Rossman was contacted regarding an EV charging station install. Not a charger, not something super complex. Solely to have a 240volt outlet installed on a pedestal. Rossman was not responsive, and continued to say they would supply us with a quote for the installation. Contacted Rossman Electric on on 5/15/2023, was responded with an attachment of a 'quote' that only contained contact information. After requesting the full information - we were told they would 'get back to us' but never did. Do not recommend. read more

No idea about the quality of their electrical work - couldn't even get a bid! Tried in vain for nearly two months to obtain a bid for some simple residential electric work from Rossmann for our 9-yr old home. During the first contact I promptly provided photos of our electrical panel that Becky at Rossmann requested. Becky at Rossmann initially responded saying an estimator would contact me soon. Tried this company based on positive ratings from other Yelpers. After a month of no contact from them I called and emailed Rossmann for an update. They indicated their estimator was busy but would follow up soon. Nearly another month later with no contact. I emailed Rossmann and told them I presumed their lack of follow up meant they were not interested in providing an estimate or doing the work. Also told them I would warn others on social media about the poor experience. Less than 15 minutes after sending my last email Adam Rossmann called me to apologize for the delay and lack of communication, stating they're very busy. He committed to providing a bid by the next day. Next day has come and gone with no estimate from Rossmann. Bottom line - would not recommend this company due to their lack of responsiveness. read more

I contacted Rossmann twice to have work done. 1st a year ago and again about two months ago. Both times the promptly contacted me back asking for more details which I provided including pictures of what needs to be repaired. I was told by Adam multiple times that he would get back to me with a quote, which never happened. I called the office multiple times for a month after being told that I would get a quas well as emailing them. EVERY time I was told that Adam would get back to me ASAP, which he never did. The last email and call I made asking for an update via email was on July 24th for an initial request made at the end of June and a month later, nothing. They have done work for me in the past and the work was great, but apparently they don't feel it is necessary to get back to a customer with a promised quote for some reason. These folks are outstanding in all areas, The office and admin staff are very respectful and professional. Just very nice people and extremely helpful. The service manager/estimator was outstanding, he went out of his way to come to the house when he didn't have to after business hours to verify wire gauge and a few other items outside so to give me a quote for a new upgraded panel inside, and without being asked he took his own time to make a correction to my meter box on the outside of the house when he didn't have to do anything and could have charged me. Great guy and very honest. The electrician who come to the house to install the new upgraded panel/service showed up exactly on time, very respectful, very well-mannered and extremely talented at what he does. This job would have taken most a full day, he was bout 4/5 hours and extremely neat, very well organized and highly professional. Beautiful clean job when he was done. Outstanding electrician and just an all-around great guy. As well in the past they have had another electrician here a couple of times fixing items from previous folks before we bought this house. He again was another outstanding guy, highly professional, excellent electrician and again all-around great guy. I don't say this much, but I would recommend Rossman Electric to anyone for any size job. They are well and faired priced and very honest. This coming from a guy who worked on electrical most of his life and now is in a management role and no longer incensed or have the time. This is a 5-start company if you ask me. Thanks read more

I can't say enough about this company. We wanted to put a ceiling fan in our bedroom so we called them. They sent a very professional service technician by the name of Kurt out to install the fan. He was so professional and neat and did such a great job we are going to have him come back and put fans in our other bedrooms. Reasonable cost. Less than I thought it would be. The only bad thing I can say is it took them six weeks to get us scheduled. But I think it was worth the wait to get something done right. read more
