This is where she cut my finger with the nail file
Brandi E.

The lady that did my nails cut my finger with a nail file, she rushed through doing my nails, then she didn't shape my nails the way I requested and finally some of my nails are so thick, they look horrible. I won't be returning here. Oh wait, she then asked for a tip. No thanks...

Do you see how thick the polish is?
Cheyenne M.

Was not impressed with my acrylics, my nail tech was rude the entire time. She didn't take care of my cuticles or my hang-nails. I asked for an almond shape nail and she gave me an ugly round, yet still tried to charge me $5 extra for the almond shape. I refused to be charged for something I didn't get, and both the nail tech and the woman checking me out had an attitude (well my nail tech was rude the entire time actually), saying "next time we're going to charge you extra". As if I'm ever coming back for acrylics. Usually in my experience with getting my nails done, during the filing and shaping of the nail the technician will ask "is that good", from there you check the shape and anything you want fixed; here, not so much. She tried rushing me through since I took so long to pick out my shellac (should I mention I had to go and find those myself?), and never asked once if there was anything I needed fixing. When I went ahead and looked and pointed out a few too-wide sides, she got upset and threw down her file. Yikes. As for my mothers pedicure, she's always happy, the pedicures by Tracy are great! She takes extra time to make sure your feet look baby smooth, and from my experience with her, she took the time to take out my awful ingrown toenail, didn't even ask her to! Always an awesome and thorough pedi with her. But that's about it as far as anything good goes. I wish I caught the name of my nail tech but in this shop they don't say their names.

Shellac manicure
Yuni C.

I find it difficult to find a decent nail salon in Gresham, but coming here was the best decision I've made. I wanted a shellac manicure for college and was attended here right away without appointment. The lady who did my nails was quiet, but focused on doing a great job. The total was $25, $2 extra for a nail kit. I would probably be coming here for my next nail color.

As always I am a very pleased customer. Very clean an professional. I enjoy coming from far away just to get my nails done by Leo. I have had so many compliments since I started coming here. Definitely worth my money. Thank you once again for the excellent service.

Love the color and the length.

Tami was great and easy to talk to. She took her time and did a great job. I highly recommend this place.

Seems like your average strip man nail spot. Cant lie I was a little skeptical when I arrived to them being triple booked but they got my mani pedi done in a timely manner. Got gel over my natural nails and a basic pedicure both came out great! Loved the shape and color of the manicure and 2+ weeks later as I write this no chips on my fingers. Its close to my work so I think this is my new spot.

Great pedicures. They're a great price for what you get. My husband and I just got the regular pedicure and we were very happy.

I almost felt like they were not open like maybe I walked in while they were still opening.. I didn't wanna make a big deal out of things so I just said "Hello". Nobody responded to me for a minute and then without asking me if I was getting a pedicure or manicure abruptly, told me to sit in seat one. I really make it a point to wash my hands before my service just out of respect for the tech but I felt like I was doing something wrong by moving around the shop because of the way that they were staring at me. When I sat down, I tried to say hello and strike up a small conversation. Literally the only thing that she said to me was "hello and do you work today?". No response to the question that she , She just stopped talking after that. I'm very introverted myself so I tried also to not take this personally. But I couldn't help but feel like I just was not welcome. I picked a color and although I know, sometimes the colors change slightly underneath of the light this color had to have been old because when I tell you the color that is on my fingernails is not the color that I chose, pretty frustrating and considering I snuck this appointment before I had work, I did not have time for her to take it off and change it . All well during this appointment there is a man in the back corner of the shop, banging on a pipe and making all this loud noise. Which is fine if repairs need to be done OK , but people literally work hard for their money and they wanna come here and relax and get their nails done not listen to a construction zone . And the last thing I'll say is that I didn't ask for a major design. I asked for a tiny little heart with a specific angle. And as she was trying to do this, I noticed that my middle nail was completely crooked. Not angled wrong because of how my nail bed is laying, like actually crooked. I tried to express that it was crooked and all she did was file it more crookedly. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately $60 for a full set that is basically crooked and wrong doesn't feel fair. I just simply left after paying. And i dont think ill be back. Could be worth another shot. But im not satisfied.

