I see that Round Table has terrible reviews. Yikes. I wish I could say service is great here but that's not the case and as for ambiance uh it's not anywhere I'd want to hang around and enjoy my meal. I do however have to say my gourmet veggie pizza was soooooo good. I'm not vegetarian and usually don't order veggie pizza. I'm more of a pepperoni and pineapple or combination pizza type girl. (No judgement please) The gourmet veggie pizza is hands down one of the best pizza's I've had. Don't be afraid to go veggie for the day or add some meat. You won't be disappointed....well as long as you have a decent cook. I can't control that unfortunately. I'd have a lot of great food experiences if I could. read more

The food was pretty good. My wife wasn't a fan tho. I trust her taste buds as well. The facility was freezing cold. We moved our seats to where the sun provided some warmth. Unstable is one of the most expensive places to get a pizza and wings. We had some to go but still paid a chunk of money for 2 people. read more

This place needs to get shut down. Literally the worst run business. One menu available... taped to the counter where you order. No beers on tap available, ever. Business seems to be run by 3 teenagers most days who are just giggling with each other in the back... instead of just doing their job? Showed up 1:59pm for their happy hour. Ordered and wasn't given the happy hour discount. Reason why... we showed up 1 minute before happy hour. SMH... please go to Mountain Mike's, Dominos, Little Caesars. Better yet, go to 7-11 and microwave yourself a pizza. The worst... place... ever... read more

Order a bbq chicken pizza with extra chicken. What they gave me was an old pizza with barely any toppings. I called for days to speak to a manager and no one got back to me. When you are charging $40+ for a pizza this is unacceptable! I've given this business multiple chances and they just don't care about quality. read more

I haven't had round tables in years so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. I spent 86.89. We wanted to order the King Arthur pizza but not much to select from app. When we mentioned it to the girl she was like yeah I told my manager. We ordered a pizza with half white sauce and half red sauce. The pizza was made wrong. It was more like no sauce. No white and no red. The pizza and food were cold. The pizzaI was sitting at the end of the oven. I should have known because the place was like a ghost town. Only two young ladies running the place. Tables were left with dishes. I total disappointment in so many ways. It will probably be another 10 years if that before I eat round tables again. read more

Pizza was good. Service was terrible. One attendant behind the counter clearly had better things to do. And the person in the kitchen was doing just about everything but running the register. read more

Ordered 2 large specialty pizza's. One was half Maui Zaui/ half veggie delight and the other was King Arthur. It took them about 30 minutes for the order to be finished and both smelled fantastic. Love the toppings on the veggie delight and always supper yummy. It was empty and quiet when I arrived here. They have TV's, but they weren't turned on. I feel like the place would have felt more welcoming and alive if it were on. TIP: There are always coupons that you might get in the mail or on the back of the Safeway receipt in AC! read more

Not sure why this location has low reviews. I ordered via phone and it was ready for pick up as promised. Service was great and they included plates, utensils and little packets of cheese and peppers ready to go. The pizza was hot and delicious. It's not fancy pizza but its filling fresh and made right. It's a franchise so they are just following what Corporate says. Be nice to your staff. A simple please and thank you makes their day as well a small tip. Grateful that they were open on Christmas Eve for my kiddos to get this pizza fix! read more

I often wonder why the service has continually been so bad at this location? Every time I figure I'll give it a try, I'm disappointed. The pizza quality is hit or miss as well. You would think that with the growth that AC is about to hit and the more business they will receive that they would either hire better or train better. I've lived here for 20 years, and it's the same disappointing feeling I get from this location and trying to support this local business. Just SAD! read more

Why people leave a low review they put chives in there food a lot of people are still allergic to chives

