Came her to do a return at 12 noon. Only one cashier working . They had more security staff working (1 at the door and one taking tags off at self check out). So you know where this business' priority is--not customer service!!! Seems more concerned about theft than sales! The worst! I had enough time to post this review while I waited forever in line! Ross is a great place to look for affordable and big variety of clothing. It's also a great place to look for Christmas gifts. The not so good thing about this Ross is that the lines get long and only two cashiers are open, and the cart cannot be pushed outside; so if you made a big purchase, you may need a few trips to the car. read more

I was there today, and try a few items but, one of fitting room attendants was very rude, didn't greet me and when I was done didn't say thank you. The second time I went to try on some items again they didn't greet me at all and had used the restroom, there was no smile on face at all. It seems they didn't want to be there. Waited in regular line to purchase and return item was told to go to return line. Once waiting in return line with two other people ahead of me person complaining how long they had been waiting. I waited patiently while two other cashiers helped purchasing customers only. Once the line cleared they both walked away! While four customers still waiting for return! Seriously and of course a purchase customer came in the returns cashier wanted to help them first ! How is this customer service? Absolutely rude and unacceptable! On September 17th 20:30pm, We was returning and exchange an item and buy other additional item, one cashier name Ashley refuse to return one of my item which still have the tag on in new same condition as we bought it , only a pair of Saddle, still have the tag and sticker(same brand same size same pair we ever touched) and they told us that was not the item on the receipt, and tells me I have to go back to which ever location I bought it from to exchange or return it ? And then we talked to the so called store manager name is Alexa whom with a horrible attitude, she didn't solve no problem but even refuse to help us with the new purchase ! What in the world a store could ever treated customer like this , this is also involved with discrimination, they both speak Spanish , and because I am Asian ? After argue with me the so-called store manager just walked all the way out from the store like she doesn't case with laughing with another guy who work in the store ? My family and I had the worst experience with The cashier Reina tonight. We were asking her if the clothes had sensors because we wanted to make sure they were removed, she didn't understand us then I said it in Spanish and she ignored me and said "NEXT" for the next customer when we weren't even done paying or had gotten our receipt. WORST customer service, she even stuck her hand out and over as if she was going to push my brother out of the way. I really enjoy Ross. This store had a lot to offer and not enormous like some of the locations that I have been at. It's the right size. The selection is very good and the prices are reasonable. The employees definitely could be better. They are pretty rude at best, especially in the dressing room area. They do a great job in being near hostile to ensure the right number of garments are allowed in. However, they do a terrible time ensure the opposite sex do not enter the dressing rooms. They should allow teenage boys who are with women into the women's dressing rooms. The same goes for the opposite, teenage girls in the men's dressing rooms. Highly annoying if you're going to let anyone go to whichever room they want, then don't label them to be separate! The stars are in comparison to other Ross type stores. So the staff aside; it's a good store. read more

I personally don't like this Ross that much because the check out is SLOW and the store is usually a mess but every now and then I'll pass by to see what kind of clothes are in stock. Just recently I left really happy because I previously went to three department stores looking for glass cups that fit in my cocktail shaker and I was surprised to find a 16pk of glass cups here! It had 8 tall and 8 old fashioned cups for only $11.99! In my opinion it was a steal and now making Mojitos and Caipirinhas at home will be even easier. Check out is slow but at least the cashiers are friendly so I give this place 4 stars. read more

Came here to find some dress pants and wow, there was quite a selection! I was really impressed by how many designer items they carried and size variety (usually most discount places only carry 32 inseam pants but there were lots of 30's for shorter people like me!) It was a bit dirty and besides pants I didn't find much else. The lines were also ridiculous which is repeating complaint I saw in some reviews, and they definitely were right. The only reason I couldn't give this four stars would just be the fact that I've been to far better discounted department clothing stores, but if you are in the area this isn't a bad place to stop by. read more

