We were walking at the park and decided to walk into the town. As we walked we stumbled upon this store and my girlfriend wanted to look to see if she could find some earrings for a wedding we will be attending later in the month. The shop is small but well organized and the young lady who took care of my girlfriend was very nice and accommodating. Since we we were walking at the park I left my wallet in the car so we had to go back to pick it up. The young lady was nice enough to hold the earrings until we made it back. It did not take too long but once we got back she took care of my girlfriend and she was happy. read more

As a Clermont local and a frequent shopper at Gray Collective, I was beyond excited to have the opportunity to try on some of the most stunning designer gowns around! I cannot thank Cassidy enough for going above and beyond (& I MEAN ABOVE AND BEYOND) helping me find my absolute DREAM wedding dress! I went into my appointment not knowing which style, design, or even the color of a dress I was interested in. Cassidy is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does! I've never met a place that is not understanding, I work in healthcare and schedules can be random or things happen you know? During COVID my job has been pretty much on a day to day, I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and a coworkers had a family emergency and asked me to cover her shift, I called to cancel my appointment and they didn't ask what happened they just told me they are still going to charge me the $50 holding fee because I was only giving them 21 hours instead of 24. I wish I could give 0 stars. So disappointed. After our initial visit, we thought they were awesome!! Now, they've really put a damper on my daughter's wedding, and not only won't make it right, they haven't even apologized. Their attitude is one of indifference. They ordered her dress in the wrong size but refuse to acknowledge it and told her, "oh well... alterations will fix it." I guess they already had her $2000 from the first day. BRIDES BEWARE! Go to a bridal store where there are bridal experts. Long story short against my wishes, they ordered a size too big For my wedding dress insisting that would ensure alterations could make the perfect fit. I was extremely concerned about this and even had the girl helping me (Olivia) call the owner. I was reassured by Cassidy (owner) that their policy was to order larger in size due to them being sued in the past for dresses being too small. She did not give me a choice to go smaller like I begged for. She told me to trust her so, with hesitation I moved forward. A week before my wedding the final alterations took place and they weren't able to make It fit correctly And the dress looked awful. I was completely beside myself. Cassidy was no where to be found and ignored my phone calls so I had to last minute go find another dress in top of planning final wedding details. when she finally did respond (3 days before my wedding!) She refused to give me any sort of refund and couldnt care less for what she put me through Because I quote "signed 3 times for the dress". I've never met a business owner who acted more unprofessional and lacked remorse. As a business owner myself, I would have refunded the dress and paid for the alterations to right the wrong. Please go to a professional bridal only store and save yourself from this potential nightmare. I had to pay for two wedding dresses and alterations for both. She still hasn't responded back to the last email..Brides please don't make the same mistake as this is the most important day of your life and this is literally one of the worst things that can go wrong. Cassidy, I am happy to post screen shots of our emails here. I think we both know that you're attempting to paint your business in a light which simply isn't how it's been for me. Firstly, you never mentioned that you would speak to your employee. Secondly, I'm not disputing the fact that I signed a purchase order last year with the size that was ordered. I'm upset because I was led to believe that no further paperwork was necessary when your employee and thus your shop agreed that I needed a different size and told me that's what would be ordered. I would have been most thrilled to sign said paperwork to receive what I paid over $1700 for. Thirdly, you offered to meet me at my alteration appointment to "answer any alteration questions I have."... nothing about solving the problem or fixing the issue as you just claimed. You did not ever apologize for ordering the wrong size, only for the unpleasant experience I had picking up my dress. And lastly, I have sent two emails total. Neither were harassing or threatening. When you didn't offer anything to fix your mistake, I simply said I was disappointed in your response and would let my review speak for itself. Again if you'd like to dispute any of this I'd be happy to post the screenshot of the one reply I got from you. I did wait a full business day after my second email to post any review as well to give you ample time to respond. I came here for my first ever dress appointment and fell in love with the very first dress I tried on! My dress is so stunning, unique and beautiful. I really wanted sleeves with mine and my lovely bridal appointment attendants went and got the most gorgeous sleeves ever that matched my dress perfectly. I was so happy and excited! I immediately knew I had to have this dress! I had to fly back to Michigan on Monday however and they were closed on Sunday, so I was so scared I would not be able to pick up the dress. I emailed the owner to see if I could get it shipped to me or if my sister could come pick it up for me. The owner came ON HER DAY OFF and gave me a beautiful mini photo shoot, a fabulous deal and a sweet gift bag. Not only are the dresses and accessories at this boutique so cute and stylish but the staff is so amazing and sweet! They made the whole experience a thousand times better.
