Wonderful, seasonal menu, that proudly presents both Wagyu and Montana beef at its finest. Had a hard time making choices as there's so many items on the menu, I'd love to try. I did pass on the oysters that are flown in every day. But that was very tempting. I ended up going with the golden beet salad, which was outstanding with a raspberry vinaigrette. For my main course I couldn't help but go for the elk loin, two beautifully cooked rib on loins medium rare. Incredibly tasty and tender. Of course we got Huckleberry ice cream, made with real berries. As sweet and refreshing as we could have imagined. Their bright Mountain Mint is dyed with a natural green, and dotted with thin dark-chocolate flakes. We had tasty oatmilk ice cream with Oreo bits. They have more than a handful of other flavors. Our only caveat is to read to the end of the ingredients list. We skipped the Gravel Road flavor, which said it included "a little bit of protein from CRICKETS".
