Its been a while since visiting a Kohl's but its so much nicer than a Marshalls or Ross and the place is immaculate. The men's section is basically divided by a Sephora cosmetics store with the women's clothing and accessories eating up about 70% of the rest of the space with homegoods at the far back. Found a few very good quality heavy fabric Under Armour shirts but pricey. Trinity Coast rayon collar skull imprint shirts at discounted prices but very very few 2XL sizes but a decent pattern selection. They do have a Big Men's area toward the back but those are just way too large - most are for linebackers. A big Levis denim section with graphic rock n' roll T-shirts but 100% cotton so they shrink to a belly shirt after you accidentally dry them on high heat once. They had a thin selection of Under Armour sneakers but no high tops. The dressing room and bathrooms were out of service due to some kind of malfunction. They offer a wheel chair at the front door for handicap customers. read more

I go to this Kohl's from time to time. I like their home goods, such as towels and cookware. They have some good quality products. Some are not but there is a good variety from affordable to high end products. I have bought a pair of shoes here and they have held their quality. I haven't had luck in finding clothes. I have tried. I like how they added Sephora in the middle of the store. They have a rewards program. They just randomly sent me $5 yesterday. I have never earned any meaningful reward but I do not shop here that often. I like that they are just a few doors down from Sprouts. That makes it more convenient to visit both stores. read more

Can't remember the last time I was in a Kohl's department store. I was very impressed by the organization and an added bonus with a Sephora inside that was built during Covid. The girls at the counter were so kind and helpful. Bought a bronzing powder that should last me nine months. So many cute tops at good prices. While I didn't walk the entire store it looked very organized and clean. This is a decent Kohl's and the few times that I needed to run in here, I have always been able to find what I needed even if it needed to have me asking someone for some help or finding it on my own. The staff that works here can be hit or miss and other than one time, I have always gotten a friendly face that is ready to help me find the products that I need while I am here. The prices are good with it being on level as every other Kohl's that I have been too and the quality of the clothing and other merch that I buy here is always good as well. The cleanliness of this location and organization can be a little bit better so that is the reason I am giving a less than stellar review because of that and the staff that is hit or miss. LOVE that Kohl's has an Amazon drop off for returns. It makes life a lot easier. The amazon app provides you with a return code so all you need to do is go to Kohl's, they scan the code and will package/ return your item. Also while at Kohl's I noticed they have a Burt's Bees section with a huge chapstick flavor selection. Now I know what you're thinking... why is this important? Well if you have a mother like mine who is obsessed with Burt's Bees (specifically the wild cherry flavor) you know that most stores don't have all flavors from the brand. It's extremely hard to find wild cherry in stores, so we end up ordering them in bulk from amazon. But when we saw that Kohl's had my moms favorite flavor she flipped out from excitement! This made her day! Covid precautions... Masks are required for all (customers & staff). There is an employee greeting at the entrance and taking a customer count as people come in & out of the store. There are numerous hand sanitizing stations scattered around the store. Staff at the check out and the amazon return station are cleaning counters/ surfaces in between each customer. They also have floor decals advising where to stand to keep your distance while in line. read more

I think we all know that Kohl's is the place for quality merchandise at reasonable prices. I think we all agree that it is a step or two above Walmart when it comes to selection and quality, but perhaps on par with Walmart with regards to prices. However, that said, the store lacks the spirit of a sincere, 'customer-centric' approach or attitude. For example, I was trying to connect to get an order status for an item I ordered online to be picked up at the store. All the way from the corporate Customer Service Center (a toll-free phone call), to the 'chat' bot online, to calling the store directly, it was difficult to actually make contact with a human being. The local store in Miramar; not only do they NOT answer the phone, but three times ina a row, someone picked it up and put the phone back in the cradle, effectively ending the call.... THREE TIMES! Usually, Kohl's is the anchor store in smaller shopping centers, so they have it pretty good with regards to the marketplace considering the plights of many of those types of retail stores that either closed during or after Covid, or have subsequently closed because their business model can't keep up with marketplace demands, etc.. E.G. - It's hard to find people to work, (so pay them more!!!). Either way, it is a profoundly negative model when (especially!), during the holiday season, a customer is prevented from actually speaking with and getting help from a customer services representative. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, many of Kohl's 'peer' stores, are either in the process of filing Chapter 12 Bankruptcy, or we already see the signs in the windows, "Space Available.' I was in need of a teal blouse to go to a girl's gathering I attended a few months ago. I waited till the last minute to go shopping and on another occasion, I may have never thought about going to Kohl's. Kohl's has been around for so long but I never shopped here before for anything. But, for a department store that seems to have everything from, clothing to makeup, to jewelry, to bed and bath, to accessories, it's now become a place that I'll go just to see if something catches my eyes. And, it's my go-to place to return my Amazon orders. I was so happy to discover this some months ago and it's been so convenient and so amazingly simple. They really do make returning Amazon items easy for you and they have a designated area. Just remember to walk to the left as you enter the store and follow the isle all the way to the back of the store, you won't miss it. And, whenever you make an Amazon return Kohl's gives you a coupon for 25% of your next shopping trip. I've never had a problem with customer service. Buyer Beware. Went to return 4 items at Kohl's, wasn't paying attention to my receipt, and they only transacted 3 returned items. So someone in the service department got a free item today. So lost about $40. Shame on me for assuming that Kohl's associates will do the right thing and give me a full return. I get it, right now is a very hard time for all retail associates, as customers can be horrible and very demanding. But some of us are understanding and that $40 may go a long way for some people. Beautiful Store has a lot of the things I like for giftgiving and also for myself I like the watches sunglasses custom jewelry real jewelry and clothing. My daughter loves the store because they have the petite and it's just right up her alley so every time I buy her something from here she's usually very happy. I like that there are incentives and coupons at the store and all the kohl stores. Parking is good they are practicing safe distancing and everyone is wearing a mask. read more

