What I will say is Rosie's is one our families favorite Mexican food stop!! Once you have tried, for us the Yucaipan burrito with chips and the scrumptious salsa, you too will be sold and crave it. They have a junior, large and extra large. No lie the extra large can easily feed two people, if you aren't starving especially adding chips and salsa. The burrito comes with chunks of tender meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of very tasty red sauce. The red sauce isn't spicy or hot, just packed with flavor and of course topped with lots of melted cheese. Ask for sour cream on top or on the side. Definitely a must try!! Don't forgot to order the chips and salsa. Just a bit spicy, but oh so flavorful!! Again a fam fav for us. Lots of parking, decent size restaurant and nothing fancy just very good Mexican food. We ordered chicken and got beef....which was so dry I had to use my own sour cream(no toppings came with it) just to get it down. To start, I love Rosie's and have always been a fan of my usual items off the menu including the Chile Verde burrito. I wanted to try the Chile Verde Fries and ordered them 03/24/24 at 2:45. The business was slow and it was made "fresh". When it came out there was a ton of oil mixed with the pile of soup that consisted of soggy fries that tasted like they've been sitting out on the counter marinating. Little Pork and ingredients unevenly spread throughout. $14 for the item was unfortunately not worth it this trip :( I have no hate towards this establishment and the ambiance was good. I felt at home while eating here but the food was not good at all. Will come back and get my regular order. The Garbage and Chile Relleno are great! This was my first time eating from here and my last. Overpriced and not worth it. The workers are rude and lack decent hospitality/customer service. My food was a mess, there's beans all over everything and the portions are pretty small. It's not the worst I've eaten but pretty close. People in the area seem to really like it. I've tried both of the Rosie's in our area. The first time I had their refried beans that had no flavor and were so runny and thin it looked like diarrhea. The second time in the new location I had Street Tacos the flavor tasted way off, the meat was greasy and grissley. There are lots of Mexican restaurants in Yucaipa, I would skip this one. read more

Man. Paula and her family/friends (however she's related), keep trying to pull an honest review down. Their guacamole and chips is GARBAGE. That's what their guacamole should be called. Like stated before, looks like the crap stuck to the bottom of a toilet wax ring (see picture). Nice of them to try to save the rating by having friends post "good comments" of their trash food. I like this spot. Their burritos are great especially their bean and cheese burritos. They have great hot sauce that has great flavor. I usually get bean and cheese burritos with Carne Asada. But it's hit and miss unfortunately. Sometimes the Carne Asada can be very tender and flavorful. And like today Sunday, it was very nervy and somewhat tough. But overall I enjoy their burritos.
