After two years and now moving into another apartment with them, I can genuinely say I've had a great experience. Thank you again to Arcelia and the entire team for all the help! read more

We've had a great experience with Arcelia and Rossmoyne Property Management. Arcelia genuinely cares about her tenants, which is something you don't always find with property management companies. Unlike many companies that seem to focus mostly on the landlords, she makes sure her tenants feel taken care of too. Service requests are handled quickly, communication is always easy, and she's incredibly responsive. We really appreciate having someone we can count on! read more

I rented from this management company for 4 years and had a great experience! They were always quick to respond and fix any issues that came up in the apartment. Arcelia was our manager and she was kind, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. Definitely a great renting experience! read more

We rented a beautiful home in Mount Washington through Arcelia at Rossmoyne nearly three years ago, and from the very beginning, our experience with her stood out. Unlike others we've dealt with in the real estate industry, Arcelia was polite, responsive, and highly professional. Most importantly--something truly rare in this field--she was honest and straightforward. Over the past three years, Arcelia has continued to exceed our expectations. She has always been quick to address any issues, helped us smoothly replace a broken dishwasher with the model we requested, and maintained clear communication throughout. We genuinely couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you, Arcelia and Rossmoyne! read more

Had been contemplating moving closer to work and school for a while. I saw a cute property listing and scheduled a viewing online right away. Listing wasn't up for long but I loved the apartment and the location so I called the management company, and Arcelia helped me navigate the website to find the application to apply. She walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I visited the management company as it was more convenient for me to drop of my application and later the deposit staff was very welcoming. The lady at the front desk was so sweet... all the staff was very courteous and helpful. I'm so happy I was selected!!! The portal they use to make payments, repair requests and share property announcements is another plus. Communication from day one... to signing the lease was quick. I received my keys days later. I could not be happier read more

They don't want to repair a pealing tub because they say they won't acomódate us for the 48 hours that we won't be able to shower or use the toilet. The paint produces strong odors and cannot get wet for 24 hours to let it dry. They want me to take a crap in front of the managers door? Maybe that's what they want! That's for you Bonnye and Arcelia bunch of buffoons read more

We had the best living experience with Rossmoyne. One thing we appreciated was how quick and helpful Arcelia was with any issue or question that we had. She always responded super quick even after hours and made sure everything was taken care of which really shows they care for their tenants. Was sad to have to leave this property because they really took care of us while we were there. read more

We have been working with Rossmoyne Properties and Arcelia since April of 2020. The management tenant portal is very easy to use for payments and maintenance requests, which were always done timely! This is an A+ property management company. Very professional and polite. I can't speak enough on how well me and my family were treated when we were renting from them. Would definitely recommend. read more

Top notch property company! Bonnie and Lynn were our go to people for the last seven years as renters. Quick response and considerably respectful. Extremely resourceful with terrific vendors. We are leaving the Glendale area and will miss them all! My recommendation or words of wisdom - to be nice and you'll be treated nicely. It's that simple! read more

I emailed Rossmoyne at a time when I needed help renting and managing a condo I owned in Glendale. It also happened to be during the height of the COVID-19 quarantine orders in 2020. Cody, Bonnye, and the rest took care of *everything*, and we did it completely over e-mail and phone. They got the condo painted, floors re-finished, photographed and listed on all the major websites. Within a few weeks they had found tenants. A year later, I had moved out of LA and it was time for me to sell the condo. Cody again took care of *everything*, and again completely over e-mail and phone. The Rossmoyne crew is extraordinarily professional and helpful. If you're looking for property management in this area, this is the one. You won't be disappointed. read more

This company operates on red tape bureaucracy like their lives depend on it. We were more than income qualified and were the first income application. However, because our tax return form 2020 showed less income (because it was a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and everyone LOST THEIR JOBS) we were unable to get the place. We offered numerous ways to prove our (more than substantial) current income, but they seem to operate as mindless robots of the "computer says no" variety. This place of business has no logic or understanding. read more

I am really disappointed right now. I've been trying to talk to SOMEONE in this company but has been impossible so far. I went to take a look at one of their properties last week (which BTW was a very frustrating experience trying to set up an appointment; they do it through a third party which gives you a code to enter and tour the property on your own), and really liked it. I wanted to put up an application but had OBVIOUSLY a few questions before doing so. I proceeded to email, text, and call the contacts they have on their website and listings and have not received any kind of response. Very bad customer service, can't imagine if I was a tenant and had a maintenance request or emergency. Bad experience. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found Rossmoyne Property Management Group. They have managed 2 properties for me over the last 4 years and have done a wonderful job. One property type being a single family home and the other an 8 unit apartment building. I have had the pleasure of working with the owner, Bonnye as well as most of the staff and they have all been exemplary. They are knowledgeable about my buildings, well informed on codes, they have excellent accounting and record keeping services and when the need arises have been able to provide me with sound advise and excellent subcontractors. The staff aside from being very competent have been a pleasure to work. They have also been responsive and pleasant intermediaries with the tenants. In summary, I feel very comfortable and secure having Rossmoyne managing my properties. read more

