This WOULD have been our fourth year with Pristine Green Complete…read more I thought we had a good working relationship. I guess we did NOT. Many things were overlooked. Oil leaks on the freshly sealed driveway, oil leaks on our neighbors driveway, The end of our driveway damaged multiple times from the Pristine Green truck and trailer backed over the the edge haphazardly. The lawn edging being scalped too closely during a drought. Clayton was responsive to our calls about damage and tried to mitigate the problems promptly. We did have issues with not being billed timely, or the owner providing a nonviable address to have our bill pay service send his checks. Perhaps your experience will be better than ours. We severed our relationship with him because He decided to not show up this year and could not be bothered to let us know or respond to our outreach. Not accustomed to conducting business like that. In reply to owners response to my review. Clayton, You must be mistaken, I am not aware that I canceled your service, nor anyone under my employ doing so. I do remember texting you once and calling you once to inquire about this seasons start date. Just wanted to arrange mowing date for Easter, The courtesy of a reply was never extended to me. I was unable to see any other communications with you or your wife since the first week of November.

Absolutely blown away by the transformation of my yard! From start to finish, this landscaping…read morecompany was professional, creative, and a true pleasure to work with. I hired them for a complete yard overhaul--design, landscaping, and snow removal prep--and they exceeded every expectation. The landscape architect took time to understand my vision and brought it to life in a way I couldn't have imagined myself. From the new patio design to the perfectly placed plants and lighting, the space feels like something out of a magazine. They turned a dull, uninspired yard into a stunning outdoor retreat. Even better? They're incredibly professional and punctual--the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. I've already signed on with them for snow removal this winter because I trust them that much. If you're looking for high-quality landscaping with thoughtful design and reliable service, this is the company to call. I couldn't be happier with the results!

This sale is worth waiting for if you are considering some new landscaping because: a) Fall is an excellent time for planting b) Prices are seriously discounted c) Huge selection d) Well staffed by knowledgeable employees e) 1 year warranty on shrubs and trees I'm not sure how this sale is advertised other than word-of-mouth and some signage by the location about a month in advance. Any purchases can be picked up that day or scheduled for delivery and/or planting. Just a note... if you choose to have them plant, you will be required to have your utilities and gas lines marked. They make this easy for you by supplying all the numbers to call and request the free service. Last Fall I purchased two Maples (a Sienna Glen and an Autumn Blaze). The price of each tree was about 50% off the retail price and I chose the delivery and planting options. For each additional plant, they reduce the planting fee by about 20%. Overall I paid less for the trees, the delivery and the planting than if I had purchased the trees earlier in the year and planted myself.

Hired Donnie to put in a large paver patio and to do a major landscape job in May 2020. The patio…read morelooks good BUT Donnie's follow up has been less than desireable. He was supposed to come back to put another layer of sand down, seal the pavers and replace the few plants that had died. He promised to do it late summer/early fall, and then when he never came back promised early spring. When I inquired about it at the beginning of the spring, first he told me he would get to my house the next week, but he never showed up. I was understanding and didn't ask about it again until April. At that point Donnie became rude and rather offensive to me. I have saved all of our texts! Donnie's people pruned a gorgeous Japanese Maple tree the wrong way and the wrong time of the year. ( Been verified by several tree experts). Tree has suffered irreversible damage. Within 2 weeks weeds of the job completion weeds were growing wild in the beds. Some plants were planted too deep and others not deep enough. The burlap on the root balls was not cut. I question his landscape knowledge. He has an excuse for everything. He blamed us for not watering the few plants that had died. Then he said it looked like weed killer was put on the plants! We are having a problem with mold because there is a part of the patio that does not get sun. When I couldn't get Donnie to come back I called a representive from Unilock. He told me NOT to allow anyone to power wash the pavers. After our heated exchange Donnie offered to power wash the pavers which is exactly what the rep. told us NOT to allow anyone to do. We got so tired of dealing with Donnie and all of his excuses, that we decided to pay for and replace the dead plants with another landscape company. We hired a professional company to clean and seal the paver patio the proper way. All very costly to us, but we needed to protect our large investment and trust that the jobs would be done correctly. BEWARE, Donnie talks a good story!!!

That would've been the end of the story, but fast forward to present time (today) and I shockingly see a photo of MY backyard in his marketing material.
