My irrigation system was started today. In spite of the very rainy weather, Mike, the Paramount employee who did the work, was very personable and professional. The rain didn't cause him to rush, and even though he got soaking wet, he patiently took time to locate two sprinkler heads that didn't pop up because they were overgrown by the grass. He even engaged in pleasant conversation throughout his entire visit. When the system is shut down in the fall, hopefully, Mike will be the person that Paramount assigns to do the job. read more

I'm not sure where to begin, but if I could do it all over again, Paramount Landscaping would not receive my business. I hired them for 3 simultaneous jobs in July 2014: front landscaping installation (garden beds with plants and trees), an irrigation system, and sod/seed of entire yard. Dennis Eppert was the "supervisor" on all jobs. The front landscaping (a small job) turned out okay. No major issues. Beds were a little sloppy, and one of the labors was a clown throwing rocks and tipping wheel barrels like a little boy. The irrigation system was a huge disappointment, and my most significant grievance. We asked for a full yard irrigation system, but less than 2/3rds of the yard is watered. Some areas within the same zones are over-soaked, while others stay dry. The back yard is only half irrigated, so the grass in those areas is now weeds and dirt one year later. One of the factors in choosing Paramount was a decent price. Unfortunately, we were comparing others that provided a full lawn irrigation system to Paramount's less than 2/3rds yard system, in spite of our request for a full yard system. The seed and sodding were both poor, but easier for me to personally fix. All the seeded areas didn't take root - I've over seeded 4 times in the past 11 months. The sod was jagged on one side of the yard, adjacent to the neighbor's lawn. There were major gaps in the seams between sod rolls. And the grading was so poorly done that we're left with lots of yard "pot holes" that we are slowly filling in ouselves. One of the guys on the Bobcat during the grading process crashed the machine into the side of my house. I was home, heard it, and watched the crew debate how to handle it. They opted to act like it didn't happen, not realizing I witnessed the event. During the projects, before realizing the type of company we were dealing with, we asked Dennis for a bid on a paved patio three times, with no response. That project was completed by No Limits Landscaping Spring 2015. Most recently Dennis had an attitude when we called for the spring system maintenance. He billed us twice for one service, and sent notice that our bill (which was paid immediately) was 30-60 days in arrears. We spent well over $14,000, and we're still doing the work that was so poorly done by Paramount Landscaping. read more

I have been very pleased with Paramount Lawn and Landscape. My house was a rental before I purchased it and needless to say the landscaping was very poor and cheaply done. I had Paramount provide me a quote on upgrading my borders and shrubbery, as well as my pond in the backyard which had been ignored by the previous owners for some time. They were able to use a 3D design program to help me plan my yard and project. I was very pleased with all of the work and would highly recommend them. Stay away from this business as their work is sub par, they don't complete work (still waiting on sod that's been paid for)and they don't stand and fix faulty work within warranty. read more

Have enjoyed working with the people from Paramount. They have greatly improved our land and landscaping since we began using them.

We hired Paramount Lawn & Landscape to save our lawn from a major mistake my husband made with RoundUp. Yes...he used the white bottle that says "weed and...grass" killer... Needless to say my lawn looked like a spotted cow. My husband ended up having surgery shortly after so, he wasn't able to try and fix it. I spent several days and long hours digging each spot, treating it and watering it (trying to remember to move the sprinkler every 20-30 minutes), but with no luck after a few months weeds began to take over. I met Joe T. and he suggested an irrigation system and have his company come out aerate, seed and treat the lawn. Since then, my grass has made a complete transformation. We still use them for their 6 treatments every year. It feels like you are walking on plush carpet and very thick. We get several complements on our lawn...even from the ice cream man. I would and do recommend Paramount Lawn & Landscape to anyone who wants to make their lawn look better. read more
