I have gotten delivery from this place many times and it is very good. Takes a bit longer than places further away from me, don't know why, but the Pizza is always consistent and fresh. They have buffet lunches and one night for dinner, that is not consistent. I have not once been here for a buffet where they can keep up with the demand. So if you want something particular you could basically be there for over an hour and never get a slice of the pizza you want. Me and my family love the bread sticks, they put out a basket every once in awhile and they are gone instantly. So I have learned and just sit by the buffet area literally in the waiting area and when they come out I fill my plate up, to the dismay of the other customers who are probably wondering why I am being such a pig and taking almost all of them. Well thats because I've learned my lesson. If you see them get em and get enough for everyone in your party cause you wont get a chance again. My kids didn't even want to come they would rather order and get delivery, but it is so much more cost effective on the buffet nights for 4 people. Well that is assuming they put something out they like and they can get it before its gone! I wish they could do better. I would come more often. The new management is awesome. The pizza is fresh the employees are great they're not ignoring us anymore when we walk in. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with light sauce. It's a normal order every time I used to come in and get it though the old manager would be back there talking with everyone and I'd have to try to get someone's attention but I would just get ignored all the time I like the pizza that's why I keep coming back but after a while, it gets pretty annoying the new manager I believe her name was Amanda super attentive, and we all appreciate that. My wife called in the order, gave them a specific time for pickup and lo and behold - she arrived at the appointed hour to find our pizza being placed in a box for takeout. What more could you want? Well, a good pizza, certainly. This did fit the bill. We're RT fans from way back anyway, and this pizza did not disappoint. The Pepperoni Parmesano was a good choice. Enough toppings to satisfy the meat and cheese craving, but not too much to overwhelm. The crust had that nice crispy/chewy texture that's typical for Round Table. The location is a bit jankier than we typically like, but the pizza and the service make it worthwhile. we ordered the chicken garlic supreme and 24 twists today and we only got half the amount of twists and the pizza was missing some ingredients. my bf went back to the location and told them about it and they really went above and beyond. they re-made the pizza for us, let us keep the other pizza, and threw in a king arthur supreme for free. they were also very apologetic and accommodating. mistakes happen, that's just how it goes, but how they handled this one was 10/10. and of course the food was delicious read more

Came in for the lunch buffet with my teen daughter and her friend, called ahead to find out what time the buffet closed and was told 2. We arrived at about 1:30 to find nothing on the pizza buffet. I expressed to them that I had been told it ran until 2 but the cashier at the counter told me it ended at 1:30. So we were about to go somewhere else when the shift manager Ian stepped in and offered to assist is in making sure we could get what we wanted. He worked it out for us to get a pizza with the topping of our choice and salad for the same price as what the buffet would've cost me and apologised for the misinformation. It wasn't exactly what we came in for, not as much variety as we would've had with the buffet, but the fact that they were willing to do what they could to satisfy the customer made all the difference and the pizza was fresh and yummy! read more