Yup, I come here on Tuesday with my mom because she loves this place! Tuesdays mean 10% off for seniors. I don't understand how she can never get tired of it, but I guess she has a minor obsession. I like coming here once in a while because they have good deals on shoes, bags and clothing. This place is often packed on a Tuesday evening and it gets a little annoying having to shuffle through the racks saying excuse me every few seconds. But it is worth it if you score a cute top for 8 or 9 dollars. I have had good luck finding nice tops and cute shoes. One time, I bought a pair of boat shoes on clearance for 10 dollars. Yay me, since I'm always proud of myself each time I get something normally expensive for really cheap. Asides from clothing and accessories, they do sell a lot of kitchenware and appliances, including cups, plates, cookie cutters and other things you can't imagine. One time I found 2 margarita cups on sale for 2 dollars and they were really good quality too. I like coming to this Ross because it is located in a plaza that also has Marshall's, Rhapsodielle and Dollar Tree. I love my bargains and cheap finds so if you are the same, come here once in a while! You never know when you'll score yourself an amazing deal and can brag to your friends about it. read more

Of all the Ross locations in the area this one is by far the dirtiest and most unclean. I only go to this location when in a hurry, it's the closest to me. Today I went in to this location early to avoid the holiday crowds and not thirty seconds into walking in I step on a security tag that was upright. I went to let the associate at the counter know what had just happened and should have known this was the wrong person to go to when I saw her rolling her eyes as she was throwing go backs onto a cart. When I handed the rage to her all she said was "Oh, thank you". I then asked, can you let a manager know? "Yeah". I grabbed what I needed and left but it still didn't sit right with me so I called to speak to the manager only to be told "Sorry, out cleaning staff didn't do a good job and sweeping last night, I'm sorry that happened to you" No report, no offer to give (at least) a 10% discount on your next visit (to another location) read more

Not sure how we missed spotting this when we walked in and began our shopping but the line inside was to the back of the store. We wasted half and hour browsing through the men's items before going to get in line. There's no way we would've waited. Store lines should never be this long, unless it's Black Friday. Not sure if they were understaffed, having some fantastic sale that wasn't posted anywhere, or if that's how it always is here, but an employee should have been on the loudspeaker saying that the current wait was _____hours. Or whatever it was :) and that they apologize ...or something. It was madness. Luckily Marshall's had a smaller line and we found items that were of similar style and value. At least the men's section was well organized, but there was a lot of clothing on the floor or hanging over racks. And lots that had incorrect sizes on the hanger compared to the item tag. This store is disgusting. There's all kinds of trash on the floor at the entrance such as hangers, pieces of broken hangers, food wrappers, actual food, yuk! It was literally a safety hazard. It doesn't get any better inside either. There was trash inside the shopping carts. I had to go through at least 4 carts to find one that was clean. I don't even know why I didn't just leave. I like coming to shop here from time to time, ALONE*. There is so much stuff here! I don't come here for the clothes I come for the home goods. I have scored on some great stuff here. This was one of the worst experiences of customer service I've suffered in a long time. The sales associate (#479864)was one of the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. Yikes. She did not care about our real wishes and took on an attitude when we tried to make a return. She gave us a really hard time and did not honor the store return policy. She acted as she knew best and was very condescending, and in a passive aggressive way to try to bully us out the door. I will not be back and would highly recommend you consider an alternative close-out bargain store. read more

I was feeling a bit of a masochist on a slow Sunday afternoon when I entered Ross. I've been here several times before and I knew what I was getting into - a crowd, lines, and a very disorganized selection of discounted goodies. As much as I love finding a good bargain, I was standing there in line thinking that it's not really worth the frustration of sorting through the clutter, opened merchandise, and items that are falling apart. I suppose there are steals to be found in this place and I have bought some basic things here on the cheap, but I rather shop at the more orderly Marshall's in the same plaza for a good bargain. On the good side, there's a lot of parking since it's in the same plaza. Would I go back again? I probably might...on another rare day when I'm feeling a bit of a masochist again just to find a good deal. read more

Every single Ross store is the same but this one is going to get the brunt of it because you're probably at least 5 years I have finally had enough. This company is so cheap they were refuse to hire enough cashiers and staff to handle the crowds. From Houston Texas to Long Beach to Los Angeles I have experienced this 100 times or more! !! I walked in on a Saturday morning and observed at least 40 people in line ..... I turned and walked out. 4 registers opened. I am beginning to think it is an intentional punishment for those of us who can't afford a more reputable store.. I'd rather spend my time and money at a thrift store.
