We were thinking they would serve the over easy egg on top of the biscuits and gravy but it was not over easy and was served in a wrapper separately. The owner/baker emailed me back immediately and recommended the perfect size for our party so we wouldn't have too much waste, considering we were flying out the next day. The carrot cake apparently tasted great per the party's comments, and the decorations she did were admired by everyone! My gluten-free carrot cake cupcake she made for me, so I could participate in the festivities, was moist and flavorful. I especially appreciated her accommodating not only a pick-up on a day the bakery was closed, but was additionally was flexible with the pick-up time when my plans had to suddenly change.