Warning! Fraud!! I just placed an order on line for 2 Pizzas for $67.50. My credit card was charged. I then received a call from the manager Ian who stated that they will be canceling my order because my credit card (Golden 1) does not have a raised imprint so the driver can't take an imprint of the card. I have the card and my ID. It's now illegal to take imprints of cards!! They are supposed to have a chip reader. I explained this to Ian and he stated that he knows it's illegal but it's that locations policy anyway. The $67.50 will not be refunded for 3 days. I've been ripped off!!! No $67.50, no pizza, and hungry kids. I guess Round Table Pizza expects my family to starve tonight and couldn't care less. Illegal! I've been a regular customer of this Round Table for over 15 years, and now they've apparently changed their dough recipe....the pizza I brought home tonight had a thick, bready piecrust that was like eating pizza topping on ciabatta bread....I did not see an option to order my small pizza on thin crust, either. In the late 1980s, I and two of my closest friends worked at this Round Table. I now live literally (and yes, I use the word correctly) a stone's throw from the place... or at least as far as I can hit a golf ball, which is far less than many can hit a golf ball. Naturally the pizza is not nearly as good as it was then. As with most places, the quality of materials is far poorer than it was then. No surprise there. But the thing that makes me really sad is that they remodeled it to look like a realy ugly, generic, fast food place. All the beautiful dark wood interior and ambiance are gone. I miss the place that I loved. I was visiting my friend just before he got off work one night, and the Eagles, Desperado was playing on the juke box. That combined with the relaxing decor made me decide that I wanted to work there. Had the inside of the place looked then like it does now, both our lives would have taken different paths. They really earned ZERO STARTS At 7:52pm I ordered the pizza from RTP Marconi and Walnut Avenue. At 9 PM I called to check on the status of my pizza. Apparently the person taking the phone order was new. Instead of correctly processing the order for delivery it was shown as a takeout. In either case the pizza wasn't ready. They offered - due to their mistakes to deliver a new pizza for free. Shortly after 9:20 I finally got my pizza - a King Arthur with extra white sauce on thin crust. I've included photos of the completely burnt pizza. Can you guess what side is the top? Here's a hint: There's no white sauce. How it's 9.30pm, they're closed and have no intention of feeding us tonight. They "little girl voice" insisted she was the "DISTRICT MANAGER" tonight. Yet instead of handling this matter she puts this older guy on the phone. He insists there is nothing they will do tonight to correct their repeated mistakes tonight. But he'll give me 25% off NEXT TIME. WHAT?? First you say you're apologizing by sending me a FREE pizza tonight but since that pizza was made wrong & it's so burnt you can't eat it - you now tell me you can't give me 2 FREE. My mother and I come here for lunch on a weekly basis. I usually get the salad bar. The food is always fresh and there is plenty of it. The staff is friendly and fast. The place is spotless, including the restrooms. I was impressed, after the cashier handled the money, she washed her hands before she handed us salad plates and glasses. (Update is below) I will never go again. It was my first time ordering at this location, and I was quoted $22 over the phone. When I went to pick up the pizza, I was told the price was $29. The price difference was due to no coupon. However, coupons were not mentioned in the phone order, only a price. They took the pizza back rather than allow me the quoted price. I would not have ordered a $29 pizza. What a terrible waste of time due to poor management, and humiliating for me. Luckily the place was empty of customers at dinner hour (now we know why!). Zero stars. Update: After writing to Round Table to complain, I heard back very quickly from the management who apologized by phone. This was a good show on their part and was greatly appreciated. During Buffet Daily & Hourly Time Around few days ago, I went to this location at Round Table Pizza during their Buffet. Slight issues on that day, front door were locked unto 11:02AM plus little late for them getting pizzas going and ready. Other then; pizzas were so great for being in buffet section. The flavor were extra good, not too greasy. And by the way, they finally have upgrade to new Flat Widescreen HD TV from old and so boring CRT. TV, in time for next Super Bowl Game. read more

Technically, I should get my pizza from the round table on Cypress but I refuse to order from them. The employees at the Marconi RT are generally really nice and accommodating. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a bad review, and I love Round Table Pizza, but this location is THAT horrible. I'm a very patient person, but this is the THIRD time they have messed up our order. Without fail, the last THREE times we have come to this location to pick up pizzas at a scheduled time, we end up waiting 25 min longer for a new pizza because they completely messed up the order. We always order one of their speciality pizzas, nothing complicated! STILL fail to get the order right. Like I said, we love the pizza, so we were forgiving and came back hoping it was just a bad day, and understanding that mistakes happen, but now after THREE times in a row, I will never come to this location again. read more

For starters, my five star rating here isn't about the pizza. Standard Round Table fare there (but above average). I'm giving this rating because of BEER and SERVICE. Been here a few times in the past month. After work sometimes we go out for a pitcher of Blue Moon, hook up to WiFi, and have an afternoon moment of winding down and dealing with the electronic side of business so we don't have to deal with that at home. This place, COLDEST glasses I've ever seen - literally ICE encrusted! You could almost accuse them of "watering the beer down" with this, heck it probably DOES do that, but I'm not complaining! Then the beer itself - you know how sometimes restaurant keg beer is a little "off" (or sometimes way off)? Not here, not yet anyway. Nice and cold, no flatness, but the real deal is no 2 inches of "head" in the pitcher either. Nope, FILLED TO THE RIM with beer, this place does it right. Your beer "head" is supposed to happen in the glass you drink it from, not in the pitcher, let alone the keg itself. Now a special case - Blue Moon beer is fine by itself, but it's really at it's best with a slice of orange. HUGE orange slices available here at the salad bar! Best Blue Moon I've ever had, and that's coming from a lot of years experience here. No casino, bar, hotel, or any other restaurant has served me this good of a Blue Moon... One day the salad bar didn't have oranges. This girl at the register actually offered to go in the back and cut some up for us, just for our beers. We declined just to not be pain in the neck customers - a straight Blue Moon in good condition in a glass covered in ice will still do just fine too, we'll enjoy the oranges again and again in the future... Getting away from our awesome beer experiences - Pizza? Zero complaints. If you've eaten at Round Table (or McDonald's or anywhere) you know how it goes, some locations suck, some are average, and some do pretty good. This one seems to be "pretty good". On pizza by Round Table standards I'd give 5 stars. On pizza in general (using my "foodie snob" face I'd give it 3.5 stars - it's still pretty good. Service? 5 stars. Blue Moon beer in a pitcher? SIX stars. EDIT ON 10-30-12 - Actually no edit, just additional commentary... No negatives. I feel like I'm being a shill for this place. Almost tempted to post my phone number to prove otherwise.
