I am updating the problems that I have had with Rotech Healthcare. After addressing the issues with the products and services with them and with Brett, the respiratory technician, the people have done a 180 degree change and improvement. They were very busy but bent over backwards to take care of my needs. I highly commend Brett and the staff for such a great attitude and help they provided. Maxx from Rotech in Mesa delivered several oxygen tanks as well as cannula and tubing. He checked the oxygen concentrator as well. Maxx is very kind, compassionate and caring. He is the kind of employee that any operation would want. Maxx has greatly improved my personal view of Rotech. The company has always done a great job with all my oxygen supplies, but the human touch was sometimes lacking. Maxx understands that life with physical limitations gets hard sometimes and he goes the extra mile through an array of little acts and gestures that speak volumes. His is an example to follow. Impossible to communicate with them. If you finally make contact with them they disconnect you and switch you to somebody else and they have no idea what you're talking about. Totally disgusting company. They send you an email on ordering supplies and you get no answer no reply nothing. read more

I think they all have issues. This one is their call service. I received a text that the oxygen for my husband would be delivered at 1:05 PM and to be home for it. I left my husband at the hospital as they were still signing him out. and when I got home called and the person that answered told me he had to be home. They would not deliver it to me. When we finally received the Oxygen closer to 8 PM, the driver said she was absolutely wrong. Also, when you call they are all sharing an office and all I could hear was loud fighting. this used to be a good company. Now we cannot even get a call back. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and when it was time to get a new machine, I made sure that prescription was sent to Rotech. At the same time my wife was diagnosed and needed a CPAP. The doctor sent her prescription to a competitor. Since I was getting a new CPAP machine, I had doctor change I fought to have hers sent to Rotech for convivence. BIG MISTAKE! My wife has had problems getting her mask to fit properly. Numerous calls have been unanswered; she is having difficulty sleeping and only wants some help trying to get a proper fitting mask. I have just left a message that if we do not receive a call tomorrow morning (it is now just after closing) we will show up with the equipment and demand that they take back the equipment and we will go elsewhere. As I am also a small business owner, I know the importance of customer service. If I serviced, my customers like this I would have never been able to stay in business for over 35 years. If your PCP wants to send you here, my suggestion is do not walk away, RUN AWAY. read more

I got a nebulizer from them through Tri-City how the va pays for health care in the community. They dropped of a nebulizer at my house didn't have me sign and then rented the unit to me they never showed me any paperwork they just said because they dropped it off I agreed to the rental which is not true. That they charged the VA every month for more than it costs to purchase. This is why health care costs are so out of control. You can also blame inflation on them they seen a government agency and ripped them off. This company should be ashamed of it self and I'm reporting them to the VA but they don't care if you support veterans please get your medical equipment from a respected American First establishment read more

The in-person location was good, but the ongoing service is awful. The bills showed a negative insurance responsibility - how does that even happen? They "shipped" me stuff I never received, and then told me to ask the USPS for a photograph proving delivery. Yeah, sure -- the USPS isn't going to do that. Plus I can order the same supplies from Amazon for less (and even cheaper from other CPAP specific suppliers) so why would I deal with that? read more

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have called several times over the last few years, left voice messages and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME has anyone returned our calls. Nobody has ever answered the phone when we have called. Not one time. And if you call during their lunch break, there is a recording that says to stay on the line if you would like to leave a voice message. No option to leave voice message ever happens. On both the local number and the 800 number. We gave up in the past and ordered on Amazon the parts that we needed, at our own expense. Nobody is monitoring the CPAP machine that is connected via wifi either! We dont even know if it needs to be adjusted after years of use. It may even be outdated! But we cant get ahold of them to find out anything. ZERO STARS WOULD BE A MORE ACCURATE REFELCTION OF THEIR SERVICE. BBB has many many many bad reviews of this company, although they are not accredited. How can they get away with this? read more
