This was a review I couldn't wait to post. Rosy Nails was a fantastic experience - it's more akin to going to a spa than just a place for a mani/pedi. I took my 12 year old daughter for a daddy-daughter day, and they delivered on everything and really exceeded my expectation. They took their time and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever - very relaxing and chill environment! Prices were very reasonable. I found this nail salon by searching Yelp. I realized that I had been paying for subpar nails before now.... First, I was greeted professionally and warmly. I didn't feel like a number getting a fan of nail colors thrown at me so they could hurry up and move me through. Second, this salon is very clean! Sanitary nail salons are always a wonderful thing. Everything was immaculate. I got the dip in a French manicure style and my nails look amazing. The technician took her time and did my nails well and covered my nail all the way to the sides. I've noticed most of the time when I get my nails done they don't cover my full nail (generally because the nail tech is in a hurry). The prices are comparable to other places in the area and the service far surpasses other places in the area. This is my new salon for sure. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but today was an unexpected one. I've been coming to this salon for years and I have never had service that was this bad, and by bad I mean no service at all. I was considerate and showed up 25 minutes early for an 11am appointment, and finally left at 11:15. The reason being is I was there early and and 2 others came in after, one at 4 minutes before 11 and one at 11. Both were taken right back. The young lady that checked me in verified my appointment and was having a snack (I figured once she was done I would be called, but no. She took the person at 4 minutes before 11. Then next an employee walked in and smiled at me, set her things down and when someone else walked in and said she had an 11am appointment, instead of checking the schedule, just took her back. Everyone else was busy with clients they were with when I came in and weren't going to finished anytime soon. I'm so disappointed. I never had this problem when Melissa there. I saw allot of new faces, maybe this was the problem The one star is only because I had to select something. It's hard to rate when you didn't get serviced. read more

I am extremely happy to have found this place!!! I relocated to Orlando a little over a year ago and have been looking for a good and affordable nail salon up until now. I tried dozens of places but no one satisfied me like Rosy Nails did for the price I pay. My coworker and I went there last evening for pedicure and we walked out feeling super pampered and happy! From atmosphere to service, there is nothing lacking about this place. As you can see in the pictures, the interior of the place has light blue and beige color scheme and I love the light airy feel to it. I was pleasantly surprised as they did not have that typical nail polish and acetone smell when I walked in. The place seemed very airy and roomy and I noticed a large selection of nail polishes to choose from. I was happy with the amount of OPI nail polishes they had! Also, all of their equipments and chairs are all brand new and they use an individually packed new nail files and scrubs for each customer. Very clean and sanitizing. They have numerous options of scented salt and scrubs to choose from as well. I got a hot stone pedicure and my coworker got rosy spa pedicure. The staff took a very good care of us. Karen took her time to massage my legs and feet with scrubs, lotions, and hot stones. My pedicure turned out great and even when it got accidentally messed up while I was drying them, Karen fixed it right away for me. All the ladies were so friendly and attentive. Even the price was very reasonable for the high quality service that I was getting. We also got 10% off of our service because we were first time customers. I would have been more than happy to pay the full price without the discount because the service was definitely worth every dollar. I am so happy I found this place! I'm not in this area often, but when I need my nails done, I'm definitely going to drive out of my way for this place! The salon is quite deceiving from the outside. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn't even smell like a typical nail salon. My pedicure by Kayla was incredibly relaxing, and that was just the basic pedicure! I was given a sugar scrub and an amazing massage. My manicure by Jimmy was also just as relaxing, even though I had to soak off acrylics beforehand. Sandy has taken care of my nails for years, and she's very, very good. But I'm not going back. I make appointments--I never walk in without one--but Every. Single. TIme. I've been there in the last few months, at the exact time or a little before my appointment, they're busy working on someone who just walked in and ask me to wait--today I was told "just another half hour." I don't have that kind of time to waste, and what's the point of calling ahead and determining a time when they don't honor appointments? SInce there are at least five other nail salons within a mile of Rosy, I'll be trying them out--and honestly, because they're all pretty similar, I'm going to frequent the one that takes me at my designated time. read more

I moved from Tampa to Orlando about six months ago and I don't usually get my nails done often. It's definitely a treat when I do get my nails done and I want them to last! Today my boyfriend decided to pay for me to get my nails done so I went on a search for a good nail salon here in Orlando. I stumbled across Rosy nails on yelp, read some reviews and decided why not? This place is so great!! I called to see if they accepted walk ins and they were super friendly and helpful on the phone and I made an appointment the same day. The salon is super clean and nicely decorated and surprisingly doesn't smell like your typical nail salon. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my nails but she was fantastic. She brought out the gel samples for me to choose my color and didn't rush me at all. She took her time on the mani and asked me if I wanted to keep the length of my nails and what shape I wanted them filed. When she first put the color on one of my nails she asked me if I liked the color before she continued, it was too bright for me so I asked if there was a darker one. It was no problem for her to bring me the color samples again and choose a different one (so nice!!) she asked again if I liked what I chose when she put the darker one on and I did. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone! Great price for a basic mani with gel polish, I will definitely be back soon! read more

Worst pink n white fill ever!! Residue left behind on cuticles... You can visibly see the drill mark lines, it was not blended and each corner of my nail has a different shape. One side square, the other rounded. With so many nail salons around, choose another. They don't even free hand the white.. They use tips to drag the excess white off. Horrible. My favorite place to get my nails done. I always get Tammy. She gives the best massage during the pedicure and manicure. She is friendly, likes to chat but is also comfortable just being silent. She truly looks to make sure you are enjoying the service. All the ladies who work here are friendly. My only complaint is Tammy will start my manicure but then is moved/leaves to start someone else's pedicure, leaving me to have someone else finish the manicure. But I have been super happy with everything. I get regular polish and my nails take a beating from the amount of typing I do, but I can honestly say the polish lasts longer after a manicure here than anywhere else!!!