Today's service here in American Canyon is horrible. I am so mad. My legs are shaking right now there was no salad. I asked the young man can he please bring some more salad out and it took over 15 minutes for him to get some more lettuce the whole salad bar needed to be replenished and I love their salad bar. It's always good but today was horrible. The service from the young man was horrible. He would not open his mouth and speak. I had to ask him. Did he have an attitude because he was rude and he made me wait over 15 minutes. They made my pizza the whole time that I waited for salad lettuce, I'm very upset. Very very upset. read more

I want to take time writing this review from an order that I placed last night. My guy is an electrician and I've been in the hospitality industry for over 23 years. So when my guy ordered a Hawaiian pizza he found out the hard way that they put barbecue sauce instead of marinara on the pizza. He's a get it done guy not really a customer service hospitality type of person. He's more mechanical. So I decided to make the phone call to fix the problem and let the company know that the menu we read for them did not specify what type of sauce they put on the pizza and made sure to screenshot it to show them. The girl on the phone confused me and I really don't think she was listening to me because she kept trying to hang up and end the call instead of fix the problem. However when I arrived 5 minutes after picking up the pizza I spoke with a young man and explained to him exactly what happened and exactly what I wanted. To my surprise unlike the girl on the phone he knew exactly what I was conveying and got it done in 10 minutes. I'm sorry I did not get your name but if this company is going to get good reviews it's going to be because of you. Thank you for making my guy happy after his 14-hour shift. Promote him! read more

The employees are not nice at all!! They are arrogant. Specially the lady in front. She is choosing a costumer.

Went into to this Round Table to have a couple beers and pizza on a Wednesday evening at 6:30. Employees were unable to serve beer because of their age, so what I thought was going to be a relaxing evening was interrupted and disappointing. Also employees spoke under their breath while taking my order. No command presentation of who's in charge. Pretty much a kid ran business. read more

I hardly leave bad reviews. But this is well deserved. It's 100F today. So we decided not to cook at home and eat out here. Bad idea. We noticed the AC is not working great, and not much cooler than outside. There's a separate "party" room that has the AC blasting.... But we were told we can't eat in there. But there is an employee sitting in this AC room, on their lunch enjoying the AC. Won't be back here again. read more

Short review- Save yourself some trouble and order elsewhere. Here are the details: Only giving 2 stars cause they have good pizza. I should give them 1 star. I usually order Mountain mikes and yes I am the guy that orders at mountain mikes and says, "let's put round table out of business", the customer service is the worst around at round table and today was no different. I purchased this pizza today because I have guests in town. I know they prefer a round table pie over Mountain Mike's and so as a good host should I put my guest needs before mine. In doing so I stayed on hold for six minutes and 30 seconds waiting for someone to pick up they did not so I had to hang up and call back. They picked up promptly this time and I asked if they could confirm my online order and they asked me my name. I told her my name and they said yes we got your order. So I asked can you repeat my order please. it seemed like I was asking her to move a mountain, yet she did repeat my order and yes it was correct. Pizza was good but not worth the BS. Save yourself some trouble and order elsewhere. read more

8/30/18 My coworker's and I were working really hard and were starving so we decided to order a pizza delivery at lunch. The awesome delivery guy arrived pretty fast. It was really good and had about finished the first slice until I noticed the dead cockroach in my pizza. I alerted my coworkers and we shouted to stop eating. We called to get a refund and the poor delivery guy had to come back to return our cash. I let him keep his tip because it was not his fault. This is my neighborhood pizza place where we attend various fund raisers, along with school and Little league functions. I'm really disgusted and disappointed. I can't eat here anymore. read more

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered over the phone for a medium size pizza to be delivered to my home. They told me it would take one hour for my pizza to be delivered however it took OVER TWO HOURS! I called the restaurant twice and they were very rude over the phone. Why lie to a customer about the time it would arrive! By the time my pizza came to my house it was cold! Never ordering from round table again no matter how much I love it. I rather order from mountain mikes! Yeahhh I said it! Do not order from here! Or beware of the frustration and the irritation! read more

