Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became angry, started yelling, and repeatedly banged on the machine. She then stopped helping us, leaving the manager to step in and resolve the issue. The machine had already taken our $17 gift card when it crashed. Although we eventually received a replacement gift card, the process took far longer than it should have. It was a simple issue that became unnecessarily frustrating because of the poor customer service and lack of urgency. We also felt that we were treated differently because of our race, which made the experience even more upsetting. Overall, Marilyn's behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I expect better customer service from JCPenney, and I hope management addresses this so other customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

They did have another ring that I was interested in. After standing by the case for about seven minutes, my husband became over and asked if anybody had been over to help me yet when I said no he went over to wear three employees that had JCPenney name tags on. We're standing and talking and asked if there's anybody working in that section. They proceeded to look at him as if they had never heard anybody speak to them and then looked at me and told him oh well somebody will be with you soon. And then I'm meeting that went back to their conversation. At that point, we chose to just leave because clearly they were not interested in selling any of the jewelry that they had there. Horrible customer service

"CAN I GET SOME KOHLS CASH?!"…read more That's the phrase you'll hear echoing from our family every time we step foot into Kohl's -- and for good reason. This place has become a go-to destination for clothing, toys, and home accessories, all wrapped into one big retail win. Kohl's has evolved over the years, and the recent updates have made shopping even easier. Think TJ Maxx or Marshalls-style checkout lanes lined with snacks and impulse-buy treasures (yes, I've grabbed a candle or two I didn't need), and a self-checkout area that makes things super quick when you've got a toddler in tow. Pro Tip: We make a beeline straight to the kids section the moment we walk in. That's where the gold is: clearance racks of affordable, good-quality clothes for our son, plus some fun toys tucked in if you hunt around. Beyond kids' clothes, the home section is massive -- from cozy throws and stylish shower curtains to small kitchen appliances that make you feel like a pro chef. And don't sleep on the men's and women's clothing either. If you find your size, the deals can be ridiculously good. What really seals the deal? The Kohl's app. It's one of our favorites -- simple, organized, and full of coupons, discounts, and yes... Kohl's Cash. You'll usually earn $10 for every $50 spent, and it stacks up fast. Combine that with their store credit card perks and app-exclusive deals, and you've got a powerful formula for savings. Bonus points for curbside pickup and helpful staff who are always quick with a smile and happy to assist. The store is big, well-stocked, and we almost always leave with a bag (or three) and a smile. So next time you're headed to Kohl's... Just yell it with me: "CAN I GET SOME KOHLS CASH?!" Because trust me, you will -- and you'll be glad you did.

This location is in a out of the way place but for the right price on some name brand attire I will make the exception. One of the better things about Kohl's is the ease of returning Amazon purchases without packaging and near instant credit on my Amazon account. That has taken a lot of hassle out of anything I buy that doesn't live up to par. Be careful tho. Kohl's will give you incentive to make a purchase the same day you drop off an Amazon return.

As a Clermont local and a frequent shopper at Gray Collective, I was beyond excited to have the opportunity to try on some of the most stunning designer gowns around! I cannot thank Cassidy enough for going above and beyond (& I MEAN ABOVE AND BEYOND) helping me find my absolute DREAM wedding dress! I went into my appointment not knowing which style, design, or even the color of a dress I was interested in. Cassidy is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does! Instead of trying on the entire boutique, Cassidy assisted me in finding 4 dresses and one of those was the one! She took my style, personality, and my wedding venue into consideration and made my dreams come true! I absolutely cannot wait to have my future husband see me in this dress for the first time. Along with finding my dream dress, Cassidy and Kaley exceeded my expectations by assisting me to find the most beautiful bridesmaids dresses too! I utilize their pick up service, when I arrive I pick up after my flight and I've also been inside the store and I've also called into the store before. So my review is going to touch base on inside the store, pick up and calling in. The few times I've come here the parking lot is pure chaos, it's always packed in here and you can't find an employee at all in this store. It's pretty clean, very well stocked but you can't get help that's for sure and you aren't acknowledged at all. I've called in before to check on my pick up order (sometimes my flight is delayed and I miss my pick up window). I had to call 4 separate times once ,before someone picked up and even then she didn't have answers she kept asking the person next to her every question I had instead of just transferring me over or handing over the phone, she didn't seem to pleasant with her attitude. But everytime I actually do pick up, the employees who bring my stuff out are kind and fast and they are the only reason this place is getting the stars it does. They are exceptional and aren't like robots and they don't act like they hate their jobs. Overall- I have to use this Walmart because it's the only one nearby. But I always just do pick up now instead of going in, it's just pure anxiety in there.

This place is MASSIVE, beautifully organized, and honestly feels like a treasure hunt for your house. Walking through the aisles, you realize pretty quickly why everyone says, "If they don't have it, you don't need it." They have EVERYTHING. I went in just looking for a couple of throw pillows and a lamp... and walked out with a full cart: a gorgeous new coffee table, seasonal outdoor planters, trendy wall art, kitchen barware, and the softest bedding set I've ever felt. The displays are styled so perfectly that you can't help but get inspired for your whole space. Prices are ridiculously affordable too--way better than big-box competitors for the quality and variety you get. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable without hovering, and the checkout was quick even on a busy weekend. Whether you're moving into a new place, refreshing a room, or just treating yourself to something pretty, this is the one-stop shop that actually delivers. At Home in Clermont has officially ruined me for every other home store. I'll be back (probably next month). If you're anywhere near Clermont, do yourself a favor and go.
