When I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund (full or partial), I was told that they couldn't issue one unless I returned the cake. This does not make sense and also was not even feasible, as the cake was needed for my event the morning after I picked it up. On such short notice, over a holiday weekend, I had no other choice and it obviously couldn't be returned after being used. Allison then told me she couldn't offer even a partial refund because she "needs the money to feed her family." While I understand personal struggles, this reasoning felt inappropriate and unfair to me as a paying customer who also works hard to feed my family & received a subpar product for what I paid. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, especially on what was supposed to be a joyful and memorable day. I absolutely would not recommend this company based on my experience.