This is the second time they messed up my pizzas. Within a month. They can give you a 20 percent discount next time with no discount code? "Or ...maybe the system will remember your phone number or something to get the discount next time ..maybe??" That's what I was told. Or we can remake it and you give us the old pizza back while the other pizza and appetizers you got get cold in roughly 20-30 minutes. I appreciate the remaking of the pizza but that isn't what I paid for or let alone tipped for prior to delivery. My family doesn't want to wait another realistic 30+ minutes for a pizza while we eat the other 100.00$ ++ that we ordered. It was missing ingredients. They get more and more skimpy on ingredients too. I ordered the Montague all meat pizza. It isn't rocket science. Dough , sauce and four toppings. Same toppings every time. All I wanted was maybe a few bucks back.. What does extra ingredients cost, 2-3 bucks? Really? The kid answering the phone was polite. He kept asking his manager and responding in a timely manner. So that was the plus. But I wasn't asking for much. The management is the issue. Not the new people/ unexperienced people working there. There is poor management. Period. All in all. Each time I order it goes to shit. Unfortunately we are limited in American Canyon when it comes to delivery. 3 pizza places and one being take and bake.Back to driving to Napa it is. All in all, nothing will change. Management and employees won't be paid their worth. Meaning no one will care or change this. If you read this far. Go to Pietros in Vacaville, Papa joes in Napa, Napoli in Vallejo. Big Italian in Vallejo. I'm sure there is a few I'm missing. Pretty sure mountain mikes in American Canyon is owned by the same people as round table. Don't go there either. Especially stay away from parrys in American Canyon. read more

We ate in. The restaurant was reasonably clean. Our pizza came fast and was delicious (I love Maui Zaui), the salad bar was fresh and tasty, and the garlic parm bread sticks were great (obvi). We had a pitcher of beer. Yeah, the service was a little lacking, but I don't expect much from people anymore. All that matters is, pizza. For the record, we've ordered delivery a few times and never had any issues. I'm personally loyal to Round Table on account of their Hawaiian pizza ‍ read more

have the worst experience with this franchise branch in American Canyon. First of all i always like gourmet chicken from round table and live the selection of veggie salad. But i am so disappointed today when i brought some friends to eat. we were told that we cannot eat take take home salad in the restaurant. the kids dropped one if the fork for salad and were not given another fork because we were told we are not suppose to share the salad with the children and uf we want more salad we have to oder one for the kids. The pizza was overcooked. We add spinach and chicken topping but we barely see the spinach and chicken. the pizza were too salty. Gourmet personal pan pizza was also overcooked. i soent more than $75.00 and will not comeback ever. Cashier is not polite and accommodating. read more

It's round table. Not sure why the reviews are so low..... they've been flawless every time I've ordered over the years.

I ordered our pizza on line. When I went to pick it up, it was not what I ordered. It was completely wrong. Showed them the order ( I took pictures of it). They were quick to fix the problem, and told me it would be 10 more minutes. I said ok thank, I will wait in my car. I went in 15 minutes later, and they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later. It was still not ready. 5 minutes later i went in, and everybody was in back. There was nobody at the front counter. It took them a few minutes to realize some one was at the front counter. A young lady came over to assist me. She asked what my order was. I told her, and she said oh yes. It just came out of the over. So, then she went around the corner took the pizza out(off the Conveyor belt ) of the oven and cut it up and placed it in the pizza box. And then handed it to me and repeated my order back to me. The disappointing thing is they still Messed up the pizza. I just took it at that point and said nothing. 60 minutes for a wrong overpriced pizza is just wrong. read more

I usually do not like reviewing chain restaurants but I know the people who work at this location work hard day and night. The location is perfect, a busy plaza, filled with other fast food joints. They've had the same delivery driver for as long as I can remember. And the customer service is always polite, even when it gets crazy busy. Pizza is average, the same taste and flavor as the other Round Table Pizza chains. Regardless, they work hard and they do their best to get orders out on time. read more
