Went for a quick shop at this target during a less busy time of the day in a weekday and it was an in and out experience. Grabbed what I needed to shop for and made the line and was out in about 10 minutes. Typically this store is always very full but in less rush hours its perfect to shop. Worst Target experience ever. I walked into this location and immediately noticed how small and messy it was compared to other Targets I've visited. Clothes were scattered on the floor, and overall, the store just looked unkempt. There were two employees chatting away instead of doing anything to make the store more presentable. I went in with my nephew to get him a pair of shorts, and when we went to the fitting rooms, the line was long--but not because it was busy. All the dressing rooms were locked, and no one could find an employee to help. I asked two different staff members for assistance, and after waiting 10 minutes with no response, we just left. I'm a regular Target shopper, and I've never seen employees so disengaged. Every worker I passed seemed more interested in talking than working. Really disappointing experience. read more

A very nice store that was very clean and tidy, considering it was two days after Christmas. Though, any sight of clearance merchandise was sparse. I like the displays throughout the store, very modern and bright; makes you find things easily. Shelves were fully stocked; impressive. Restrooms were very clean. At self checkout today I asked for assistance from Silvia to remove certain items from my cart. She then proceeds to tell me how I can save 5% off my purchases if I sign up for a Target card. I went through with the whole process only to find out I just fully confirmed to a new CREDIT card. Both me & my boyfriend were completely unaware it was a credit card. When I tell her to cancel it she keeps guilt tripping me telling me no but I told you it was credit. I had to get help from someone else to finally close the account I did not agree to open. This is a super unfair practice and she needs to be way more transparent with her customers. read more

This place is pretty great but it has it downs. A couple times they do stuff that shouldn't be seen by children. I'm not going to say what they are but yeah. Alright let's talk about service. The service here is pretty good but not everyone is friendly. The selection of food is pretty grand. They have joyride,nerds gummy,and LOTS of other things. The value is why this is a four star. Wow...I can't believe the experience I just had!! I will NEVER shop here again!!! I came in at 10:27pm tonight (4/9/25) to make an even exchange because I had purchased a lawn chair through curbside pickup and it had some cosmetic damage. The associate at the Customer Service desk told me I could not simply do an exchange for the same item (which I thought was odd), but that I had to return the item and then repurchase it. No problem. I made my return and then walked over to the patio/lawn section of the store (which is literally all the way on the complete opposite side of the store) to go get the new chair. I selected my chair (carefully inspecting it for any damage) and grabbed some Easter candy for my children. I then made my way up to the register to pay for my items, and the same associate that did my return said to me "The registers are already closed, I can't reopen them, so you are just going to have to come back another day." I immediately looked at my phone to check the time and it was 11:03pm!!! They close at 11:00pm. I had been in the store for approximately 30 minutes shopping as a customer and it was only THREE MINUTES after 11:00pm...but I was not allowed to complete my purchase!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I asked the associate for her name and she claimed it was "Fatima", but when I asked to see her name tag to confirm, she ripped it off and would not let me see it, so I'm sure she was lying. I then asked for Target's Customer Service Number and she told me they "weren't open at this time". I asked if she could give it to me anyway so I can call at another time, and she actually gave me the wrong number (1-800-440-0860). I searched Google for Target's Customer Service phone number for myself upon leaving the store and the correct number is in fact 1-800-440-0680 AND they were in fact open. I called and spoke to 2 different "customer service" representatives and they didn't so much as offer me a 10% off coupon for my next visit, despite me having wasted my gas and valuable time driving 20 minutes each way to this Target location and even more of my time wasted shopping for items at the store just to be told I could not complete my purchase because they shut down all the registers before all the customers had even left the store. This is not even to mention how horribly I was treated by this employee. When I told her I was going not going to shop there ever again, she said "that's not my problem," and when I told her I was going to leave negative reviews on Google and Yelp, she said "Go for it. Do what you got to do."Wow. I am completely done shopping at Target...I will spend my hard earned money where I am valued and my business it appreciated. As a matter of fact, I am going to cut up my Target One Debit Card after I submit this review because I won't be needing it anymore. I will also be sharing my experience both online and by word of mouth to my family and friends. I've really given this location a chance but this Target is a huge disappointment. It's very close to my house but now I drive an additional 15 minutes to avoid shopping there. It is nearly always a mess, inside and out! Carts are all over the parking lot, blocking even handicap spots. Trash is always overflowing outside. It's always a disaster! The staff is way less than friendly. Rarely have I ever even been greeted, with a group standing right there! I'm not a prude but the foul language used by the staff is on another level! I actually spoke up the other day because three young men working in electronics were throwing around the F bomb like a frisbee. I told them to stop and that I was disgusted with their language right next to the TOYS! Oh and don't even get me started on the racial slurs! I've picked up out-of-date food on many occasions! I've even taken it with me to the counter to avoid someone overlooking the expiration date and becoming ill! Isn't that Target's job? The picture of Fage that's attached was taken June 7th and that product expired MAY 14th! If you look closely you can see the strawberries covered in mold! It was grotesque. I've never seen the front of the store without carts filled with items to be returned to the shelves, including perishables. Who know how long things just sit there. This trip the carts were all over the store and not as if they were being worked on at all. I've taken pictures of my final trip to this Target (not a coincidence also June 7th) so you can decide for yourself. I'll not be going back but maybe this will cause a change! Oh I've tried calling the HQ on three separate occasions, only to be left on hold over 5 minutes each time so I hung up. read more