We had an amazing experience with Rossmoyne, especially with Arcelia. She is very knowledgeable and sweet. She made our application process very smooth and easy. Arcelia, and Rossmoyne, are as good as it gets! Arcelia was always attentive to my needs as a tenant, and was always at the ready for anything the apartments she keeps watch over needed! Any time where was a parking issue, or plumbing issue, or anything of the like it was tended to immediately and with care. I only moved out of the apartment because my girlfriend and I decided to move in together otherwise I'd have been a lifer in that space! Loved the apartment and the people who ran it! Working with Arcelia has been wonderful for me over the years. Any concerns I had with my apartment she would handle it right away. It was always a pleasure to communicate with her via phone or email. The Rossmoyne staff at the main office were also always helpful and kind. I don't know where to start actually but I had absolutely terrible experience with this company, first their application takes at least 2 weeks which kinda makes you feel they have excellent tenants portfolio but its is the absolute opposite!!! I lived one year in their white street apartment complex it was such a loud area by Burbank Airport the noise of the train, walls are not sound proof u could literally hear ur upstairs neighbors snoring!! Not mentioning in the first 5 months i used to smell urine by the stairs each time i wanted to check my mailbox!!! And finally I had to deal with Arcelia to get my deposit!!! Calling!! Sending emails!! No replies at all !!! Such an incompetent unprofessional bossy person !!! I don't recommend this place to no one !!! read more

Just moved into a Rossmoyne managed apartment and so far it has been great. We worked with Arcelia who I can't say enough wonderful things about. Even though they were super busy, Arcelia took time after her day ended to open the unit for us to view again before paying our deposit...who does that?! When we went to pick up the keys we were met with a welcome bag full cute "housewarming" gifts like cleaning supplies, paper towels, and even a cute little cactus. Very impressed so far. read more

I have lived in a Rossmoyne managed apartment for the past 7 years. They have always been great to work with. The property is always well kept. I never really had any issues but when I did have little things pop up like a leaky faucet, they took care of it right away. I am sad to have to leave. If I ever see another Rossmoyne managed property available that suits my needs, I will not hesitate to apply to rent it. Even with me leaving they have been great. I asked Kimberly for favors for referrals and asking various questions and she got right back to me offering anything she could to help me out. I don't think many other property managers would go so out of their way to help someone leaving the property like they have. Wish I didn't have to go. read more

I lived in a condo managed by this company. The landlord urged me to move out before the contract expires because he had to sell his house. They said they would compensate for two months of rent and moving expenses but they said they could not compensate for the tips paid by cash($230with receipt) among the moving costs. There was no mention of him in advance, and it is said that the landlord cannot give it to him after 5~6 of e-mails have been sent back. and they deducted $300 from the deposit for repairing the floor that I didn't even break. (Two small chips on laminate tiles) I asked for proof and receipt, and it was a $175 receipt 3weeks after sent it. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have returned $125. In fact, I haven't received this money back yet. The management of this company is a mess. Don't trust this company. To Owner : Please return the overcharged money and Don't try to steal the weak's a small amount of money. read more

The building is clean and inviting, the receptionist is very pleasing and courteous. Arcelia has shown dedicated to her services, always communicative on phone, emails and on person. I have lived in the building for 6 years, and the property management, especially Arcelia Villagomez has always responded to our requests in timely manner. I can say with the utmost confidence that Rossmoyne is the gold standard of property management companies. The quality of service they provide goes well above and beyond what is expected. My point of contact throughout the whole process was Arcelia, and she is amazing! From touring the property to finally signing the lease, Arcelia and her team made the whole process run very smoothly. As a first-time renter I was glad to have an experienced team of professionals to guide me every step of the way, I have only great things to say. On another note, I will say that the clean and organized look of their website is a great representation of the company. Keep up the excellent work! read more

The people at Rossmoyne are self serving and offered very poor customer service. They kicked my mom out of her apartment with no just cause and offered her no relocation funds. She lived there for over 9 years and was The only person in the building who took care of the plants, took everyones garbage cans out to the curb every week, picked up garbage around the building. It wasn't until my mom got the city of Glendale involved that they suddenly remembered they owed her thousands of dollars in relocations fund and they gave her proper amount of time to move out. They stated that they were kicking her out because the owner wanted to move his daughters in to the building, which I understand he has the right to do. However, they tried to scam my mom out of her relocation funds and gave her a seriously unreasonable amount of time to get out of the place she had for 9 years. It was heartless and cruel. The people at Rossmoyne are rude, unprofessional, and truly don't care about the people they are serving. It makes me sad that they would take it vantage of someone as kind and loving as mom. I hope this helps others avoid similar situations. If this happens to you with Rossmoyne, please contact the city of Glendale. They were very helpful. Shame on you, Rossmoyne. I hope you take better care of your clients in the future. read more

This is hands down the best property management company in Los Angeles. I have been using them for the past 7 years for both my personal properties and all of my clients' investments. Neena is excellent and truly cares about the properties she manages. She helps identify issues before they become big problems and also is able to quickly value units and does an excellent job marketing the properties. Lynn is an outstanding bookkeeper and is extremely organized. Bonnye, the owner, runs a very professional company and we all feel very lucky to have them as a part of our team. I highly recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever. read more
