Ross Dress for Less is a place I go to and immediately get an anxiety attack because things are everywhere. I feel like there really isn't much sense or logic to how things are set up here and it typically looks rather messy, like some sort of flea market. This location is a little better than most, but still not a place my anxiety can frequent. While the prices may be low in most cases, it requires you to do some digging around. If you're in a hurry, don't bother because the lines usually end near the exit and everyone in front of you has a buggy full of items they probably don't need. That being said, I did see some things I thought I needed. They had a nice selection of men's bags, travel accessories and some decent home decor. Like I said, it's not all bad, it's just not great. Also, don't get caught up in the impulse buys near the register. All those goodies and snacks add up quickly. Don't fall for it, people! If you're not in a hurry and don't mind some rummaging for a deep discount then have at it.

Listen, I know that Ross stores are not known for their impeccable customer service or great organization but this store in particular really needs to get their act together. As usual, clothes and items are everywhere and everything is dusty but what really annoyed me was how understaffed they were. There was one person at the register, one person at the jewelry stand, and one person at the dressing room area. I could not believe that there was only one person checking out customers. The line is always extremely long at this Ross and the last time I was there, it took 25 minutes to purchase a soup pot -__-. At check out there were clothing hangers all over the place, not just behind the register but flowing over to the front of the counter. It was overall just an extremely frustrating experience.

Entered the store and walked right by an employee and they never even said hello. I found several bags unfortunately none to my liking. They had several dress shoes, bags and jewelry. I also needed double sided tape which they also had. The cashier at paying did let me know it was not returnable but it worked well. That was a nice heads up.

Windsor sells women's clothing including tops, bottoms, skirts, casual dresses, shoes, jewelry, hats, accessories and intimate wear. specializes in formalwear for girls and woman. My daughters like shopping here for their nice formal-ish dresses for homecoming, school dances, quinceañeras and special events. I find the dresses to be decent but they seem to like the options here. Prices can vary but considering material of some of these dresses, the pricing can be expensive for what it is. I can't say I love the options here. Some dresses are nice and some cute options for going out but more for older girls, not really teenager girls. We also came here to shop for cute attire for concerts or fun events too. Service can be hit or miss. Most of the time we have a good experience but there have been times where we don't get any service. Just depends on who is working. Make sure you are well aware of their return policy as they have a strict policy on returns & exchanges. My daughter wanted black heels and the shoes were $40, before buying I inquired about the return policy and the staff person assisting me confirmed the shoes were final sales!!! Even if you don't wear them and want to return, you cannot! They have special return policies for certain things. Just be aware!!! RETURN POLICY: Within 14 days: Refund will be offered in the original form of payment with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear. STORE CREDIT: Within 30 days: Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear. FINAL SALES: No exchanges or returns on Special Occasion dresses, jewelry, fragrance, lingerie, hem tape, fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, swimwear, bag charms, lashes, lash glue, face gems and sale items.

I was a fan before coming into this location…read more I like the quality, selection and sizing of their merchandise. In my White House Black Market experience, most stores have similar merchandise with an occasional find not elsewhere (yeah, check every store). My strategy is to start on the Sale racks at the rear and work my way forward... you never know. I have found some of my favorite outfits on the Sale rack. As always, I was greeted on entry and offered assistance. I usually decline so I can just look but there is usually someone close-by if I have any questions. On this day, I didn't find anything I "needed" but I will be back. Btw, if you don't find street parking out front, there is plenty behind the stores. Happy shopping!

Well, I've never shopped at a White House Black Market before, as I am approximately 15 years…read moreyounger than their target market. However, I was in need of a PG, family-appropriate black top to pair with these ah-mazing purple satin pants I was planning on wearing to my bro in law's birthday party. I headed over to Pembroke Gardens late on thursday night to collect some options, but was finding no luck. Steps, Bebe, BCBG... they all offered what I already have hanging in my closet, ie. cropped, cleavage-boosting, see through, and "so tight I can hardly breath" tops. but nothing that I found suitable to wear in front of my grandparents. So in a last ditch effort, I stopped into WHBM. Walking in, I received the most crabbypants of choral greetings ever. I was asked if I needed help by one associate, but her tone and face were throwing daggers and she was watching intently as I went through the store "messing up" the perfect folds and evenly spaced racks that she had prematurely set for closing (I walked in with about 45 mins till close). I could feel the sets of eyes on me as I walked about and it was making me super on edge. Keeping to shopping though, obviously finding something black was easy and the clothes here are all pretty demure, so I was able to find a top pretty quickly that I thought could work. Walking around, the clothes here were really expensive for what they are. Basic, polyester, made in China pieces running for a median of 150 bucks. When it comes to clothes, I don't mind paying in the triple digits, so long as what I get is quality and something unique, but that's definitely not the case here. The top I picked out had a $60 price tag for a basic black cami top, and that was on sale. If the party wasn't the very next night and the stores weren't starting to close, I would have moved on for sure, but what can ya do. I brought my over-priced basic black top up to the register and the girl ringing me up was just as big a sour puss as the one who greeted me. I don't blame her, it was Thursday night, she was closing... but boy was she bitter. Not much for customer service here, enough so to bug me into yelping a clothing store which is not my norm. When I got my new black top home and tried it on with my awesome pants... it just wasn't me. I don't know if I brought the vibe of the store home with me, but I didn't feel happy or pretty in my new top and even though I knew not wearing it meant I would be wearing something already hanging in my closet that would probably coin me the family harlot, but...with great power comes great responsibility. So, spoiler alert, my outfit involved cut-outs and did not involve a bra. Anyway... I went back to White House Black Market so I could return the overpriced top that was soaked in bad ju-ju, in hopes that it ends up in a more suitable home one day. When I walked up to the register, there were two associates; one was helping someone and the other was not. The available associate looked up at me, smiled and said hello... so naturally, I walked up to her and put my bag on the counter saying I had to make a return. "Oh you have to wait, I'm off the clock." Da fuq kind of sham is this? If you are on break, why are you standing behind the register? After more than 5 minutes of waiting while the other associate rang up someone else, another woman came over and without a word and just a hand motion, took my top and receipt and proceeded with my return. The only word she said the whole time was "sign." Not a "thank you," not a "have a good night," nada. So much unneeded unwanted pretentiousness from these employees it turned my aura dark, twice in two days. Not good guys, not good.
