This company operates on red tape bureaucracy like their lives depend on it. We were more than income qualified and were the first income application. However, because our tax return form 2020 showed less income (because it was a GLOBAL PANDEMIC and everyone LOST THEIR JOBS) we were unable to get the place. We offered numerous ways to prove our (more than substantial) current income, but they seem to operate as mindless robots of the "computer says no" variety. I lived one year in their white street apartment complex it was such a loud area by Burbank Airport the noise of the train, walls are not sound proof u could literally hear ur upstairs neighbors snoring!! Even though they were super busy, Arcelia took time after her day ended to open the unit for us to view again before paying our deposit...who does that?! I never really had any issues but when I did have little things pop up like a leaky faucet, they took care of it right away. I am sad to have to leave. I lived in a condo managed by this company. The landlord urged me to move out before the contract expires because he had to sell his house.They said they would compensate for two months of rent and moving expenses but they said they could not compensate for the tips paid by cash($230with receipt) among the moving costs. There was no mention of him in advance, and it is said that the landlord cannot give it to him after 5~6 of e-mails have been sent back. and they deducted $300 from the deposit for repairing the floor that I didn't even break. (Two small chips on laminate tiles) I asked for proof and receipt, and it was a $175 receipt 3weeks after sent it. If I hadn't checked, I wouldn't have returned $125. In fact, I haven't received this money back yet. The management of this company is a mess. Don't trust this company. To Owner : Please return the overcharged money and Don't try to steal the weak's a small amount of money. read more

The people at Rossmoyne are self serving and offered very poor customer service. They kicked my mom out of her apartment with no just cause and offered her no relocation funds. She lived there for over 9 years and was The only person in the building who took care of the plants, took everyones garbage cans out to the curb every week, picked up garbage around the building. It wasn't until my mom got the city of Glendale involved that they suddenly remembered they owed her thousands of dollars in relocations fund and they gave her proper amount of time to move out. They stated that they were kicking her out because the owner wanted to move his daughters in to the building, which I understand he has the right to do. However, they tried to scam my mom out of her relocation funds and gave her a seriously unreasonable amount of time to get out of the place she had for 9 years. It was heartless and cruel. The people at Rossmoyne are rude, unprofessional, and truly don't care about the people they are serving. It makes me sad that they would take it vantage of someone as kind and loving as mom. I hope this helps others avoid similar situations. If this happens to you with Rossmoyne, please contact the city of Glendale. They were very helpful. Shame on you, Rossmoyne.
