Started getting very ticked off when everyone who came in after us were getting their orders, and we were still waiting. After we asked a second time about our pizza, they finally admitted that they had done it wrong and had to remake it. They did apologize and offer to adjust the price. Went here for my kids soccer party and it was pretty crowded, so I was expecting complete chaos, waiting around, etc....I was wrong- all of our pizzas came out perfect and fast, probably only waited about 15 minutes and let me tell you, this place was packed!!! A miscommunication led to a delay in getting pizza for my family and me, HOWEVER, our experience was completely redeemed thanks to the wonderful manager Brian and a couple of other great employees there who were very helpful and apologetic. So this was my first visit and it was not pleasant all the way around. I went here to get an XL pizza and when I got home it wasn't made accurately & the crust was super thin and soft....it tasted like eating just toppings. I don't live close so I didn't want to go all the way back so I called to get a credit. A week or so later I tried to recover my replacement pizza just to be told by Bryan that " were under new management and I can't give you free pizza". Great way to get new customers new management! Oh my gosh! At first, we were just going to order for takeout, as usual, but hubby convinced us to check out the newly renovated Round Table Clubhouse and eat there. Are we glad we did! The pizza is the same delicious, good-quality pizza we remember, and now there are added menu items like burgers. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors and big-screen TVs, and now has an open feel that makes the whole place feel huge. I love that the party room has been moved to the front with glass walls, and I'm looking forward to sitting in the outside area next time! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wall of beers and wine. I mean, c'mon, what a great idea! You are in charge of your beer consumption, up to 40 ounces. You get to pour as much or as little as you want... they have different sized glasses available for your use. There are two red wines available, plus a chardonnay and a pinot grigio. My only (minor) gripe is there are a lot of IPAs and no stouts or porters. And what about the staff? The staff at this location has always been nice and professional, but now it seems that they have added life. Help is always available and with a smile, too! Just as we're ready for our table to be cleared, here comes a staff member ready to clear our table... we didn't even have to ask. April, the manager when we were there last night, was ready to talk about the new features of the restaurant. She was ready with suggestions and even gave us a tour of the place. We waited for months for Round Table Treat Blvd to open and we didn't go to any other location and the wait is well worth it. Yay!!!!! read more

The pizza is pretty good but the staff stated that pizza requests are not allowed. With drink the cost is about $14 for lunch on a week day. On some days they also don't really re-stock the pizza well, granted I arrived there at 12:50 and they stop the buffet at 1:30. I would have expected though since two new groups had come in and there were only 3 partially eaten pizza trays left that they would bring out at least one more but they just left the same three which were a combination pizza that disappeared immediately, a pepperoni pizza and one that was a combination of 3 slices of cheese and vegetarian pizza put next to each other and once they were gone that was it. But the pizza had wonderful cheese and toppings and particularly the combination pizza was fresh and great. The cheese and vegetarian pizza slices had definitely been out for a while. They had a couple of cinnamon twists left before the basket was picked clean and that was pretty good also. The salad bar was pretty good in that everything except the macaroni and potato salad was very fresh and well stocked. The macaroni and potato salad simply had two different colors and consistency on the surface which had either been topped off or partially turned over. There was a very large selection of sodas in the soda machine which is one of the newer types of machines with rare selections. Over all I think the pizzas when fresh were amazing and the salad bar was great with lots of selection and with only some slight small adjustments would be an excellent buffet. I will definitely try again with hope that the experience would be even better next time so I could give the full five stars I was hoping to be able to give. 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!! I NEED 50!!!! I had my oldest daughters birthday here a year ago and the staff was amazing. I decided to come back on Saturday for my youngest daughters birthday and the staff blew me away. Hands down, the best customer service ever!! My daughter is obsessed with dinosaurs and her party theme was obviously dinosaurs, they went out of their way and made her own dinosaur shaped pizza - at no charge on top of that! Then, I hired a dinosaur show and they accommodated my every need. The staff and management here are AWESOME! I will for sure return for many events and even dinner. I was at RoundTable Clubhouse for the Tuesday night buffet. It was awesome! The wait staff was great and the pizza's were fresh and hot. You get all you can eat pizza, salad and twists for $10. What a deal! We asked if they could put a certain kind of pizza out and the lady at the counter made sure they did and even let us know when it came out to the buffet counter so we could get it hot. We ordered 2large pizza on Sat. Night. They were delivered ok but when we opened the box the pizza were just plain gross. The crust was so thin it was like trying to eat cement. We didn't even eat them. I was ver disappointed, I thought the store was removed and they were to "Improve" on things. Wow what a makeover the inside has gone through. Went last Tuesday evening and was impressed and shocked by how modern, trendy and welcoming the place is. My only suggestion is that the employees should explain the self serve beer bar more slowly (He rushed through it) and not be annoyed if you have to repeat yourself to me. The self-serve bar is unique and interesting. All you do is give them a credit card to hold until your ready to pay, they give you a wristband with a plastic circle on it, go over to the self-serve wine and beer bar, pick your glass (different sizes and styles), decide on the beer or wine (they are priced per ounce), put the circle on your wrist band against the selected drinks' sign which has a circle in the bottom right corner, touch the circles together until the top of the sign turns green, and poor drink. If drinking beer tilt your glass away from you towards the wall while you poor. This reduces the amount of foam in the glass.           Slow read more
