren't in a hurry. I wish I could remember her name but in any case she was very cool and treated us well. Our Ulti-Meat pizza came out in about 30 minutes, so spot on with the time estimate. The pizza was excellent. Crispy/chewy crust, plenty of toppings but not overloaded. The flavors were good and and everything tasted fresh. It was just right. We plan to make this our regular Round Table instead of the Manzanita location - it's significantly better. read more

Great fast and easy pizza place. There pizza isn't the best in the world but for what you are paying it is pretty up there. They have great promos and deals throughout the week. All the people that I have run into that work there are super nice and helpful. They have a back kids area where they will play kids movies on a tv for you. Also really fun arcade games that me the family had a bunch of fun with. All you can eat pizza and salad bar are available at certain times and unlimited refills on the drinks. Been here a few times and overall the experience has been very good! Would give 11/10 if I could. Ordered on the phone one time and they had the pizza ready in about 5 to 10 minutes which is exceptional if you are asking me. read more
