Trinity Coast rayon collar skull imprint shirts at discounted prices but very very few 2XL sizes but a decent pattern selection. They do have a Big Men's area toward the back but those are just way too large - most are for linebackers. A big Levis denim section with graphic rock n' roll T-shirts but 100% cotton so they shrink to a belly shirt after you accidentally dry them on high heat once. They had a thin selection of Under Armour sneakers but no high tops. The dressing room and bathrooms were out of service due to some kind of malfunction. They offer a wheel chair at the front door for handicap customers.

Each Dollar Tree varies from one another regarding all aspects. This store was clean and tidy. If this is noticeable, I tend to walk around and explore. If not, I grab what I need and get out. I still find joy in people just being decent and especially when people are kind.

Ross Store Complaint…read more As I'm at checkout at a register, I see my older elderly mother in-law patiently waiting for me. Now she had already payed and had a Ross bag of her own. This tall security guard wearing a SWAT team tactical uniform starts staring at her and starts to question what's in her bag. He immediately walks towards her and starts checking her bag and asking for her receipt to verify if she's purchased the items. She mentions to him, you've already saw me checking out at register. Even after he's finished checking her bag, he hasn't taken his eyes off of her and keeps starring at her, making her feel uncomfortable. My mother in-law asked him if there was something wrong. And as nice as she is, she's also asked him if he'd like a peace of gum because that's what she ended up grabbing from her purse because she likes to chew mint gum. My mother also asked him, if there was a problem because she felt uncomfortable. I was at the register about to walk out the door towards where they were and ask him if he sees anything suspicious, he just ignored me and just asks for my receipt. Now this guy just saw me at the register. By law you don't have to show receipt if you seriously don't want to. I did anyways and asked him why he's being so rude. He doesn't show any signs of hospitality, kindness, not even a smile and he demands your receipt at the door and he looks at you suspiciously, as though you've stolen something. As consumers we have our rights by law. It's called Shopkeepers Privilege Law. I was upset with this security guard and told him, I didn't have to show him anything because I've payed my product at register in full. My mother in-law is in her 80's and it upset me more, that the security guard hired by the store would actually insinuate suspicion of elderly woman committing fraud, because that's what Ross is implying and that's violating our rights. They've got everything they need for security, they've got camera's, face detection, live security guards and other floor attendants. I would have made a complaint but the people that have been hired, specially the mangers actually are more rude and have been known to rase their voices at customers. The next time I go in this store I will try documenting these recurring events on video and post it on YouTube and may even write the Ross corporate office and consult my lawyer. This shouldn't be happening and corporate chains need to stop treating customers like cattle. We pay for their goods, keeping them in business. It's not our fault if other people are steeling their inventory, they shouldn't be mistreating us because of it. It's not welcoming and it's not nice. If I'm walking into the store, I shouldn't be getting an eyeball or a hard stare instead of a warm welcome to Ross store.

There were no employees at the registers and the self checkout registers had error messages so they couldn't be used. My husband found an employee who was restocking the shelves. Lol, my husband said that the employee didn't seem happy that he had to go up front. While the employee was ringing up the items, his coworkers started arriving. He mentioned to them that he was getting ready to clock out... no wonder he didn't seem happy. A different coworker came up front and cleared the error messages on the self checkout registers which made the line move quickly.

(My daughter used to work with Icing.) We were welcomed at the door by one of the employees who was very helpful showing us, by pointing, what all of the departments had in them. I asked her (jokingly) if they had something to do with Icing closing their doors, she just shrugged as if to say, Icing who? I quickly left it alone. I wanted to browse the store, not cause any trouble. Lol! After searching I found the perfect earrings, necklace, and dainty but elegant bracelet, which got a few compliments at my event. All very affordable and stylish pieces that I was happy to find. My daughter bought a bag that was perfect for traveling. At checkout we were encouraged to sign-up for emails about promotions and online offers. I just took advantage of their 'Cyber Monday' sale and bought gifts for my friends for the holidays. They now have a room in the back of the store where some of the items are as high as $25. Their inventory is mainly marketed to kids and teens. Expect to see a lot of nods to pop culture. If you have a young person in your life then you are probably well acquainted with this discount chain. Departments include seasonal decorations, tech, work out, play, beauty, and snacks. You can't beat their $5 t-shirts and I always find myself drawn to the snack aisle.