No matter what Target location, I go I always have a good experience. I never really interact much with the staff unless I am picking up an order. So I can't really speak on that. Product wise they have a great selection of products; even natural hair products. They have a little less than the my neighborhood Target but they have a good selection I overall. The store itself was clean and everything was displayed nicely. Our cashier was not the friendliest. Perhaps she was just ready to home or something I am not sure. read more

Just as any updated Target looks, nice and modern. Upon paying, before exiting I decided to use the restroom. Initially I went to the unisex bathroom, it was gross, left and went to the women's bathroom...it was DISGUSTING!!! Target is always my favorite place for household goods. I enjoy any Target I visit, but this particular one I really enjoy because the employees are helpful and if you don't see something on the shelf, they look to see if they have some in the back. The store is clean, it's easy to find the items you're looking for, and it's always a pleasant atmosphere here no matter what time you shop. I came for washing powder and bleach. Gain is my favorite washing powder and it's on sale this week along with Father's Day gifts which quite a few customers were purchasing. You will find many other items on sale as well. read more

I know everyone says that whenever they go into a Target they come out with more than what they actually went in for. Which I personally will admit; that happened a few times with me. But not on this trip. I came in there with a laser focus. Like I was in the finals of the NBA with 2 seconds left and the game was on the line. And I needed to make a free throw to win it. I came, saw, and conquered what in needed to get. Granted I was distracted with a few things I saw but just kept it pushing with what I needed. I got one thing and left with that one thing only. So that deserves a good pat on the back. But this Target is clean and well kept. To me this Target has plenty of stuff in stock when other targets don't. THE WORST Target location in Miami!! I went to pick up a Drive Up order today and the lady at the service area was super disgusting. What a vile woman! I had to go inside because they shut down the Drive up due to weather but it wasn't even raining. This was a real inconvenience for me because I had to wake up my 4 yo child who wasn't feeling great and bring him inside with me. I asked the volatile woman why the drive up was shut down and she said because it's raining and i told her it wasn't and she responded with TOO BAD while walking away to get my item. When she came back she proceeded to help someone else without letting me know anything so i asked her where my order was and she said someone would bring out while she smirked. They literally took over 5 mins just to bring me 1 item. I took my item and as i walked her and another young lady told me to not come back and you know what I'm not going to. I love this store so much and that experience ruined the years of loyalty i have with this company. It's really sad how people don't want to go above and beyond for customers anymore. I also think it's gross that Target has people like this woman working there. I wish i would've gotten closer so i could've seen her name. Honestly whichever target location I go to, I just can't leave with just what I went in there for. Target literally has everything and I love it. This specific trip, I went in to get just what I needed to make dinner and I came out with cookies, bread, dark chocolate, a zester and three candles. That candle section is my weakness because I want all of them!! I had placed five in my cart but only left with two lol. Even the Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside are awesome add on's to the store. I shop here regularly and I love the atmosphere. The energy that the employees have and how it's not so loud. But Yesterday, As I was making my way towards the self checkout line, I waited until the employee told me it was okay to go. But then she had placed me in register 1 because i had more than 10 items? Which was very weird because I've never heard of that nor did I see a sign that said so. Okay, so I made to register 1 and spoke with the cashier. She was very nice (wish I gotten her name) and verified if that statement was true. She didn't know either that was a new rule or it's always been like that but she's never heard of such. As the lady passed by, I confronted her respectfully, and she had asked me who did I speak to, and I didnt wanna throw the cashier Under the bus but hopefully she understands and luckily she defended herself and I. The lady turned to me as stated she was the manager, like if I asked who she was nor did i care who she was. Her attitude was unnecessary and could've a said things in a different tone and Did not apologize. Cashier had asked her when was this policy changed and the "manager" told her "you are only a cashier. You're not suppose to know this. Only managers" but hold on... aren't employees suppose to be aware of the changes that goes on in their work environment? I told the manager that there should be a sign that states 10 items or less to avoid problems like this. She said she's gonna order one but I highly doubt it. Don't shop here! If I could give no stars I would. Terrible store and terrible staff. I tried to return an item that cost me $14.99 on sale. Unfortunately I lost my receipt, but I just bought the item less than a week ago. When I tried to return it they told me I could only get $1.79 (that's not a typo) credit! My advice is don't buy anything here if you think you may need to return it. This was a clothing item I bought for someone as a gift and it's the wrong size. They wouldn't let me exchange it for a larger size either. When I purchased it I asked for gift receipt and the cashier didn't know how to print one. So now I have to try to find the receipt of eat the loss. Target wonders why sales are dropping off, well policies and stunts like this are why. read more

