They turned yellow during both summer and winter and showed little to no growth. Over time, they have all died. I recently reached out to the nursery to discuss replacing them with arborvitae (at our expense) and asked if they would consider offering a discount on removal and installation. I was disappointed to be told, "there is nothing we can do." Given the outcome and lack of support, this was a frustrating experience, and we won't be returning as customers.

For example, when weeding they get the obvious stuff and the weeds in various nooks and crannies. They are also very through on cleanup. When trimming, each shrub is evaluated to make sure it's trimmed with care. Price is not cheap so this level of service costs more than a boilerplate approach. I'm a very happy customer.
