I always find what I need at Ross. Prices are less than Amazon and you actually get to see the item in person before you buy, which makes it a much more appealing shopping trip than simply sitting on my couch clicking. I've had great experiences buying clothes, housewares (pots and pans, rugs, throw blankets, even a table for my plants), skincare, and snacks. They need to pay their employees more, I'll just say that. They all seem tired, and they're working hard because this place is alway hopping! read more

This was one of the most unorganized stores I've been to. The beauty section was nothing but things scattered everywhere with no organization. The only section worth looking was the kitchen area. There was one register open and check out took about 10 minutes. The cashier was very nice. Would I return? Probably not. There are too many store options that are better maintained. read more

Horrible service. Manager Thomas refused to provide shoe laces even though it was the same shoe. Would not even look for the shoe laces that someone stole. So I refused to purchase anything. My sale would have been over $230 and he could even come to the front to speak with me. Last time I was the people were rude. I figured they were having a bad day. Now I know they are trained to be rude from the manager. Doesn't make sense the laces don't come in sizes so why not swap them out while you search for them ? Or atleast hold them while you look? I can't very ignorant and senseless. Ruined my daughter's back to school shopping experience for nothing! read more

I'm lovin' how some of the Rosses' are upgrading their dressing rooms. This Ross is definitely one of them. They have several of the dressing rooms in the front of the store so you don't have to walk all the way to the back to try on clothes. I love this store as it has a great selection of dresses and cute outfits. They also have a great selection in their plus sizes clothing. They have a large variety of different shoes and sandals, so make sure that you check them out. This store is very organized so you're not having to go crazy looking for what you want. The staff here are pretty friendly and the dressing rooms are clean. Overall, a good Ross within the area. read more

The name literally includes "Dress for Less" so you know what you're gonna get. In the few times I've stopped in to take a look, the place has just looked like chaos. Random shoppers don't seem to care about putting things back in the right place, or putting them back at all. If you're a neat freak, this place is not for you. I have gotten a pair of inexpensive sneakers at a different Ross location in the past, so I know I can occasionally find that needle in a haystack. Otherwise, I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to to to Ross. read more

Stopped by today and while I am sure people find clothes at reasonable prices, I have usually stopped by this place for some foodie finds. Today I arrived at the part of the store with non-clothes shelves and this place better have had a fantastic Q4 sales season because that section of the store looked liked it had just survived a run on bargains. Barely any items on shelves; food, household items, furniture, pans, rugs, art - everything was empty, with a few items left on the shelf to suggest that Ross was offering things besides clothes. I found the same disaster survivor mode in handbags and shoes. If this lack of inventory continues, I expect the store to close later this year. read more

Leony is a worthless associate. I have no idea how a company like Ross can employ someone like this. I was in the store with my baby, and I had my stroller. I had placed some knee high boots in the bottom of my stroller because they were too much to carry around, and I didn't have a cart. As expected, Leony the dressing room police counted all my items before going in. I had to leave one of my pants out with her because the limit was 8. First of all, when I brought out the pants I didn't want to try on the pair I left out with her she acted completely incompetent. She had lost the pants I left out with her, so I had to look for them while my baby was alone in the dressing room. If you're making me leave them out why are you losing them after? Secondly, when I came out the dressing room I had the boots in my hand because I had tried them on to see how they would look with an outfit. Immediately this slow sloth of a person starts rambling on about how it's against Ross policy to take shoes/boots in the dressing room. How am I supposed to know Ross's policy as a customer? I have never worked for Ross a day in my life so I was not aware, if that was such a big problem she should've looked at the bottom of my stroller to make sure nothing was out of place. She then keeps rambling, and she tells me to count out of all my things in front of her which is funny. I guess she couldn't count right the first time so I counted all my items in English, and Spanish so maybe she could understand. She keeps going on about Ross policy like I'm the employee, and I told her that was her own fault. If I wanted to steal, I would've never came out with the merchandise in hand. I even offered to let ms.Officer here look in my diaper bag since she was so concerned about me taking their merchandise. She kept trying to argue with me which is totally unprofessional considering she's the employee here. She called the manager, and kept on making a scene when I had already stated I was only trying to pay for my things and go. The manager apologized to me as I ran into her on the way to the line. Then another customer approached me, and told me she's always like this. A miserable, jealous, incompetent raggedy lady. I hope Ross gets rid of her she is tarnishing the brands name. Next time worry about actual shoplifters. Worthless, incompetent employee who doesn't belong there. read more

This is definitely one of the nicer Ross stores I've been to. There were tons of racks spaced out with room in the aisles, so I didn't feel very claustrophobic or like it was going to take me an hour just to look through one rack. The maternity section was decent, although a little lacking in the pants department. They had lots of cute tops though and I walked out with a few that were all under $10/each. Yay! read more

Out of the TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross trifecta Ross is actually the best one for dresses. They have a wide selection, although size-wise the store focuses on M, L, and XL sizes. If you wear a small or XS you'll have less to choose from. (And interestingly, they also have a dedicated section for mumus and caftans.) I have found many cute dresses here, most for around $25-$30. On my last visit I also got a cute fleece jacket for $15 and a Studio 54-esque pants jumpsuit for $20! If you see me around town in my disco jumpsuit you'll know where I got it. read more

All the Ross store coast to coast have the best dresses you can find and on top of that they are a bargain! I get compliments daily on my out-fits from men and women and they're all from Ross! All you need is a good eye for fashion and don't look at the sizes. Tip: I'm a size 8-10 but if I find a phenomenal dress in size 1x, I'll belt it and still get multiple compliments on it's uniqueness. Happy Hunting! ~S read more

I will NEVER shop at this Ross or any other Ross store again. This particular location has the worst customer service I have ever seen! The lines are ridiculously long, none of the employees that are working the floor ever come up for back up, the cashiers are rude and the store itself just looks poorly put together. Nothing is organized, the clothes sizes aren't sorted. The home section of the store looks like they just threw things on the shelf with no particular order. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon when it was not particularly crowded, I encountered a pregnant cashier that was extremely rude and irritable. She did not bag my items and she was too busy caught up in her personal conversation to help me with the card reader which was not working properly. After checking out, with no bags, I went to the door but realized that I cannot take the cart outside. I then had to carry all of what I bought in my arms, while the security guard just watched me struggle to my car. One of my items broke on the way but the wait to return it was just not worth trying to take it back. Overall, I will never spend another penny at this store! read more