It does take me awhile when it comes to finding vegan-friendly products, but I am able to find some fair enough products. Been coming to this Walmart for the past two years. I usually visit this Target when I visit my mom. Conveniently located by 57th avenue in the plaza. What can I say about Target, it's a large one stop shop. Target has a grocery section , electronics, clothing for the whole family, toys, laundry necessities, etc. I can always find good item on clearance and after season, I use my Target cartwheel and Target Red Card for additional savings. This particular Target like others have their Target Cafe (which I love) and Starbucks if you're craving for coffee. The employees are very pleasant, always attentive, and very willing to assist. The convenience of coming here like Walmart and doing all your shopping is a plus. There are several cashiers opened , so your waiting time there's literally none. I suggest this an awesome Target to shop if in the area. read more

This target is on my way home from work. I love that it is usually has low customer volume. It's pretty well organized, easy to come in get all your Target goodies ( which are always more than I originally came for) and go. The cashiers are usually quite nice and have only had one bad customer service experience in this target. Great local target. read more

I didn't think anyone could go wrong at Target. It's honestly one of my favorite stores, but this location is the epitome of HORRIBLE along with horrible customer service. It's 5 minutes away from my house, so extremely close and convenient. From now on, I will either be shopping at the Walmart directly across the street from this Target or should I decide to spend my time driving 15-20 minutes into pines, I will shop at the pines Target. About two months ago, I was at this Target location and made a purchase for $12 on my BRAND NEW credit card. A few days later, I log into my account to see three pending transcations at the Target in North Miami Beach. The transactions totaled to just over $300, none of which was purchased by myself. This was the first time my credit card number had ever been stolen and of course it was fraudulently stolen and use by an employee at this Target location, because I literally had not used my card anywhere else. I spoke with a very young, "assistant manager" who assured me the issue would be taken care of and looked into. I highly doubt any repercussions were taken. Fortunately my credit card company was able to remove all charges. Fast forward to today, my first visit back since that fraud indecent, I went to purchase a new water bottle. I workout five days a week, and before I even get to the gym I drink an entire water bottle (4 cups of water worth) while I'm at work. Needless to say, I drink a lot of water and my current bottle is barely hanging on to its last leg. My coworker recommended her water bottle to me and said she purchased it at Target. I thought (DUH!).. we're teachers, and every teacher LOVES target. I quickly found the water bottle, in a slightly messy area but nothing too bad. On the shelf it said $12.99 and next to it stood a two pack for $24.99. As I went to purchase the water bottle the older, female, african american cashier asked me if I knew how much it was. I repeated "I believe I saw $12.99" then she called and asked for a price check and said, out loud, with me directly in front of her "She said it's $12.99 but I don't believe that." I mean, was she kidding me? How unprofessional and rude. Why even bother asking me yourself if I knew how much it was?! A younger male employee comes up to us, carrying the two pack saying that the water bottle I had wasn't sold as an individual and that I must have ripped it open. I MUST HAVE RIPPED IT OPEN?! It baffles my mind how these employees get off on openly accusing and criticizing paying customers! I most definitely did not open any sort of two pack, as there were over two dozen SINGLE water bottles on the shelves. So many that I even had a difficult time selecting my color preference. I told both of the employees, that this was by far the worst Target I had ever been to and that I would be called a manager to voice my complaint. They didn't seem too worried about it, which didn't surprise me. Like I said, I love Target. But unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere, it's sad to me that I am now forced to do so. Also considering how much I love Target, when I want to shop at one I now am inconvenienced by having to drive into one of the Pines locations instead of down the street from my house. This is MY target. When I feel bored or get cabin fever or just want to walk in an air-conditioned space, I go there. It almost feels like home. After Hurricane Irma we did not have power and I went there to charge my phone and take advantage of some AC. I spent at least 2-3 hours there and I am pretty sure I was not supposed to plug in my phone to charge. But the staff let me cool down, relax, and recharge. read more

