The food was pretty good. My wife wasn't a fan tho. I trust her taste buds as well. The facility was freezing cold. We moved our seats to where the sun provided some warmth. I haven't had round tables in years so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. I spent 86.89. We wanted to order the King Arthur pizza but not much to select from app. When we mentioned it to the girl she was like yeah I told my manager. We ordered a pizza with half white sauce and half red sauce. The pizza was made wrong. It was more like no sauce. No white and no red. The pizza and food were cold. Ordered 2 large specialty pizza's. One was half Maui Zaui/ half veggie delight and the other was King Arthur. It took them about 30 minutes for the order to be finished and both smelled fantastic. Love the toppings on the veggie delight and always supper yummy. It was empty and quiet when I arrived here. They have TV's, but they weren't turned on. Not sure why this location has low reviews. I ordered via phone and it was ready for pick up as promised. Service was great and they included plates, utensils and little packets of cheese and peppers ready to go. The pizza was hot and delicious. It's not fancy pizza but its filling fresh and made right. It's a franchise so they are just following what Corporate says. Be nice to your staff. A simple please and thank you makes their day as well a small tip. Today's service here in American Canyon is horrible. I am so mad. My legs are shaking right now there was no salad. I asked the young man can he please bring some more salad out and it took over 15 minutes for him to get some more lettuce the whole salad bar needed to be replenished and I love their salad bar. I want to take time writing this review from an order that I placed last night. My guy is an electrician and I've been in the hospitality industry for over 23 years. So when my guy ordered a Hawaiian pizza he found out the hard way that they put barbecue sauce instead of marinara on the pizza. He's a get it done guy not really a customer service hospitality type of person. He's more mechanical. So I decided to make the phone call to fix the problem and let the company know that the menu we read for them did not specify what type of sauce they put on the pizza and made sure to screenshot it to show them. The girl on the phone confused me and I really don't think she was listening to me because she kept trying to hang up and end the call instead of fix the problem. However when I arrived 5 minutes after picking up the pizza I spoke with a young man and explained to him exactly what happened and exactly what I wanted. To my surprise unlike the girl on the phone he knew exactly what I was conveying and got it done in 10 minutes. I hardly leave bad reviews. But this is well deserved. It's 100F today. So we decided not to cook at home and eat out here. Bad idea. We noticed the AC is not working great, and not much cooler than outside. There's a separate "party" room that has the AC blasting.... But we were told we can't eat in there. I usually order Mountain mikes and yes I am the guy that orders at mountain mikes and says, "let's put round table out of business", the customer service is the worst around at round table and today was no different. I purchased this pizza today because I have guests in town. I know they prefer a round table pie over Mountain Mike's and so as a good host should I put my guest needs before mine. In doing so I stayed on hold for six minutes and 30 seconds waiting for someone to pick up they did not so I had to hang up and call back. They picked up promptly this time and I asked if they could confirm my online order and they asked me my name. I told her my name and they said yes we got your order. 8/30/18 My coworker's and I were working really hard and were starving so we decided to order a pizza delivery at lunch. The awesome delivery guy arrived pretty fast. It was really good and had about finished the first slice until I noticed the dead cockroach in my pizza. I alerted my coworkers and we shouted to stop eating. We called to get a refund and the poor delivery guy had to come back to return our cash. I let him keep his tip because it was not his fault. We ate in. The restaurant was reasonably clean. Our pizza came fast and was delicious (I love Maui Zaui), the salad bar was fresh and tasty, and the garlic parm bread sticks were great (obvi). This is the second time they messed up my pizzas. Within a month. They can give you a 20 percent discount next time with no discount code? have the worst experience with this franchise branch in American Canyon. First of all i always like gourmet chicken from round table and live the selection of veggie salad. But i am so disappointed today when i brought some friends to eat. we were told that we cannot eat take take home salad in the restaurant. the kids dropped one if the fork for salad and were not given another fork because we were told we are not suppose to share the salad with the children and uf we want more salad we have to oder one for the kids. I ordered our pizza on line. When I went to pick it up, it was not what I ordered. It was completely wrong. Showed them the order ( I took pictures of it). They were quick to fix the problem, and told me it would be 10 more minutes. I said ok thank, I will wait in my car. I went in 15 minutes later, and they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later. It was still not ready. 5 minutes later i went in, and everybody was in back. There was nobody at the front counter. It took them a few minutes to realize some one was at the front counter. A young lady came over to assist me. She asked what my order was. I told her, and she said oh yes. It just came out of the over. So, then she went around the corner took the pizza out(off the Conveyor belt ) of the oven and cut it up and placed it in the pizza box. And then handed it to me and repeated my order back to me. The disappointing thing is they still Messed up the pizza. I usually do not like reviewing chain restaurants but I know the people who work at this location work hard day and night. The location is perfect, a busy plaza, filled with other fast food joints. They've had the same delivery driver for as long as I can remember. And the customer service is always polite, even when it gets crazy busy. I ordered a pizza and requested no sauce... I called back later and the manager Rose tells me they have a procedure they have to follow and she CAN NOT do SURFING ANYTHING Scott it. Mind you the pizza has ABSOLUTELY no sauce, but I requested light sauce. I have other issues with this particular Round Table, such as delivering us a pizza that wasn't cooked... when we got it I told my son this pizza tastes funny. Come to find out my Don said or pizza wasn't cooked. The dough was EXTREMELY GOOEY... I've ordered another pizza from then and requested pan crust and when the pizza was delivered to us, it was thin crust....
