I had an issue I wanted to discuss with the office and they have never answered emails or returned…read morephone calls. That's bad customer service in my book and shows no consideration for their clients. The applications I've been receiving are later than what is normally recommended. Because of that I will not be getting any add on services- over seeding or lawn aeration. I doubt I will go with them next year.

I get a message saying they can't give me an exact time but between 8:30 and 9, not even what I asked. I've tried calling their office and no one answers the phone. I'm about to cancel their service and go with someone else if I can get some one to answer the phone.