My last visit there went real bad. This time the experience wasn't bad. The store was clean. The lines were not that long for this time of the year. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. There was no line when I went, so service was quick and painless! The staff was also very friendly and very eager to help out! Everything about the store itself was great. Beautiful selection of items, clean and it smelled awesome. We found what we were looking for and more. We had a wonderful cashier Lillian who truly served us with a great attitude and did her best to accommodate our coupons and Kohl's cash. My ONLY complaint is Rosanna her manager. When called to assist she was cold and abrasive. She seemed to have an air of disgust over dealing with the coupons. I understand that it's the holidays and she may be tired. This was my go-to Kohl's when I lived in the area. Not my favorite, but the most convenient. Some others are much larger so I obviously prefer the larger selection, but you can absolutely find great stuff here. My most recent trip was for an Amazon return. There was quite a surprising line on New Year's Eve, but once it was my turn I was finished within 1 minute. I love the Amazon returns at Kohl's I find it so much more convenient than having to re-package everything myself. I just need to grab a QR code and the item and I am all set. The most difficult part is typically locating the Amazon spot within the store as they move sometimes. The location here had clear signs right at the entrance so I was able to locate the right area quickly. The long line is of no fault of Kohl's. I did, however, really appreciate the sanitary measures that were being taken. This is probably the first place that I have actually seen sanitize between customers. Like every single one. She sprayed the counter and cleaned her hands every time and I really appreciated that. There were also plexiglass barriers which were great. It was a lovely experience. If I were not in a hurry I'd probably have browsed around a little. Pro-tip: there is a Kohl's coupon on the return confirmation receipt. I needed to return one item and once walking in the store there was a sign pointing for drop returns to back and holiday returns what looked like was pointing to the one of the two check out lines. Well I just wanted to return so I went to the back and after waiting ten minutes realized it was just for Amazon. So I went to the front of the store to the checkout lines where the sign was pointing. I waited another ten minutes while holding my ten month old daughter. Once I got to the front the lady told me I had to return in the back of the store. I asked if she could just return the item since I waited in two lines already and she refused. First, it took me forever get through to someone. The first girl I talked to was rude and didn't know what she was talking about. She passed me to another associate, who never picked up. After about 15 mins, I hung up. I'm disappointed. I went to this same Kohl's not too long ago. I bought a candle (on sale from $14.99 to $9.99). The smell was Rustic Cedar. Even one star is giving this store too much credit but it is the minimum needed to write a review for this horrendous place. I have never used this site before but after my terrible in-store experience it inspired me to create an account to attempt to keep people from making my mistake. Today I visited the store at around 4 PM and had the worst customer service experience ever in the mens underwear section. There was no employee working there so I was forced to walk around the store for what seemed like half an hour until i finally found an unmotivated young man to help me because I could not figure out what size I needed and after the divorce last week there was no way I could ask my now ex wife for help. The young man did help me in the end but he was visibly angry at me and I think that is unacceptable in any Department Store. I wish this was the end of my Kohl's misfortune but it was just the beginning, when it was time to pay not only was the line long but after spending well over 30 minutes waiting I was greeted by yet another unmotivated young man at one of the registers near the mens clothing. The problem was that I heard the cashier beside us offer the other lady that was behind me a 25% off discount for applying for the stores credit card and when I asked the man who was charging me if I could apply he said that it was better if I didn't apply because almost no one gets accepted, I kept badgering him to let me apply but each time it was a new excuse from not having any more applications to the "system" being down and eventually I left, after I was almost out the door I noticed that he was leaving his station apparently going on break so I believe that the reason he didn't let me apply was because It would take too long. Been to this location a couple of times out of convenience but I won't return. never had a great or good experience. walked in with my wife this past weekend and were quickly and presently greeted by cashier. Then we went to home decor looking for a particular item which we found (patio umbrella) but could not find the base. I pressed the service button box several times and waited but no one came. I proceeded to go to customer service which was close by to ask for help. When it was my turn for service the employee proceeds to go into a detailed conversation with another employee about what they ate for lunch and that there was cake in the breakroom for another employee's last day. Customer service employee then asked why was the other employee leaving and continued to have a conversation as I stood between them. Ends up being that one of them went to check for the product which after 5 minutes I was told it had not arrived at the store. So why sell a patio umbrella that needs a base when you haven't received the base. We then start to leave when my wife grabs a couple of clothing items on sale. We go to registers where there is only one cashier and a small line. Cashier calls for back up, which arrives quickly. Then the two cashiers start trying to sign up customers for Kohl cards, one customers doesn't have proper id, the other customer can't remember their email. I know this is not the cashier's fault but this process took almost ten minutes of just standing there watching. When it's our turn cashier briefly apologizes rings up items but they are not showing sales price. When told about the error we were told to go check the sales sign or see how much was the sale cost. At that point we decided we had wasted enough time at this store. A total of 40 minutes of which more than half was waiting for service.