The amount of colors they…read morehave for nails is immense but their so easy to choose from because they have them in these nice little books rather than most salons that have those awful key rings of color that are hard to go through. I got a gel pedi and was a walk in and they saw me immediately. I never use the massage chairs cause they're usually old and not comfortable. This is the first time I've used a massage chair and loved it! The tech was great at removing cuticles from toenails and my calluses. If you bring in a picture of nail art they will do their best to help get you exactly what you want. I plan to come back this Friday for dip on my nails and I'll update my review once I get my hands done too. Update: I went back on Friday and saw Nikki. She was awesome and helped me change my nails to acrylic because I was spending more money on dip and I could get something more shiny that last longer and costs less. What a great deal! She was phenomenal. I feel younger with these very posh nails!

I called to ask if they were available for a dip mani. They said yes and to come in. I arrived…read moreabout 7 mins later as I live very close. They made me wait 25 mins before someone worked on my nails. The first woman took off my previous dip and sanded the nail beds. Then, she gave me to a different woman for the next steps. I had already told her I did not want that woman as she had done my nails previously and they were lumpy and had a black speck on one nail that I saw and told her that wasn't supposed to be there and she said you wouldn't be able to see it when we were done but when we were done you could see it plain as day and when I asked her to redo that nail, she said she couldn't see anything and the nail was fine. So, I told the woman I would rather have someone else do the finishing of the nails this time. She then sanded my nails some more for the prep and I had to wait an additional 30 mins for another woman to be available. No problem, a good set of nails is worth the wait. Overall, it took them 2 hours to do nails that shouldn't have taken more than 70 mins. Normally, my nails last 3 weeks and the only thing forcing me to get them redone at that time is the grow out. 6 days after getting my nails dipped, the tips and sides started to peel away from the dip and the top coat started to peel off. I was out of town and couldn't go back to the salon until day 10, and by that time 3 of my nails had the tips ripped off completely from snagging on stuff. Keep in mind these are my real nails. I've been having my nails dip mani for over 4 years straight and this has never happened. This was caused by lack of experience and expertise when prepping and finishing my nails. When I finally went into the salon to show the manager my nails, she said that happens with real nails. Ummm, no it doesn't. It's never happened to me. I asked for her to remove the remaining product from my nails and provide me a refund of my $70 I paid. She said refunds were against their policy but she would have someone fix them. I had already had everyone at her store do my nails at some point and none of them were worth $70 and 2 hours of my time. So no thanks on your sub par service. Ultimately, she chose to not give me a refund and told me she would prefer I leave a negative review of her business. I was very disappointed in her choice of outcome.

I had a pedi while waiting for my daughter. This was by far the very best experience I have ever had at a salon (aside of McMenamins Ruby's Spa). Kevin is a perfectionist, be prepared to spend some extra time in the chair if you want a design. My pedi experience was awesome! The massage chair was great, and the complimentary mimosa was such a sweet surprise. Lovely, soft music in the background with a YouTube video of rolling hills, zero chatter (yay!!), massage chair and wine. This was such a chill experience. My daughter showed off her nails to friends/family and they immediately asked where she got them done because they want to see Kevin also. He's going to have a very busy Summer! We so appreciated their hospitality, environment setting and talents. My only regret is not tipping them as much as they deserved. Next time!!! We paid $145 for one mani and one pedi. The length, design and jewels made the price increase but per my daughter, it was totally worth it. I believe my pedi was $45 which included a 10 minute massage. I have happy feet! See you again soon Lux Friends!!

They were clearly poorly done, showing how she put no care or real effort into my nails. On top of that, she caused me some of the worst pain I've ever had from a nail appointment. About a week and a half later, my pinky nail started lifting, which was extremely painful and a clear sign the acrylic was applied incorrectly. She was passive-aggressive throughout, calling me old and saying my head looked too big for my body in a backhanded way. When she started on my nail design, she became openly insulting, condescending, and belittling. I have auditory processing issues, and I'm on the spectrum, so explaining things concisely is one of my biggest struggles. Even with a reference photo for her, I struggled to answer her questions in a way that satisfied her. She told me I was giving her a headache and kept repeating the same few words, louder and more irritated, over and over again, when I would try to ask for clarification. I felt really uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. In the end, my sisters' and my nails cost $300--$150 for what are honestly the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. She rushed to finish so quickly that I didn't even get to properly check them until I got home, when it was obvious how bad, painful, and poorly done they were.
