I found 2 backless bras for $10. I got sweat pants for the plane $7. A cute t-shirt for $10. I picked up some things for the house. There were 3 cashiers, lines moved smoothly. Ross is a discount store. They have clothes and household items, perfume etc. Now don't expect to find the nicest stuff. It is all discount and the prices reflect that. The place can get a tad messy, but that is because some customers are just rude and toss things where they don't belong and don't always hang stuff back up. The staff does its best to keep it organized. I have found some great baby and toddler clothes there and a shirt or two. The staff is very nice and will help you if you need. Parking is easy. This is not Saks, so don't expect that. It is just a very nice store. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was charged 40 dollars even though I only needed to pay 20, and then they voided the transaction, which resulted in me not having those $40 in my card for 3 days. The staff was super careless about the situation and after I asked for a receipt of the voided transaction they said they couldn't, one thing led to another and at the end the manager was out and even she didn't know what to do, so she had to call other people and until then they finally gave us our receipt which was the right thing to do. This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. Arrived here around noon on a Saturday and I have to say how impressed I was at the selection and availability this particular store has. I didn't walked all over the store but I did most. I hit up La fitness down the street after a good workout, shower and change of close, I realized I needed a belt. I thought Ross would be the perfect place because of their competitive prices. I got a really good ladies belt for about $8, which isn't bad. I was also surprised that there were hardly anyone in line. I feel like the associates worked hard to get the line down then slacked off or went back to go-backs etc.. because I was only 3rd in line. I waited less than 5 mins to get called and when I turned around the line was long again. Ross is cool, but super notorious for long lines. read more

The bathroom is beyond disgusting! I needed to use the bathroom and even before I enter the bathroom you can smell it from the outside door. Smells like p** and s**t mixed together. Came here on a Saturday night and was harassed by an older women employee around the men's clearance section, constantly stalking me and telling me to put literally two pieces of clothing back on separate occasions when I was still looking and was already on my way to put it back after having a look in the mirror. Not sure why it was necessary to treat customers like that, but I think employees needs to be trained better. Made me want to leave the store faster. read more

My visit started normal, store was a mess, too few check out people, standard Ross fair but then someone over the speaker system said that we need to remember Ross is a shopping center and not a playground. Mothers need to remember to not let their children run around or be unattended. Now, I agree, but it's incredibly rude to just make an announcement like that over the PA. After that a manager lady went towards a couple where the mom had a little one in their arms and a few standing by her and her partner. The manager lady told them to keep their kids in line and not let them run around. She then from the front of the store yelled over to that couple asking if a little boy was theirs and shaming them in front of everyone in the store. She said she would call the cops on them because it was ridiculous. It was incredibly inappropriate and rude and dehumanizing how she treated them in front of the entire store. The shit cherry on top was as I was walking out from checking out the girl by the door snapped at me and asked to see my receipt. I just checked out with the cashier right in front of her. He said "I'm helping someone right now , ok?" . They lack training and just basic customer service etiquette! C'mon! There's a reason this particular Ross is rated so low, aside from it being unorganized and dirty it's understaffed. We had a line 30 people deep and three cashiers. When I went to ask the manager if they could get more help, before I could finish she replied with an attitude, "we don't have anyone else". It took us 45 mins to get thru the line and pay. I'm sorry, I get the pandemic has changed the way we do things but customer service and basic courtesy shouldn't be sacrificed. It's still a business that requires our patronage to continue. After reading other reviews I am not surprised with today's visit. I took my mom and sister today, my mom found a Michael Kors purse and we separated to different areas within the store. Not 5 minutes passed, my mom came up to me and told me she wanted to leave. I asked her why since she usually likes to shop around for an hour or more. She told me a Loss Prevention employee repeatedly told her she had to leave the purse up front with someone. That she couldn't walk around with it. To me that is ridiculous! The purse wasn't in any display case, it had double security tags. There's no way my mom was going to walk out of the store without setting off alarms! My mom told this employee she planned to purchase the bag otherwise she wouldn't have it. His response was that he was just making sure because people throw items around. I had her give me the purse to see if he would tell me something, I placed the purse on my cart and he passed right next to us just staring at us. He did this various times, he followed us around the store as if we're going to steal something. My mom shouldn't have been placed in this situation, this experience was unacceptable. She felt uncomfortable and didn't want to stay much longer. This location is now on my banned list. This loss prevention guy needs a reality check. What if someone did that to his mother? read more