This is by far the worst Target I've gone to. The only reason I go to this one is because it's the closest to me. The next nearest Target is in ghetto Hialeah or all the way in Pines & I'm not driving all that way to just get a few things. 1. This Target is hardly ever in stock with what I go in there for. They're horrible at it! I'll go & see what I want isn't there, so I'll try next weekend, still not there. I'll try another week later & still nothing. I don't know who's in charge at regulating stock here, but they don't do a very great job at it. I usually just give up & leave empty handed, which I've done on many occasions at this location. 2. They never ever launch new items when they're suppose to. I recently went to check out the Neiman Marcus products when they were suppose to be available, & they didn't have one single Neiman Marcus product out. Not even one. All the Targets are suppose to launch new products on a SET date. This place is always behind schedule. 3. The customer service, or lack there of. Many times I've wondered around looking for something that I thought would be in certain aisle, but it's not. I'll look around puzzled, mind you there are employees right near me, & no one asks "can I help you find something?" So maybe they're busy & not aware of a customer, I understand that. I'll go up myself & ask for help & I get these annoyed reactions. One time I was looking for a new foundation & I went to the aisle & brand it should have been in & it wasn't there. I asked an employee right in the same aisle where it might be. I continued to say that I checked the store web site & it says it's fully in stock. She said " oh we have it, but it's in the back. You gotta come back tomorrow." Uhhh....excuse me but how about no! How about you do your job & go in the back & bring out the stock. I'll give my shade & everything. It takes only a few minutes. She was actually clearing out part of the shelf to make room for that product for that day, but noooo. She's too busy making room for the item I went there for to actually go in the back and get one freaking bottle. That product wasn't even new. It had been out for about a month. Like I said. This place is always behind schedule. 4. Again I don't know who's in charge of stock or the Target database, but I've lost count of how many times I've done my part by checking to see of products are in stock on the Target site for THIS specific location, seen its in FULL stock, gone there the same day only to see that the item is no where to be found. Sometimes I look on the price stickers on the shelves to see if it was ever there, & there isn't even a spot for it, as if they never had it. And if it sold out that, it should have been labeled on the site as "sold out". I mean what happened? With in the time it took for me to check the site & go to the store the same day, a huge group of people all bought up the exact same thing I was going for. I doubt it. It seems as though no one goes through the aisles & makes notes of what's there, what's sold out & what's limited. It takes months for them to even notice their stock is low & place an order for more. Overall, I'm really disappointed in this location. I've been to several different Targets all over South Florida & this is the only one that consistently disappoints me. read more

My mother and I shop there often. Usually have a great experience until today. We walked up to register 6 and the cashier Sergio was working. He was helping 2 ladies and told us to go to another register because he was closed. Mind you his light was on. So we said okay. Went to another register and had a pleasant experience. We watched Sergio on register 6 take female customer after female customer that were other races but not white like ourselves. We feel we were racially discriminated against. He took 4 customers after asking us to go to another register. Shame on you and Target for allowing this behavior from a team member. read more
