I have been going to this eye doctor for over 18 years, in all the years that we have been going here, I have never been treated with such unprofessional conduct, first of all let me say that there is a new doctor practicing here and almost an all new staff, the only one left from the original staff is Miss Porche, who is absolutely amazing with the customers. That being said one of the ladies who helps you with your selection of glasses was so not warm, not very accommodating at all, she acted like I had interrupted her day, when I didn't pick the high end glasses that she was directing me to, she just was rude, my experience there was not how I had, had in the past when it came time for payment I admit I was a little confused about the pricing and I told her I would pay on Friday (my payday) we had a death in the family and I forgot all about the payment, she left a very rude message on my voicemail saying that I had an bill to pay and that's when I remembered our agreement, I paid over the phone, I got my bill from my insurance and there was a discrepancy, so I went back to the office (mind you they never called to say my glasses had come back) when I went back to the area where the financial business is conducted, was not given a greeting just what's your name, ok yea give her , her receipt, my glasses were put on the counter, she explained that the bill I received from the insurance company was not the whole one, no one adjusted my glasses I was just asked did they fit, WOW!! This doctor is just starting out if she keeps this staff she won't make it , they are very very unprofessional and very rude, we don't live in a one horse town, if you want good service and a pleasant experience, don't walk run somewhere else, where they are happy to serve and take care of your eyecare needs, I wish I could give five negative stars but I don't have that option. read more
